Episode 21
Kimberly’s pov
I heard bold footsteps rushing to my room, I closed my eyes tightly and held by Teddy beer.
The door flung opened and I heard ” Kim are you already asleep? ” he asked softly and calmly.
I stretched and turned to his direction pretending as though I was sleeping.
“Yea” I replied.
“Sorry for disturbing you then” he said and my heart skipped.
Someone should tell him not to go out please.
I’m yearning for his touch. Shut up! You Slut! I said to myself and remained calm.
“Kim can we talk please”? He pleaded.
This man is really funny. Of course we can talk.
I sat up and adjusted on the bed.
He took small strides and sat close to me making me shiver.
He k!ssed my hair and stroke my fingers gently while turning me to face him.
The faintly shining bedroom light shone on his face blurring his features but he still look as handsome as ever.
” Kim I like you so much. I don’t know how long but recently I can’t get you out of my head” he said sternly searching my eyes.
” I don’t know how you feel about me but please give me the privilege to love you and take care of you” he added.
I couldn’t believe my ears. I could feel fireworks in my stomach.
He likes me too. The knot in my stomach tightened.
I cleared my throat and opened my mouth but no words could come out.
Stupid Kim, you’ve been waiting for this day now it’s finally here but you’re such a coward.
When he sensed how uneasy I was, he feared I might misunderstand him so he added
“Kim you don’t have to answer me now let me know when you’re ready but I really like you”
“It’s fine. You don’t have to wait, I…I feel the same way too” I managed to say shyly and lowered my lashes avoiding his gaze.

Ethan’s pov
Fear crept into my heart when she didn’t respond, perhaps she’s overwhelmed by my sudden confession.
I added “Kim you don’t have to answer me know, let me know when you’re ready”
Then she said the few words that cleared the heaviness that was clouding my heart.
I hugged her tightly, not wanting to let her go, I pulled away and looked into her eyes lovingly.
“Marry me Kim” I blurted. I could feel her body stiffened.
” I want to marry you Kim. I want you to be the only woman I love now and always” I said again trying my chances.
She looked at me with a dazzling smile.
“Are you sure?” She asked pouting her lips.
“Cross my heart” I retorted reciprocating her breathtaking smile.
“I will marry you Mr Bergson” she replied and I chuckled at the name ” Mr Bergson ”
“Really? You don’t have to call me that you know”
” And Thanks so much Kim” I said and showered her with k!sses all over her face.
My body was burning for her madly.
I couldn’t hold it any longer, I started cuddling and r0mancing her
The world seemed to have stopped.
I was about to slide my hand beneath her feminine area when she held my hand.
My heart sank. This is what I was trying to avoid she’s not ready.
“What’s wrong?” I asked a bit disappointed while trying to suppress my inner desire for her.
“I…I want us to wait till our wedding night. I’m sorry for bringing you this far” she apologized.
Her voice only was enough to calm my nerves. I couldn’t help but give her a reassuring smile.
“It’s okay Kim. I respect your decision. Till our wedding night then”
“But can we cuddle please? I can’t bear to sleep alone tonight without you by my side” I pleaded with a puppy eyes.
She nodded and crawled to my bossom and held me tightly.
“Sleep well. I love you” I muttered but she heard me clearly for she replied with
” I love you too” she retorted shyly.
This is the first time we’ve exchanged such intimate and touching words .
Now I’m convinced that she loves me.
When I heard her slow and deep breathing then I knew that she’s fallen asleep.
I didn’t sleep but was thinking about our future together
White Shadow’s pov
I giggled as I watch them confess their feelings to each other.
The most intriguing part was when Kim accepted to marry Ethan.
“Thank you so much Kim” I said and become so emotional.
I think I can now rest in peace. But I am sad I can’t be human again, at the same time, I am happy because Ethan has finally found a good woman for himself.
