The time said 6:30,am sure they are already on their way,i was dressing up in my room.
Claribel was on the bed, doing something on her phone, since our little disagreement this morning,she started ignoring me.
“Babe?” I called out but she pretended like she was the only one in the room.
I came closer to her but she moved away quickly,I sighed deeply.
“Am doing this for your own good,Jace is nothing but trouble,I love you so much,Claribel”
She didn’t respond and it was really killing me,i don’t want us to fight like this but i have to get rid of Jace first.
A few minutes later and the doorbell rang.
“Claribel, please don’t come out of the room,lock it from the inside”
I went downstairs to open the door and hoping that Claribel doesn’t come downstairs.

? Claribel’s P.o.v?
Adrian really pissed me off this morning, I can’t believe he asked me to stay here all through the night because he thinks Jace wants me,if he just told Jace the truth,none of this would be happening.
I looked around the room and noticed that he kept so many novels and snacks for me, guess am stuck here.

3 Hours Later.
It’s been a fcking three hours,i have managed to read 3 novels and all my snacks are finished,am bored out of my mind.
“This is total bull crap” I said to myself,i heard laughter and giggling from downstairs,i wonder what they are doing.
“Let me just have a peek” i said to myself,i unlocked the door and tip toed to the edge of the stairs.
I looked down and there were 3 guys and 2 girls,one of the girls was so close to Adrian,he said something to her and she giggled.
I walked back to the room and closed the door.
“So am in here going through extreme boredom while he is busy hovering over a skank” I said to myself angrily.
I immediately changed from the pajamas shorts and tank top i was wearing to a crop top and tight jeans,i brushed my hair properly.
“You can’t treat me like a child, Adrian”
I took a deep breath and started descending the stairs, they were all focused on something but one of the guys looked up and whistled earning the attention of others.
Adrian had the expression of shock and little anger on his face.
“Goodness,Who is this beauty?” One of the guys said,Jace was staring at me like he could see through my clothes.

When i thought this night would go smoothly,Claribel showed up,She didn’t stay in the fcking room like i instructed.
Jace’s eyes were all over her and not just him,both Nathan and Scott.
“Goodness,who is this beauty?” Nathan asked he l*ustfully stared at Claribel.
“Am Claribel, Adrian’s.. friend”
“Well,you are hot”
“Thanks,so what are you guys doing?”
“Well,we were just remembering old times with Adrian”
“Nice,can i join?”
“Of course,you can sit with me” Jace said as he dragged Claribel to a couch.
“Oh,by the way,this is Steph and Chelsey”

“Oh,by the way,this is Steph and Chelsey” The guy named Nathan said,the two girls waved at me while i managed a smile,Steph was the one so close to Adrian.
Speaking of Adrian,He kept giving me glares,i avoided his gaze at me.
We all started talking about different things,Jace is really funny same with Nathan and Scott,their accent was so thick.

An Hour Later.
? Adrian’s P.o.v?
“It’s almost midnight,i think Claribel should be going home now” I said trying not to sound so angry at the fact that Jace is literally drooling over Claribel,he hasn’t kept his hands to himself all night.
“Chill,dude,Claribel can take care of herself and besides i didn’t see her walk in through the front door,does she live here?”
“No,i don’t,i just came to see Adrian” She said and smiled at Jace.
“We would love to hang out with you again, You are really cool” Steph said and she and Claribel high fived.
“If you want to go home,i can take you”Jace offers,the urge to punch his face is on the top.
“I would love that”
Jace held her hands and kssed it,then he started leaning over, that’s when i lost it.
I lurched at him and punched him to the ground.
He pushed me off him,Jace is very strong,i think i learnt how to fight from him.
“What’s your problem,dude?”
“The problem is that i don’t like you touching my girlfriend”I said earning gasps from my friends.

“The problem is that i don’t like you touching my girlfriend” Adrian said and everyone gasps in shock.
“What the hell?”
“What did you just say,Coleman?” Jace asked with anger on his face
“Claribel is not my friend, she’s my girlfriend”
“About time you told them” i said and he gave me a hard glare.
“Don’t stare at me like that”
“Why did you come out? I specifically told you not to come out of my room”
“That’s the problem,you can’t tell me what to do,am not some little girl.
What’s going on? I don’t see anything bad about Jace or your friends so why hide me from them”
“Adrian,tell her the truth,she deserves it” Jace said.
“You shut up”
“What truth?” I said looking back and forth from Jace and Adrian.
“Tell her, Coleman”
“If you talk one more time,i will punch you” Adrian said to Jace,who just chuckled.
“TELL ME THE TRUTH” I yelled.
“Okay,fine, promise you won’t leave me”
“Adrian,tell me the truth”
“I lied to you about the reason i came to America”
“So it wasn’t because your dad died”
“No,he died way before i came here,When i was in England,i joined a gang”
“A gang?”
