CHAPTER 36
Vixen laughed and quickly pulled her closer again. She rested her head on his chest as she sighed.
Finally, she could expose herself and get something that had been bothering her out of her chest.
She felt so relieved, fulfilled, revived…anything to make her feel happy to the fullest.
She had never felt safe in someone’s arm before. She had never loved to go this close to a man’s body ever since her teen experience.
But here she was, hugging tight to vixen and feeling like she had jusy been reborn.
She laughed at her thought.
” Can i take you out tomorrow?” Vixen broke the silence.
” Uhm…No” she said.
” We’ll visit the mall thereafter”
” Now that’s much better” she said, giggling.

SO MANY DAYS LATER…
It was morning already. Light rays swayed through Amy’s curtain.
She slept on her bed arms spread while staring at the roof. Suddenly, she dragged the blanket down her legs as she flew off the bed.
She staggered on her steps as she rushed towards the toilet. Her kneels went down, she grabbed the seater to throw up all the whole mess.
She coughed, breathing and panting heavily. She leaned her face up and held her stomach in pain.
After a while, she cleaned her lips with her palm and lazily stood up.
Her body had been weak, feeling quite strange and irritating for the past few days. She didn’t like the new feeling because it made her seem uncomfortable.
She got back to her room and stared at her mirror and drew up her shirt. Her stomach hadn’t started to develop.
She walked over to her pillow and picked out her morning pills to drink.
Her door got opened in the process and Amy hid the pills behind her back.
” Mom!.” She looked suprised and guilty. ” Good morning mom!” She said, blinking her eyes nervously.
Mrs qin stretched her neck trying to see what she was hiding. Amy quickly squeezed the tablet behind her.
” What are you hiding behind your backs?” Her mom asked.
She tucked the tablet inside her underwear.
” Nothing.” She replied.
” Let me see your hands.” Mrs qin said coming to meet her.
Amy slowly stretched out her small palm and pulled up an innocent face as she stared at her mom.
Mrs qin sighed and began to walk away.
” Your breakfast is ready. Come down and eat quickly.” She said.
” I’ll be coming.” Amy replied. Mrs qin stopped in her tracks and turned to face her.
” Haven’t I warned you never to tell me that!. How can i suffer to make breakfast and you say you are coming. Come now!” She yelled.
” But…i…” she raised her arm to point at her wardrobe.
” Alicia!” Her mom yelled.
Amy nodded her head quickly and began to walk towards her slowly, the tablet was frazing over her bvtt.
They climbed down the stairs and Mrs qin bragged about the nice food she had done for her.
They got to the dinning and Amy took her place on the table to eat.
She hadn’t pick a spoon yet but the smell of the food had began to make her feel irritated. She covered her nose and lips, trying to gawp.
” What’s the problem?” Her mom asked, looking at her.
” I’m quite full.” She replied and Mrs qin pulled a warning face at her.
Amy lazily picked her fork to eat. Immediately, her eyes bulged out.
She left her chair and ran towards the sink as she left them crawling out her lips with difficulty.
” Oh dear..dear…” Mrs qin rushed towards her with a bottle of water. She poured some into a cup and Amy quickly picked it to sip out of it.
” Are you okay?” Her mom asked, rubbing her backs.
” Yes.” Amy nodded staring at the floor nervously.
Her mom touched her head to check her temperature and she realised she was very warm.
” Oh goodness!. You are so warm. I think we should visit the hospital right away to check what’s exactly wrong.”
” No!” Amy instantly yelled, staring at her.
” What’s no??” Her mom scowled a face.
” Am fine. I..i..can manage.” She said.
” You can’t tell me what to do. You are my daughter and i can’t watch you sick thinking you will be alright.
Go have your bath, we are moving to the hospital” She said.
Amy pouted her lips sadly as she stepped away. She got to her room and fell on her bed.
Sighing, she ran her fingers into her hair. Her phone buzzed and she looked over to it direction.
It was xan, the person she was about to call. She picked her phone and stretched it to her ears.
” Good morning, xan.” She said.
” Good morning, sweetie. How’s your night?”
” It was good. But there’s a problem. My mom wants to take me to the hospital today.”
” Today?. Why?” He asked.
” She caught me throwing up.” She replied.
Xan remained mute in the other line, totally speechless.
” She doesn’t have any idea that it’s pre.gnancy right?”
” Yeah. I don’t think so.” She said and heaved a sigh. ” Xan, what do we do now?”
” Which hospital will she go to?”
” I think it’s the one close to our home.” She said.
” Good. Don’t worry too much. I’ll find a way out.” He replied.
” Okay. Bye…
She kept her phone on her phone and walked towards the calender. She ticked one day off.
” That makes it four weeks gone.”

AT THE HOSPITAL.
The doctor finally came by with the test result. Amy quickly stood up, feeling like her would burst.
” So what’s the result doc?” Her mom asked.
” She has a…Uhm…a stomach bug. Like a tapeworm. But it can heal on its own.” He replied.
Amy heaved a sigh. She lowered her face and formed a smile. She knew xan was behind it.
” So you mean she’s perfectly fine?” Mrs qin asked and the doctor nodded.
” Alicia. Please come with me.” He said and Amy looked at her mom before following him away.
He took her to his office and opened the door. Amy screamed the moment she saw xan.
She jumped on him, hugging him tightly.
The doctor decided to excuse them for a while. Amy looked up at him, still wrapping him around her.
” How did you do it?”
” I had to beg the doctor and explain to him. Infact i have the real result here.”
” Woah. Lemme see.” She said taking the papers from him.
” What real result?” Someone suddenly tripped in, making the two couples raise their head and blink nervously.
