I continued running and after a long while, I sighted another car again.
This time around, I ran into the middle of the road and started waving at it.
It’s better it knocks me down than leave me in this hell hound.
The driver hunned the car and screeched to a halt in front of me and I ran up to the driver’s door immediately.
“Please help me…Help!” I said impatiently, hitting the door.
Then the driver opened up and came out and…what?
It was Mrs Houston.
“Mrs…”
“Alyssa?” She called in shock.
“What are you doing here? What happened to you?
We…We’ve been looking all over for you” she said with a startled look.
“Mrs…Mrs Houston. I…I was kidnapped. I was held hostage. I…”
“Oh, my God! Calm down, Alyssa.
Get into the car. I’ll call the police right away” she cut in and helped me get into the car.
It was quite a coincidence meeting her there at that time, but it wasn’t important
I was happy I finally found someone to rescue me.
I was saved.
She returned to the driver’s seat and tried starting the ignition.
I was still scared and breathing heavily.
“Please, hurry up Mrs Houston. They might catch up with us…”
I was still talking when she suddenly brought out something I had no idea of and sprayed it on my face.
It was powdery.
I coughed and looked at her and she seemed double.
Then I realised I was feeling dizzy.
What is going on?
She brought out her phone and made a call.
“Hello?
“How the hell did she escape?”
She spoke angrily on the phone.
I gasped and looked at her in confusion.
What…what is going on?
“Mrs Houston?” I called weakly and finally passed out.
