“Are you stalking me now? Can’t find something better to do? Do I need to say out loud that I am not interested in you? Fuçking move on!” Iris snapped and Neil chuckled.
He stood straight and dipped his hand into his pocket. “Let her in,” He ordered Nina before walking away.
“You can go in,” Nina said to Iris and went to her seat.
“Why is he giving orders?” Iris asked Nina. “Where is Romina?”
“Romina got fired today, Neil is the new acting CEO,” Nina reported.
“That j.erk?!” She exclaimed. “Couldn’t they find someone better?”
Nina kept her eyes on the screen while Iris reluctantly went into the office.
“My love,” he called and widened his arm for a hug. “I am going to punch you if you touch me,” Iris threatened and walked past him to sit on the couch.
“Why the angry face? Is it because you hoped to meet Romina?” He teased and sat on the couch opposite her.
“Yes, I hoped to see an Angel, not a devil,” she replied.
“Well, it is a good thing an angel was replaced with a devil. You can talk to this Angel, he is more than willing to help you,” he smiled.
“You are the d’vil! Id!ot,” she retorted.
“Why do you always say mean things to me when I mean no harm? It breaks my heart Iris,” he pouted.
“I wish it broke your h.ead instead, I won’t have to run into you that way because you will be six feet underground,” she glared.
“Iris!” He yells. “Tell me where I can find Romina,” she demanded.
“Why do you want to see Romina?” He asked. “I need her help,” she answered.
“Well, Romina is not in the best position to help you now,” he rested his back on the sofa and crossed his legs.
“Why? What did you do to her?” She growled.
“Why do you give a dmn about Romina? Who is she to you?” He asked.
“A good friend, the best friend I have gotten so far. Why am I explaining this to you? You are too dumb to understand it,” Iris muttered.
“I am the only true friend you will ever have Iris, you should stick that into your skull. No one can love you as much as I do, they will burn you for the world while I will burn the world for you,” he stated.
“I will find Romina myself,” she stood up and made to leave.
“You will come back to me Iris, you will beg me to get rid of Romina,” he said and she turned to face him, laughing.
“And why will I do that,” she asked. “Because by then you will realize the truth,” he replied.
“I might come back here to get your head but never will I ask for your help,” she stated and opened the door.
“I won’t be too sure if I were you, Iris,” he said out loud as she walked out of his office.

Diana won’t let Zoey rest since she found out she is a robot, Zoey’s battery was draining faster than normal and she had to keep charging herself.
Romina and Draco were preparing dinner in the kitchen, Draco has been helpful to Romina.
They played games in the afternoon and took a walk around the estate.
“You should be a chef,” Romina said to Draco. “It’s a gift, Elias is a good cook too,” he replied.
“And Diana?” She asked. “She loves playing, just like she is doing right now,” he diverted his gaze to the direction of the living room and they found Diana ordering Zoey to download all sorts of videos and games.
“Let her be,” Romina smiled. “Elias broke up with Iris,” Draco blurted.
“Why did he do that?” Romina asked pretending to be clueless. “Iris is the worst, we should celebrate their break up later,” he giggled.
Romina turned to the sink and suddenly remember Iris asking her for help, they planned on meeting in the company but she isn’t there.
“Excuse me, I will be right back,” Romina said and left the kitchen.
She went to their room and picked up her phone, she was surprised to meet twenty-three missed calls.
At first, she thought it was all from Nanny Gloria since she haven’t called her, she unlocked her phone
Ten missed calls were from Nanny Gloria, six from Iris, and seven from Nina.
She decided to call Nanny Gloria first, and she picked up at the first ring.
“My dear, how are you? Are you safe? Why didn’t you return my calls sooner?” Nanny Gloria scolded her.
“Nanny,” Romina called softly and nanny Gloria began to sob, Romina wished she was there to comfort her.
“Nanny, don’t be like that,” Romina warned. “I can’t help it dearly, the house is empty without you. Neil ordered all your pictures be removed, he is in control now and it just breaks my heart when I think about it,” she cried.
“Don’t cry, if you keep on crying I will hang up,” she threatened. “No, don’t do that. I stopped crying, I am not crying,” she replied trying her best to hold her tears.
“How is mom?” Romina asked. “She has not been out of her room since she had breakfast, I went to check up on her but she wouldn’t open the door,” Nanny Gloria reported.
“Please keep a close eye on her, make sure she eats and gets enough rest. Neil might try to hurt her when he does don’t hesitate to call the police and try not to get hurt too,” Romina said and Nanny Gloria sobbed silently.
“It is going to be fine Nanny, we are going to win this war. I will put Neil where he belongs,” she assured and her nanny smiled in tears.
“I love you, nanny, I love you so much always remember that,” she said and nanny Gloria nodded gently.
She was nervous about ending up in tears If she said another word. “Bye nanny,” she said and hang up.
She called Nina next since what Iris was going to say was predictable, she waited patiently since she didn’t pick up on the first five rings.
Romina dialed her number again. “Oh, my gosh Romina! What happened to you? Where have you been?” Nina bombarded her with questions.
“I am fine, is something wrong? Did Neil come to the company?” She asked.
“Yeah, you were fired. Your mom gave an order, Neil was made the new acting CEO,” Nina informed.
“Okay,” was Romina’s response, she knew that was going to happen and there was no point crying over spilled milk.
“You are not Okay, so don’t pretend to be,” Nina said and she chuckled sadly.
“I am fine Nina,” she assured. “I am worried about mom instead, she is in danger with me out of the mansion,” she bowed her head sadly.
“I can drop by the mansion and visit her in my spare time,” Nina suggested. “That would be great but you are going to get into trouble with Neil,” Romina replied.
“You are right, it’s a miracle he has not fired me yet,” she mumbled.
“Thanks for caring, Nina,” she appreciated. “You are my friend, it is only normal if I care about you,” Nina replied.
“Can you hang up, I am getting an incoming call,” Romina requested and she did.
“Hey Steve,” Romina smiled. “Why is Neil the new acting CEO?” That was Steve’s first question.
“It is what it is,” Romina replied, she was tired of talking about Neil. She has had enough of him for the day.
“Where are you? I am coming to you,” Steve said. “Don’t, it isn’t necessary,” She replied.
“Wait for me,” he said and hung up, she wanted to ask how he was going to find her but he had already hung up.
She went back to the kitchen and Draco was done with the meals. “I am sorry I took so long,” she apologized.
“It’s fine,” he replied and walked out of the kitchen, Romina’s mind drifted to Steve again and she remembered he is a good hacker
He is going to track her phone, she sighed and went back to the room.
A few minutes later there was a knock on the door and Zoey went to get it.
“Steve!” Zoey called with a smile. “Zoey, nice to see you,” he said with the same enthusiasm.
“Is Romina in?” He asked and sighted her immediately descending the stairs.
“Let’s talk outside,” Romina said and they walked a bit distance from the mansion.
Elias drove in a few minutes after and was surprised to find Romina talking to a guy. He kept his gaze on them as he drove closer, Steve’s hand was on Romina’s shoulder.
It angered him as he stopped the car and stepped out of it.
He walked closer to them but they didn’t notice him and Steve hugged Romina, Elias boiled in rage as he pulled them apart and wrapped his arm around Romina’s waist possessively.
