Romina held her mom’s hand after the shriek, “Mom, are you alright?” She inquired worriedly.

“Mom, look at me,” she beckoned but Mrs. Zaragoza’s eyes was still shut, Romina tightened her grip on Mrs. Zaragoza’s hand but she was not responding.

Romina glanced at Dr. Ronald, she gave him a questioning look. “She is fine,” he assured and Romina glanced back at her mother.

“Mom, can you hear me? I want to know if you can hear me, please move your finger,” she pleaded

Mrs. Zaragoza didn’t move her finger but tears rolled out of her shut eyes, Romina anxiety grew.

“Why.. Why is she crying?” She stuttered nervously as her mother’s hand slipped out of her shaky hand.

“She is fine, Miss. Zaragoza,” Dr. Ronald assured. “Don’t just tell me she is fine, prove to me that she is fine!” She snapped.

“Fine,” he respond and moved closer to Mrs. Zaragoza on the bed, he held her hand and gave it a gentle squeeze.

“Ma’am,” he called. “Move a finger if you can hear me,” he said.

Mrs. Zaragoza slowly opened her eyes and it was reddened, she sat up and turn to face Romina.

She raiser her hand to her face and caress her cheeks softly as tears rolled down her cheek, she just recovered her memory.

She remembers her daughter, her world. How could she have forgotten her and get played by that fool Neil? She is indeed the worst mother in the world.

“Why are you crying mom?” Romina asked as she wiped her tears. “Does it hurt?”

Mrs. Zaragoza nodded in response to Romina’s question since her mouth felt too heavy to move. She can’t think of the right word to say at the moment.

“Where does it hurt? Tell me, I will make it go away,” she assured. Mrs. Zaragoza wept more as she listened and watched Romina worried about her.

“My daughter,” she called softly, her hand held her chin and she placed a kss on her hand.

“My love,” she called and Romina knew she had gained her memories, but it was a thing to be happy about.

Why was she crying? Does she feel guilty? Why will she let herself feel that? It was not her fault, she has no control over it.

If someone was to blame it was her, she let her guard down and let Neil get himd of her. If she had been more careful, Neil won’t be able to touch a strand of her hair let alone brainwash her.

“Mom,” Romina called. “I am sorry my child, I am sorry,” she apologized and Romina hugged her.

“You did nothing wrong to apologize for mom,” she said and pat her back gently. “No, I hurt you. I made your heart bleed when I should have protected you, I am a bad mother,” she wept bitterly.

Her heart was arching real bad and she just felt like letting it all out if it will hurt less, she held onto her daughter and wept.

“Are we gonna keep going round in circle? I hold no grudge against you mom because I love you, I want you to forgive yourself, okay?”

“Romina,” Mrs. Zaragoza sobbed and Romina chuckled. “We should go home or Dr. Ronald is going to tease us,” Romina wiped the tears on her cheeks.

She was not crying because she was sad but because she could not contain her happiness.

“I love you my child, I love you and I am sorry,” she said and Romina disengaged from the hug.

Her clothe was now wet from the tears, she cupped her mothers cheek and stared into her eyes for a long time.

She smiled and peck her forehead, she held her hand and help her get out of bed.

“We shouldn’t cry or we are going to fall sick, and you should be embarrassed,” she said.

“Why?” Mrs. Zaragoza inquired confusedly. “You were crying in front If your grandchild,” she pointed at her not so obvious baby bump.

“Oh, I am sorry baby grandma was just so happy and she could not contain her happiness,” Mrs. Zaragoza rubbed Romina’s belly with a smile.

“I think you are forgiven,” Romina guessed and they laughed. “Congratulations,” Dr. Ronald chirp in.

“Thanks Doc,” Romina smiled. “We are gonna head home now,” she added and held her mother’s hand.

“Goodbye doctors,” Mrs. Zaragoza waved and they left the doctors office together.

“Romina,” Mrs. Zaragoza called. “There is something I need to tell you.”

“What is it?” Romina inquired and the driver opened the door for them to get in.

“The Will,” she started. “We should talk about that some other time, you just regained your memories,” Romina smiled.

“No, I want to tell you,” she insisted. “Fine,” Romina agreed.

“It is in Zoey’s backup memory,” she blurted and Romina’s eyes widened.

“Zoey has the will?” Romina asked again to confirm. “Yes, ask her to recover a file named ROZA,” she replied

“ROZA?” Romina replied. “Yeah, Romina Zaragoza in full,” she replied.

“Are you saying….” Romina trailed off. “I understand that you are surprised, that was the only safe place we could think off. Even if Zoey was destroyed you cab recover it from her backup memory,” she explained with a sad smile.

“I am sorry that all this is coming too late, I should have never lost my memory to begin with,” she bowed her head in guilt

Romina felt bad, she wished she could erase the part that her mom forgot and maltreated her.

“I love you mom,” she said instead and hugged her. “I love you more and I promise to always love you,” Mrs. Zaragoza replied as they hugged tighter.

“Thanks,” Romina said to the driver few minutes later. “Are you sure you don’t want to come home with me? We could celebrate, we will cook together and sleep late, doesn’t it sound like fun?” Mrs. Zaragoza asked.

“We will do lots of that in the future,” Romina assured and peck her cheeks before getting out of the car.

She got into Elias car, she texted him to pick her up. Elias didn’t drive until Mrs. Zaragoza’s car was long gone.

Mrs. Zaragoza felt like a piece of her left immediately Romina alighted, she missed her and wish they could stay by each other all day.

She was happy that everything was going to be fine, she is going to right her husband’s wrong starting from the top.

“I am happy for you babe,” Elias uttered and gave Romina a quick peck, she blushed and Elias ignited the car.

Romina didn’t stop smiling throughout the ride, everything was working and going according to plan.

No more trouble and worried for her, she held her dress so tight as her heart pound with excitement.

“They are back!” The twin’s screamed and rushed to Welxomr Romina, Zoey informed them of Romina’s condition and they are more than happy.

“Zoey,” Romina glared at her after reading the poster the twins made.

“I will be inside,” she smiled and rushed into the mansion.

“You guys should let her rest,” Elias warned. “Lover boy,” Diana teased.

“He was love sick yesterday,” Draco added.

“Wanna starve tonight?” Elias asked with a warning glare.

The twins rushed inside and Romina smiled at Elias before they followed.

“Zoey, can we talk in our room?” Romina requested and led the way.

Romina was sited in her room, she had a smile on as she watched the will.

Her father was indeed a smart man, he had a written copy and a video.

Everything was willed to her and he revealed that he found out the truth about Neil few months after he showed up.

He knew Neil was not his son yet tolerated everything he did, he did that because he felt sorry for him.

One of his companies was built on a volcano, well not that he was aware of. He found out two days before he asked the employees to leave but his partner was confident that all was well.

No matter what Mr. Zaragoza tried to say or said during those two days fell on deaf ears, the Volcane erupted and everyone was klled.

Neil’s parent were among the affected families that was why he never made it known that Neil was not his because he wanted to make it up to him.

Romina sighed and kept the file in a drawer, she stood up and stretch her body. She was still doing that when her phone rang.

“Mom,” she called with a smile after picking it up. “Romina,” she called in h®rror.

Someome took the phone forcefully from her, “Hello big six,” a hoarse voice spoke.

“Neil?” Romina gasped
