It was her first time so she was exhausted, Elias covered them with the duvet.
‘Why does it feel warm? Am I sleeping on a Volcano?’ Romina wondered in her head with her eyes still shut.
She opened her eyes and noticed a huge chest on her face and arms hugging her to the body.
‘Am I kidnapped?’ She thought and luckily got out of Elias’s arm. “Oh My God! What are you doing in my bed?!” She half screamed and Elias opened his eyes instantly.
“Good morning,” he greeted with a smile. “Why are you in my bed and why are you shirtless?” She inquired instead.
Elias rubbed his face instead, he knew she will remember eventually so he just kept quiet.
Romina sat up and realized she was not putting anything on either.
“What happened to my bIouse?!” She freaked. “We are nked,” he replied and her jaw dropped.
“Naked? W-why why will we be naked? What happened?” She bombarded him with questions and he just smiled as he sat up too.
“You don’t remember?” He asked. “Remember what? Is there something I am supposed to remember?” She questioned back and he nodded slowly.
“What could that be?” She asked no one as she bit her fingernails.
“Wait, why will be in bed naked? That can only happen if we….” She trailed offend suddenly gasped.
“That didn’t happen! Tell me it didn’t happen!” She screamed. “That will be called lying and I don’t like lying,” he winked at her.
“You took advantage of me,” she said with a d.eadly glare shot at him. “Do you remember what happened? Don’t come to conclusions until you do,” he said and got out of bed nkedly.
She closed his eyes and groaned. “Just because something happened between us doesn’t mean you should be shameless!”
He chuckled and picked up his clothes, he went into the bathroom and Romina breathed out in relief the moment she heard the door lock.
“What have you done Romina? How could you be shameless? Few glasses of wine and you sold your vrgnity!” She groaned lowly with her head buried in the duvet.
‘You enjoyed everything,’ her subconscious replied. “I didn’t! We will pretend we don’t remember,” she replied herself and the door opened.
“Good morning,” Nanny Gloria greeted and she flinched. “Na…..nny,” she trailed off and she furrowed her brow at her.
“Did you do something wrong?” Nanny Gloria asked as she looked at her suspiciously.
“Come on, I’m not a criminal,” she faked a smile and nanny Gloria walked further into the room, Romina felt like her heart was going to rip as her (nanny Gloria) steps got heavier.
“Why are your clothes lying on the floor? Not just your clothes but your undies too,” Nanny Gloria said and raised her pant.
“Nanny!” She groaned and snatched it from her. “Why did you do that?!” She snapped.
“Why are you shy? It is just the two of us, isn’t it?” Nanny Gloria asked but got no response she looked away squeezing the pant.
Nanny Gloria folded her arms under her bbs and asked. “Where is he?”
“Who?” Romina asked playing innocent. “You did it, didn’t you?” Nanny Gloria asked.
“Do what?” She questioned back. “You had sx,” she blurted.
“How did you… I mean what are you talking about?” Romina asked and played with her hair
“Have you forgotten you are a terrible liar? Bring him downstairs once he is done having his bath,” Nanny Gloria said, and left the room.
“How am I going to face her? Never in my life will I drink wine!” She screamed and jumped out of bed.
She rushed to her wardrobe and got a towel, she tied it around her chest and picked up her clothes from the floor.
“Are you done?” She asked Elias who stood by the bathroom door.
“Is your nanny going to kll us?” He asked fearfully and she could not help but laugh.
“Are you scared of dying?” She asked with a mock. “No… I just want…., to know how I’m going to die,” he stuttered.
“Really? Well she plans on poisoning you,” Romina replied and went into the bathroom, she locked the door behind and he quickly got dressed.
“She is joking, right?” He asked no one as he paced in the room, Romina ignored him after she was done and went straight into the bathroom.
Romina was dressed in a blue long gown and her hair was packed in a clean bun, she led the way and Elias followed slowly
“Good morning Romina,” Zoey greeted and turned around. “Why are you two together?” Zoey inquired.
“It’s a long story, and they are too tired to say it,” Nanny Gloria replied and Elias sat on a chair while Romina went into the kitchen.
“Did you sleep over?” Zoey asked Elias and the door opened.
Jerry walked in with a smile, and everyone turned to look at him, he noticed their eyes on him but pretended not to care.
He went into his room and Zoey pouted and asked. “He looks suspicious,” Zoey muttered.
“Everything will be over soon,” Romina replied. “How long have you guys known each other?” Nanny Gloria asked and the table was silent.
“Long before he walked in here I guess,” Nanny Gloria answered herself, and Romina bit her lips.
“Nanny, why do you ask such questions? I’ll guess you want me to lose my appetite,” Romina pouted childishly.
“Until your mom is strong enough to look after you, I am your mother,” she stated and Romina gulp down.
“Why does she suddenly look scary?” Elias asked Zoey in a whisper.
“I don’t know,” Zoey replied with a shrug. “You are unbelievable,” Romina muttered and they heard sounds from the stairs, they looked back and saw Jerry walking downstairs with his things.
“Is he leaving?” Elias asked. “Obviously,” Zoey replied.
Jerry didn’t say a word as he walked out of the mansion. “Things are getting weirder,” Romina muttered as she found Jerry leaving out of the blue suspicious.
“Let’s have breakfast, we have two things to celebrate,” Nanny Gloria said and started dishing out the food, Romina was grateful she forgot about her.
Elias left immediately after breakfast, while Romina worked on the email she got from Nina, her secretary.
Nanny Gloria went back to the kitchen with Zoey to prepare Mrs. Zaragoza’s favorite, they are hoping she would be awake when they get there.

Elias met his siblings studying with Nicole when he got home.
“Welcome,” they said in unison and he smiled.
“How have you guys been?” He asked. “Good,” they replied in unison again.
“Good morning sir,” Nicole greeted. “Morning, thanks for coming,” he appreciated and she smiled.
Elias went into his room and showered again, he changed his clothes and walked out of his room to meet Iris standing in the living room.
‘Why is she here?’ That was the first question that came into his mind, she has not dropped by after the story argument they had.
“Good morning, love,” Iris greeted with a smile while Elias’s face was void of expression.
“Don’t you miss me?” She asked and he sighed, he walked down the stairs and past her
“Come outside,” he ordered and she followed. “I see you don’t miss me,” she uttered sadly when they got outside.
“I thought you forgot about me,” he replied and she chuckled, she walked closer to him and trailed her finger on his chest.
“How can I forget the only man I love?” She asked rhetorically and he scoffed. “You don’t believe me?” She asked.
“What brings you here?” He asked instead and she let out a sad smile.
“I’m sorry for the things I said the other day, I know you hate me and I deserve it but I love you and I don’t want to lose you,” she said and waited for him to speak.
Elias opened his mouth to say something but his phone rang distracting him.
It was Romina so he picked up immediately. “Elias, it’s mom,” she cried.
