Prince rema looked at the chart in front of him and then looked at Tochi.
”he scoffed! Tochi did you call me because of this silly thing? hadn’t I told you the affairs in the palace is not my business! He said with a very annoyed face.
Tochi turned to him.
” am very sorry I had to lie but we have to defend our father’s king….
” your father not mine!! Rema banged the glassy table. His bright eyed turned dark, tochi moved away from him immediately..what had he done?..
Kelvin rushed in with 3 security men,be stood by the door and watched rema with confusion. No one dared go close to him.
” rema it’s enough! control yourself” Chris said
he was the only one who got close a bit.
Rema picked the iron frame on the floor and broke the glass screen that protected king jewel picture…he threw the rod away.
Securities tried rushing him,Kelvin held them back
” don’t touch him,you will make him worse” Kelvin said.
Henry rushed infrim outside.
” Rema tochi said he is sorry,he didn’t mean to upset you,he was only trying to get you involved” Henry said.
Rema used both hands to push the wine bar, everything shattered over the living room.
” you’re just getting worse with your anger issues,just calm down! Henry sighed, he picked his car key and walked out.
Chris stood still and watched rema like a Scarry movie,he thought his best friend(re ma) was calm….jeeeeezzz.
” What nonsense,he thinks I enjoy being partially blind in my childhood days? am I a toy and a money making slave…..does he knows what I passed through? the pains,the trauma! I hate him! I loathe him! how dare he—–” rema couldn’t talk because of the anger,he broke the remaining wine rack with an iron chair and they fell on the floor and shattered.
Kelvin gasped,
rema fling the rod away.
” Drema for one I know…fath..king Jewel was wrong but if you have the smallest respect for me as your blood,you of all people should know that I have no hand in this…I can never do this to you,it’s not my handwork….why can’t you control your temper….
do you know what I have sacrificed in this life of mine to make you happy? father hated you, everyone in the family disdain you but me… me Tochi I never turned my back against you. Blind or not,I always care for you..
I can never do this to you,someone must be planning for us to fight….don’t you trust me, your temper will ruin things for us” tochi said.
Rema stopped for a while and brushed his bleeding hand into his face.
He still used his leg to break down the glassy table and everyone thinks he already calm down,he actually started it again.
Tochi’s living room was now upside down.
” Rema!!!! Kelvin shouted.
Rema threw a bottled drink to the floor where Kelvin was standing….it shattered.
” don’t shout at me! rema shouted.
he looked so scary
and pained.
” everyone stay away from him,he will calm down if he’s alone” Kelvin said. Everyone obeyed except nkem.
only nkem stood by the door and watched him quietly,he dried his tears. He understand rema pain…
he knew what happened wasn’t tochi’s fault, it must be Charles doing.
Charles must be trying to cause fight between rema and tochi so that rema won’t help tochi in the treasure search. Nkem wondered why Charles is so petty.
nkem took a step forward,he wanted to try his luck in calming rema down,since he grew up being his personal body guard,he believed rema would listen to him.
Rema smashed the glasses

he kept picking things.
” Brother! nkem said.He moved to rema’s front
rema shifted his hand and started throwing things to the other side so nkem intentionally shift there again.
” Nkem go,I don’t want to hurt you”….
” but you already did! My prince stop, it’s okay” he said without looking in his face.
Rema continue breaking things…
” sir sometimes this is all haters want…to watch you go through pain but you shouldn’t let them win” Nkem said.
Rema still continue breaking things.
He smashed the two flower vase beside him.
” why don’t you leave? just get out!! he shouted.
” I swore an oat as you personal body guard never to leave you”
” just get lost!!!!
” if you don’t pity yourself and queen chiamaka can you at least pity Chidinma?” Nkem asked and looked in his face.
Rema dropped the rod quietly he looked around like he didn’t know he was the one who broke all the stuffs.
he walked up the stairs,tracing his steps sluggishly.
Nkem walked into the kitchen and collected a bowl of warm water from the maid,he walked to the place rema stood.
His hair fell all over his face.
nkem wondered why he had to look handsome despite being Scarry..
his skin glittered like something else,
he is just too attractive to be Scarry.
nkem took a deep breath,he wash his hand before touching rema..
” it’s okay am fine” rema said and collected his hand..
” how is it fine when there’s still blood? nkem asked,he cleaned the blood and was surprised there wasn’t any deep cut…but he saw a deep cut earlier and his eyes never decieve him..
how come they healed up?
or is it an imagination…
” Don’t Tell Chidinma all what happened here” rema finally spoke.
” ohh yes,I won’t tell her” nkem replied,he was still surprised rema had no cut not scratch, his skin was unmared.
” tell everyone am sorry and tell tochi we will find the treasure together” he added. Nkem nodded and left.
minutes later,Tochi came up and stood beside where rema sat that place rema sat was too dangerous and tochi wondered if he was tired of life cos a gentle push will make him fall off the building.
Rema tapped the space beside him for tochi to sit.
” I’m not ready to die” tochi chuckled.
” scardy cat! and you call yourself a man” rema chuckled and deep his band to his forehead.
” I’m sorry” tochi said.
” me too” rema replied. Tochi brought out the chart,rema went through it for a while.
” how did the treasure got missing,palace guards are armed right??
” yeah they are!!
Rema look at the chart closely.” have not heard of this place before,the description looks awkward”
” That chart is Bian city kingdom,it’s a den for thieves, a lawless place where bandits,thieves and murderers gather and mingle”
” it’s also a place where drug Lord and mafias trade innocent girls as sx slave” tochi explained, while rema observed the chart more closely. He noticed the place had so many hideout and routes,he memorize them closely, and mark the spot where girls are kept for sale..
Tonight,he promised them he will free them.
” it’s complicated,but we will try our luck.lets go now” rema said. he stood up carefully, tochi collected his hand and dragged him up,they both walked out to the parking lots.
” manager am sorry,I will control my temper next time” rema texted Kelvin and kept his phone,he wore the helmet and zoomed out with tochi in the other power bike.

several hours passed,when it was night they arrived there. The place was a real den for criminals and murderers, it was so crowded that there was no space for them to fit in their legs..
Rema covered his face well with the head regilia,no one could possibly recognize him in the dark only his craziest fan will recognize him with his amazing figures.
” we wouldn’t have the opportunity to see thid place if the palace guards were so good” rema said.
” there are so many people here,what strategy are we using? smart or fight?” Tochi asked.
” anyone sharper! rema replied.
he sat down carefully and scanned the place for a while,he compared it to the chart he memories and luckily he spotted the hideouts.
” Tochi,the stolen goods are kept in the second room upstairs” Rema guessed right.
” that means the treasure must be among” tochi said.
” yes” rema replied, he collected his face he almost choked from the strong smell of tobacco buzzing from the hall.
so many drug Lord’s are present.
” so what do we do???
” keep your voice low” rema replied and brought out his phone.
Tochi brought out his phone,rema connected their locations together.
” Just leave here to me…..I will stay here and distract everybody then you can use the opportunity to go up and search the room where stolen goods are kept, once you find the treasure…press this device,my phone will signal him” rema gave tochi a small device which he wore on his neck.
Tochi was amazed, Rema’s plan was so smooth.
” thank you brother! he said.
Rema uncovered his face and walked to the bar attendant like a normal client..
the lady shouted the moment he saw him…
everyone stood up and turned,
soon the shout and crowd was ever increasing.
” OMG!! it’s rema!!!!
” Rema Lucien!!! Rema we love you!!!
” we love you!!!

Meanwhile tochi rushed upstairs,no one was there,everyone already rushed down to look at rema even the goods room was wide open.. he entered hastily and started searching.

everyone started shouted,the emcee ran out of strength no one could control the noise until rema waved. He walked up to the stage since the drug Lord wanted him to perform..
They argued the songs he should sing until the emcee interrupted. They decided to bid on rema and his song.
” Rema should sing Collateral love” the highest ranking drug Lord said.
” No way!! he should sing Meant for you!!
” collateral love 1millionaire!!!
” meant to be 2 millionaire!!!!
” collateral love 5millionaire!!!!

tochi continued searching,there were just so many goods,he sipped the next bag and luckily,he saw the map. Just as he wanted to take it, the criminal who stole it from the palace showed up from behind and hit his head with an iron rod,he hijacked the treasure from him and they started a fight…
Tochi got seriously injured, the criminal pinned his neck and mistakenly pressed the device…
rema got the signal and left the stage.
The criminal punched tochi harder, the treasure fell he pushed tochi away and picked the treasure,unknown to him he had picked the device with it..
The criminal rushed out, tochi ran after him he soon ran out of strength and passed out.

Rema ran out of the stage and checked the goods room,he didn’t find tochi but he saw traces of blood, he left immediately and turned on his own device…
As he rushed out,he remembered the girls, he used a faster route and got to the door..
he looked at the girls with looks of pity then he unlocked the door, he fled away following the directions of the tracker with his device.
He wondered why tochi was running away, the device showed he was running away.

The guards sent to watch over tochi arrived, they all wondered where tochi went.
” I doubt if he’s here sir” the leutenant reported
they walked back and finally saw him lying helplessly on the floor…
the hand maid helped him gain consciousness
” follow the west! the west!! tochi muttered and passed out again!!

Rema couldn’t tell how fast he was riding the power bike,he wondered what happened to tochi that made him run like that.
he approached a hill,he stopped the bike and looked around…no sign of Tochi,he only saw a guy in a rough blazer.
Rema took his lips in and checked his device.. his device pointed to the guy.
” that’s silly,that’s not tochi” he said and approached the guy. He furrowed the eyebrow the moment he saw the treasure.
He is the thief!!!!
” hy” rema said calmly…
The thief turned with a smirk.
” Rema Jewel!!! You actually did well in hiding your identity as a prince. Well for this(referring to the treasure), I know you wouldn’t want to loose your life” the thief said.
” if I will be getting the treasure from you depends on my ability” rema added. The thief pulled out a gun and pointed it towards rema.
” Even a dumb will know it’s fake, drop the act and hand over the treasure” rema said.
” you’re lucky it’s fake! it’s either I die,you will never get the treasure!!
” unluckily for you,I be capturing you and the treasure!! rema said and before the thief will blink, rema threw the rope over his neck and collared him..
Now,it’s either the thief surrender or choke to death….Rema tightened his grip and dragged the thief with it just then the palace guards came right in time…
They all looked shocked,awe and surprised. Rema didn’t only catch the treasure, he caught the thief as well.
Rema pushed the thief to them, he was handcuffed immediately.
The guards bowed to Rema in total respect, rema was loosing it already. He had warned them severally not to bow to him.
” when you get to the palace,tell your king Tochi caught the thief! he said and walked away.

queen chiamaka was as patient as ever,the maid she reported to observe Nora finally came to report.
” greetings my queen!
” rise!!!
the maid rose.
” Nora went out not quiet long! the maid reported abd queen chiamaka looked at the time 10pm.
” how many maids did she take along? she asked.
” she took no maid”
” thank you,you can go!! the queen said and minutes later she strolled out.
”You have just limited time in this palace,just wait till my son finds the treasure” queen ivory mocked queen chiamaka.
” good for you,then wait till he finds it!!! she replied.
” yes ooo,so I can finally kick you out! queen ivory mocked.
queen chiamaka smiled,that was the least of her problem. Her son is already blessed, his net worth had made history what else does she wants.
she walked into the garden and called Nora..
” hello mother!!
” Nora,where are you?
” am in Rema’s house,our date is today in fact we are about leaving for the penthouse” Nora replied.
” okay,enjoy” queen chiamaka dropped the call, no response.
she decided to go to the penthouse. She really needs to know who’s lying.
she summoned a guard.. ” call me Hana!!
the guard came with Hana.
she dismissed the guard.
” Hana follow me,we are going somewhere! queen chiamaka said,they both get into the car.

they didn’t arrive until midnight…the guard at the gate opened the gate. He rushed to the queens car as soon as he closed the gate.
The queen stepped out, Hana stepped out as well with the queens bag and phone.
” lucky,did Nora come here? the queen asked.
” Nora??? who’s Nora? have not…the only Nora here is a maid and prince rema already sent the maids and guards away,he said he wanted space, the maids and guards we resume next week” the gateman explained.
The queen fisted her palm,What exactly did Nora take her for? lying to her!!! no wonder rema hated her.
” okay thank you,you can go! queen chiamaka said, she walked to the main door with Hana behind her and knocked on the door.
” who’s there? she heard a faminine voice.
meanwhile chidinma stared at the door for a while. Her boyfriend isn’t expecting anybody, rema won’t be back till midnight, nkem already took nonso out..
so who could be there, she tied her towel well.. she had just finished bathing,she heard the knock through the intercom.
” am coming” she replied and went upstairs to wear something..
she got dressed within minutes, since it was night she wore the blue nightwear,it was long enough for the cold..she tied the rope elegantly and wore the sleeping cap.
Queen chiamaka wondered why the door took so long to be opened.
” ohh sorry I was actually bathing so I had to..” Chidinma was saying as she opened the door she suddenly stopped as soon as her eyes locked with queen chiamaka…
and Hana was behind her.
queen chiamaka stared at her with so much expression in her eyes,she looked her from her hair to her toe. She felt a tingling feeling of happiness in her.
” didn’t you say Chidinma eloped with Philip? the queen suddenly faced Hana.
