The Hunted House!

Episode 19.
Loveth was confused, she ran from one building to another looking for help but she discovered that once they find out the house she was describing they just turn and leave her alone. She decided to go back to brother Dele’s house to see if she could call pastor Mike with his phone. But first she made sure to check on her parents.
She checked on her parents once more to know if they’ve woken up but there was nothing. She went into her brothers room to see if he was awake. She didnt meet him in the room. Then she started calling his name but no response, she moved round every room, toilet, kitchen but could not find him. Then she decided to check the back of the house and there he was. Drinking and laughing and talking to himself.
Loveth became terrified. Lilian’s prophesy was gradually coming to pass. She tried to talk to John but it seems like he was lost in another world. He kept on laughing and talking jargons. Sometimes he would offer her the beer, at other times he would stand up and dance.
Loveth: John, what are you doing to yourself? How did you suddenly become like this overnight?
John: Love!sister! ( he let’s out a big belch) see ehn, I have decided not to wallow in poverty. Life is good you know, to hell with mom and dad always fighting and quarreling. Bullsh!t them. Come and sit with me and drink away your pains my dear sister.
Loveth: Stop doing this to yourself? (she takes the bottle of alcohol from him, but instead of struggling to get it back, he starts laughing uncontrollably)
John: So you think taking that bottle from me will do anything? Well, take it, take it, go and cool yourself in one corner. I’d get another one. My guy will give me another one.
Loveth: What guy?
John: My mainest guy, my real man in this house. The one taking care of everyone. Dont you worry yourself, you van have that one. I van even get you another one if you want.
Loveth: And where did you even see the money you are squandering on alcohol? Ehn? Do you know mom and dad have not women up today? Its already past 12midday and their door is still locked. Instead of you to worry about that, you are here drinking your life away.
John:mom and dad, leave those once alone. They are better off where they are. The house is calm like this, no fighting and quarreling dont you love it ? My guy told me he will calm them down and he did. Thumbs up to you bros (he raised his thumb up, smiling to an empty space)
Loveth: Who are you doing that for?
John: Love abeg leave me alone abeg.
Loveth saw there was no point talking to John. He was too drunk and so she left him and hurried to brother Dele’s house. When she got there, she knocked on the door but there was no response, she knocked over and over but no response, so she went inside since it was opened. And then she saw brother Dele, prayer warrior, prayer band leader naked on top of a lady.
Loveth: Jesus, brother Dele.
Brother Dele: (jumping up from the girl and dragging his trousers to cover himself) oh shit! What are you doing here?
Loveth turned around and ran out of the house. She now understood why the holy spirit didnt want her to talk to Bro Dele.
A canal heart cannot win this war!
