Episode 3.
They excitedly stepped into the house. John was busy running up and down and he had even chosen a room for himself. Mr Ade turned to his wife and asked still smiling.
Mr Ade: Honey, I can catch your smile and I can tell you love the house, I told you that you will love it.
Mrs Ade: I do honey, the house is so beautiful but the price is alarming. How can such a house be 5,000. Am not just comfortable with the amount.
Mr Ade: My dear, that is why it is called a miracle. Its the Lord that we serve that is blessing us. Come let’s go and see your new kitchen.
Everyone seemed excited about the new house except Loveth who felt something was wrong. She just couldn’t place her hands on it but she knew something was wrong. She was certain of that. Just then John came jumping down.
John: Dad, mom, I have chosen my room.
Success: Ahian! How can you just chose your room like that. Daddy will have to share the rooms o.
John: shut up lastie, you talk too much. I am the first child and I have the right to chose and I have chosen my room.
Mr Ade just stood laughing as he watched his children argue.
Mr Ade: Alright children, the house is big enough. Just chose any room of your choice.
The kids ran up again, but Loveth took her time going from room to room. Observing and checking round the compound.
Mr Ade: (to his wife) honey how do you see the house?
Mrs Ade: I love the house. Its beautiful.
Mr Ade: I know you would. When can we move in?
Mrs Ade: Let’s move in by this weekend. I and the kids will come and wash the place tomorrow and next. Then by Friday we can move in.
Mr Ade: not a bad idea, dear. (To Loveth) sweetie, how about you? I hope you love the house too as your siblings.
Loveth: Daddy the house is beautiful but something is wrong with it.
Mr Ade: something is wrong with it, how do you mean dear?
Loveth: daddy I don’t know, but I know something is not right.
Mr Ade: listen honey, by the time we move to this house, you will love it.
Loveth: Daddy please let’s not move in here. Let’s pray about it first at least for 7days let’s get God’s confirmation before anything.
Mr Ade: my dear I already prayed to God for a miracle house and this is it. However we a still have three days before we will move here finally we can still pray in that three days.
Loveth: Daddy did you notice that no house is around this house?
Mrs Ade started looking around.
Mr Ade: yea I did notice it and its nothing. Its just a coincidence. The next house is just two poles away it doesn’t mean anything.
Mrs Ade: yes dear I dont think it means anything. Personal houses are always like that.
Loveth: Am still not comfortable.
John and the other kids had joined their parents by now.
John: you are never comfortable with anything sister. Dont worry with time you will adjust.
Mr Ade: alright kids let’s go home. Tomorrow we’ve got some cleaning to come do here.
Loveth: Daddy can we at least bring our pastor to come pray in the house before we move in?
Mr Ade: okay I will call him. Are you okay now.
Loveth: I would be better if we weren’t moving at all.
They all turned and looked at her but said nothing……
