I was beyond shocked that Adrian introduced me as his friend,What am I missing here?
Why would Adrian do this to me?
“Okay, I need explanations now,why did you do that? Why deny me in front of Jace?” I asked angrily the minute Jace left.
Adrian ran his hamd through his hair roughly making his hair stand up.
“Am sorry,okay? I did it for a reason”
“And what is the reason? Are your ashamed of me?”
“No,never,am not..Jace is my old friend from England, that’s all”
“If he’s your friend from England,why did you lie to him about me?”
“Because.. because Jace is a bad person,he is really bad and i did that to protect you”
“Protect me? And what would he do if he found out that i am your girlfriend?”
“I don’t know but please,stay away from him,i don’t want you talking to him anymore”
“Adrian,you know am not a 5 year old that you can tell what to do”
“Damnit, Claribel,just do as i say, don’t talk to him and am going to be needing you to not come out of the house without me”
“What? I can’t do that,Why are you hiding me? Adrian,what is really going on?”
” I already told you what is going on,Stay away from Jace,final”
“Fine but Adrian,if i find out that there’s more to this Jace stuff than you are telling,our relationship will be on the line”
He was shocked at what i said,i looked away from him and walked away.

? Adrian’s P.o.v?
“Dude,you can’t possibly tell her what to do, she’s not 5 years old”
I came over to Isaac’s place since i really need someone to talk to.
“I know but i just hope she listens to me”
“When are you going to tell her the truth?”
“Am not planning to”
“What do you mean by you are not planning to?
You said it yourself that she said if she finds out you were lying,your relationship is on the line”
“I know,Isaac,i just don’t want her to leave, She’s the only stable thing in my life right now,i can’t lose her”
If Claribel finds out about what happened in England, she’ll leave me and i don’t want that.
“How are you and Shannon doing?”
“We fought this morning”
“Really? Why?”
“You know Bella,my childhood friend,she came around and wants to spend time with me, Shannon doesn’t like the idea and she wants me to stay away from her”
“Isaac,you know you can’t neglect your girlfriend for your childhood friend”
“Shannon is just being over dramatic and jealous”

“Shannon,i just have a feeling that he’s lying to me” I said to Shannon over the phone.
“Why would you think that?”
“I know him like i know the back of my palm, he’s definitely lying” i said and Shannon sighed.
“What’s wrong?”
“It’s Isaac,we fought all because of that btch called Bella”
“Bella? His childhood friend?”
“Yeah,I know she’s trying to steal Isaac from me and he isn’t noticing, Clary, i hate her”
“When i saw her at the mall with you guys,i knew she would be an obn0xious stupid bimbo, Shannon if you need any help dealing with her,you have my support”
“I was planning on dealing with her till she went back to where she came from but Isaac said if i touch her,our relationship is over”
“He said that?”
“Yes,he did so i slapped him and left his house”
“Why are boys so stupid?”
“But we can’t help but to love them”

The Next Day.
I was still at Adrian’s house,it was early in the morning,i woke up from his bed but i couldn’t find him.
I went down and he was on the phone with someone.
“Okay,i will be ready by 7” He said over the phone then ended the call,he turned around and was shocked in seeing me.
“Gosh,you scared me”
“Who were you talking to?” I asked and he scratched the back of his neck.
“Um.. it’s Jace”
“Jace? I thought you said that he’s a bad person so why hang out with him?”
“He’s still my friend and he and some of my friends from England are coming over for a party tonight”
“Really? That’s good,i get to meet your old friends”
“No,Babe,you won’t be meeting them because you are not coming to this party”
“And why?”
“Jace has interest in you,he told me”
“I told him the first time we met,that i had a boyfriend”
“Jace doesn’t care about that,he always gets what he wants and you are this next target”
“So what do you expect me to do?”
“You will lock yourself in my room through out the night”
“What? So i will become a prisoner in my boyfriend’s house”
“It’s just for tonight”
“You are the cause of all these,you could have told him that i was your girlfriend,we wouldn’t be doing all this”
“I already told you that it’s for your own good,you are not attending this party and that’s final”
He took his phone from the table and walked away.
