“Wow, what happened since after yunno, after what happened to your family, everyone was expecting you to come out, you had so many relatives wanting to take care and be with you, what happened?”
“Nothing, was just a scared little boy back then, but now…. I’m back” he replied simply before leaving

Jake sighed and turned off the TV
“I hope you can handle this Peter, really” he sighed and dropped his remote
Then his door opened and Irish stepped in with some files in her hands
“All done boss” she smiled
Jake stared at her dumb foldedly
“You’re done?” He asked
“Hmm, you can check it” Irish smiled
Jake took the files they were up to 30, he began checking everything
“Woah, thought you’ll take a day or two to finish reviewing this, turns out two hours is too small” he smiled
Irish just arranged her hair proudly
“I’ve always dreamt of this Mr Jake, so it’s nothing” she shurgged
Jake sighed and motioned her to come closer, she looked at him confusedly and walked closer to him
In a swift move,he pulled her to sit on his laps, Irish gasped, she first look at the tinted opened glass, anyone that passes now can see them
“What are you doing?” She blinked with a red cheek
“Why did you call me Jake, how many times will I tell you to stop calling Mr Jake” he frowned
“You!!, I’m sorry, Jake please let me go.. people might pass and misunderstand us” she pleaded with the most tiny voice ever
Jake smirked and released her, she immediately stood up and glared at him
“Can I go pick Jenna up from school now?”
“You really wanna do it?” He asked
“Hmm” she nodded
“Fine but the stress might be too much, I don’t want you falling sick again, please” he pleaded

Kaylee afternoon nap was interrupted with the loud banging of her door, she groaned and sat straight

“Open the door you worthless piece of garbage!!”
Kaylee immediately stood up, she rushed to the bathroom and washed her face repeatedly then ran to open the door for the house lady

“Save it!!, I feel like you’re here to play, you came to rent this house and you can’t even complete your money for enrollment!!” She yelled at her
Kaylee took her lips in and look down
“You don’t even have a suitable job wait you don’t even have a job at all, all you do is too sleep at home, how will you ever pay my house rent, what kind of girl are you, I have a lot of customers that want to rent this place with big money and you’re here waisting my time” she backed

A slap landed on Kaylee’s face before she could finish, she could swear that she saw stars, a tear drop fell from her eyes
“Tomorrow, if you can’t pay my money tommorow then look for somewhere else to stay!!” Madam Lulu glared at her and stormed out
Kaylee closed the door and walked slowly to her bed,she sat on it and looked up
“When did my life turned to this, I used to be happy” she muttered
She took her broken phone that won’t even come on since the day since she smatched it
“Who would I call, what do I do, I need fresh air” she stood up and went out
She sat on a long bench, looking at people walking, some laughing, group of girls laughing today, couples holding hands and walking their dogs
“I miss my life” she muttered and sighed

?Not just them the successor

?He’s so hot even with his nose masks
?They just opened their company, bet they are looking for workers, I’m going to Interview
Kaylee rose up at the comments she’s hearing, she don’t care who they are talking about, all she cares is the job
“I’m sorry” she waved at the girls and they looked at her
“I heard something about a job you guys are talking about cab you explain to me more?” She asked
“Have you ever heard of the Rodriguez investment?” One of the girls asked
“No”
“It’s a kinda old investment owned by miss Pearl and Dante Rodriguez, married couples with two blessed children Micheal and Ava they used to be one of the best tech programs owned and created thousands of technology idea but all of the sudden a news popped up saying the family died in a car accident expect the first son Micheal who suddenly disappeared after his family death but he’s back now” the girl explained
“Oh, what is their company name?” Kaylee asked
“Rodriguez investment, bye we’ll get going now” the girl waved
“The company is here at LA right?” Kaylee asked
“Yes” the girl replied and left with her friends
Kaylee tapped her face repeatedly before running inside the house to change, she’s not missing this for nothing!!

“I want my office to be painted in white tommorow” Micheal ordered
The workers bowed
“Good, interview stands now open the gate for the people, I get to Interview them myself” Micheal added and went to sit at his desk
One of the security standing outside listened to the instructions and nodded, he opened the gate for the people not after checking them if there’s anything thing like weapons or anything with them
“The interview starts now I want all of your to sit at the reception over there and wait for your names to be called, I hope you’re with your University certificate?” The security man asked
The nodded and went to sit, Kaylee just got there
“I hope I’m not to late?” She asked
“Not at all, please have a sit” the security man smiled
Kaylee eyed him and went to sit, after few mins names began getting called
“Any roll, any roll is fine by me, I’ll do anything, just please let me get this job” she prayed silently

Some hours later**
“Who’s named Kaylee here?” A security man asked
Kaylee immediately raised up and rushed in, she met him with his nose mask staring at her, he started at her silently for what seemed to be a long time before clearing his throat
“Have a sit” he said
Kaylee sat down and smiled immediately
“Your name?” He asked
Kaylee gulped down, she heaved before talking
“Kaylee Doraemon” she replied, her hands were sweaty with the reply he’s given her
“More” he said
“Uhh, I’m planning to enrol as your secretary,I students business management in England university, passed with a really good degree, I just know that you won’t be disappointed if you hire me” she said,, praying silently he’ll hire her
“Any job experience before this?” He asked
“Yes I worked at JM Entertainment but…” She bit her lips
“But…..
“I got…. I quit, my father was sick so quitted, when I came back he had hired someone else” she lied
Micheal looked at her
“Are you lying?” He asked, even though he knows she was lying and he knew the exact reason why she got fired
“I’m not lying” she shook her head and he nodded
“I can call the company to squeeze out information…” He said, bringing his hands to his telephone
“No need” she immediately stopped him but touching his hands on the telephone, he looked at her and she immediately removed her hands
He then took the sanitizer and poured on his hands then rubbed it together, Kaylee frowned when he did that
“Miss, I need loyal and trustworthy workers, what I’m seeing now is nothing compared to it” he said
“What are you trying to say?” Kaylee asked with slightly widened eyes
He leaned back on his couch
“You’re not compatible enough to work as my secretary or work in this company” he said
“No” she shook her head in tears.
