Mike’s two other friends Lara and Derrick both arrived at their Lab discussing between themselves.
They were so engrossed in their talk they didn’t notice anything strange in the lab as they entered the dark office.
” I told you if I had taken the card, we would be expecting some significant amount of cash” Lara said.
” How should I know it’s going to end up like that” Derrick replied then went to the switch to turn it on.
” Maybe it’s time you start listening to me” Lara said as Derrick switch on the light which brighten the Lab.
” Maybe……….aaaaahhhhhhhhhhh” Lara screamed loudly as she was shock to see someone sitting in their Lab.
She ran away from her position and ran to hide behind Derrick who was also shocked and terrified.
“Ohmygod…….who..who….who are you?” He stuttered in fear to the man sat with a hoodie over his head.
The person removed the hoodie and it turned out to be Mike and they heaved a deep sigh of relief..
” Ohmygod Mike, it’s you………are you crazy?, How can you make such an entrance?” Lara said.
” Yes Mikey, that’s not cool……….. not cool at all” Derrick also said but Mike was Just staring at them.
” Yes Mike, you can’t just come back here making scary entrance after doing what you did”
” You disappeared for over four months without calling or texting, you left no message….. Nothing”
” We tried to reach you and it was unreachable, we checked at the agency and no one knows your whereabouts”
” You can’t just do that and you know we don’t have any of your family’s contact, that’s so not cool” Lara said looking pissed.
” Exactly….I thought we were more than friend…… Just exactly the same Tony also left with leaving a message”
” Why are you two behaving that way…..we don’t deserve that……. especially not from you, Mike” Derrick also added.
” Are you my friend or my enemy?” Mike finally speak up staring at them blankly and they stare back at him.
” Seriously?, Are you drunk?, Because right now it looks like you are, Have you been drinking?” Lara asked.
” Please just answer the question, are you my friend or my enemy?” He asked.
” Why would you even asked that?……..of course we are your friend” Derrick answered immediately.
” Then why did you betrayed me?” Mike asked.
” What are you talking about?” Lara asked.
” You’ve been stabbing me in the back without me knowing, you covered yourself with the innocence of being my friend”
” You betrayed me by working alongside Peruzad all this time and yet you smile at me” Mike said angrily.
” Okay now, I’m convinced that you’re truly drunk” Lara said and she started moving.
” Yeah I think he is” Derrick also said and Mike pulled out his guns and pointed at both of them simultaneously.
” What kind of joke is this Mike?” Derrick said surprised at him.
” Both of you stop moving and answer my questions, or I promise you I’ll shoot you both”
” This is not a D-gun, it’s a real bullet and if you make any silly move, oh God help me I’ll shoot you in the head” Mike said.
” OhmyGod Mike, what has gotten into you…… you’re scaring me” Lara said frightened by his behavior.
” Mike, what are you doing?….. you’re not in your right mind, we are your friends” Derrick said.
” You see that’s what I don’t get……you call yourself my friend and you’re my enemies all along” Mike said angrily.
” Mike, we don’t know what you’re talking about……we are not your enemy and we are not working with Peruzad” she said.
” …..where are you getting your information from?” She added.
” So you’re denying the fact that you don’t know that Tony is the devil all along, That Tony is the Peruzad” Mike said and they were both shocked.
” Whatt!” They said in unison.
” You heard me right” Mike said.
” That’s not possible…… It’s not possible, you can’t possibly believe that, Peruzad almost had us killed” Lara said.
” YOU’RE ARE LYING….. JUST ACCEPT THE FACT ALREADY….YOU’RE WORKING FOR HIM, DON’T DENY” Mike shouted standing up.
” NOO!” Lara shouted.
” I don’t care anymore Mike, Shoot me if you will but that’s the truth…….We are not working with Peruzad” Lara said back.
” I can’t believe you’ll believe such thing” she added then Mike withdraw his hand and went to sit.
” Hold on Mike, where are you getting all these information?” Derrick asked.
” Tony told me himself…..”
” TONY?” They both said.
” Yeah,….after which we put 18 rounds of bullet in me” Mike said.
” OhmyGod” they both shouted in shock.
” That’s not possible?…… that doesn’t sound like Tony…….are you sure it’s Tony?” Derrick asked.
” With my own eyes, Just answer me……do you know anything about his family?” Mike asked.
” No we don’t, we all don’t know or have any information about our families….so we don’t have anything” Derrick answered.
” Actually I think I do know something……it was something he told me when we were in school” Lara said.
” What is it?” Mike asked.
” He told me how his mother was killed in a battle between soldier and police officers, his mother was also pregnant with a child when the incident happened” Lara informed.
” What!” Derrick said in surprise.
” And you didn’t plan on telling us that?….You didn’t say anything about it” Mike said to her.
” He told me not to say anything or tell anyone about it……. that’s why I didn’t say anything” Lara said.
” Well I guess you’ll be happy to know that the news you’ve been hearing about bombing is his doings” Mike said.
” Oh God, I can’t believe this”
” We have to stop him…..we can’t let him do this” Derrick said.
” Do you know where he is?” Mike asked.
” No”
” Do you know where he lives?” He asked again.
” No”
” Do you know how to contact him?” He asked.
” No, we are unable to get through to him since four months ago” Derrick replied.
” Then I don’t think there’s anything you can help with” Mike said then stood up and he groaned in pain.
” Mike wait ……you don’t look okay, we can help you” Lara said and he turned to them.
” I think you’ve done enough….. Right now, I need to do this alone…. without any of you” he said then left.
” OhmyGod, I still can’t believe this?…. Tony?…how could he do this?” Lara said in disbelief.

Agent Raven arrived at her apartment and dropped her bag and then switched on the light.
As she turned to the parlor then she saw a silhouette of a person in her living room and she went for her gun.
” Don’t bother, you won’t find it there” Mike said as he came out of hiding.
” Agent Hawk, How dare you break into my house?” She said glaring at him.
” Enough with that bullshit, and sit right there” Mike said pointing a gun at her.
” You’re commanding me in my own house?” She said as she stylishly put her hand behind a vase.
” If you’re looking for your gun, you won’t find it…..I know where you keep them all, I’m also an agent remember” Mike said and she went to sit.
” What’s the meaning of this and what do you want?”
” You’ve been gone for four months and now you showed up in my house unannounced and also commanding me” she said fearlessly.
” I’m looking for the deputy chief…..Mr Hassan” Mike said.
” Do I look like his wife or daughter?” She asked back.
” You I’ve been thinking,….you and the deputy Chief and always together….you two seems close”
” And from the day you arrived at the agency, I’ve been sensing a weird vibe from you” Mike said.
” This is crazy…..I don’t have time for any of this” she said standing up then Mike hit her hard on the face.
She fell back to the couch with her mouth bleeding and she turned to him angrily.
” You hit me?” She asked.
” I’m not here to play….so you sit right there while you answered my questions” Mike replied.
She turned swiftly and skillfully kick the gun the gun away from him, Mike tried to punch her but she dodged it.
She tried to punch back but he caught her hand and head-butted her causing her nose to bleed.
Mike tried to hit her again but she dodged it and kicked Mike on the stomach which cause him great pain.
” Aaaaaahhh” he screamed in pain.
This gave her an opportunity to punch him again, then as she tried to go for the gun Mike kicked her to the ground.
He picked a pen from the table then as she tried to stand up again he stabbed her on the shoulder.
” Aaaaaaaahhhhhh” also screamed out in pain the Mike picked another pen and stabbed her again.
” Aaaaaahhhhhh” she screamed again.
” Like I said earlier, I’ll be asking some questions and I need you to answer them truthfully” he said.
” Where is the deputy chief?” He asked.
” I don’t know, I couldn’t reach out to him…….I haven’t seen him since four months ago, you both disappeared at the same day” she said.
” You’re not answering truthfully” Mike said then made to stab her again.
” I SWEAR THAT’S THE TRUTH…..I DON’T KNOW” she screamed crying.
” So you saying you’re not working for him or are you denying the fact that you’re not working for the Peruzad” Mike said.
” What!….No, I’ll never do that…… you mean the chief is the Peruzad?” She asked.
” Oh, please……. enough with that pretense already” Mike said.
” I swear I’m not……I swear I didn’t know he’s the one…… trust me, I’m telling the truth” she said crying.
” So tell me, what’s your relationship with the deputy chief?” Mike asked.
” There’s no relationship between us….I swear… there’s none” she replied.
” Then why are you two suddenly close…..I mean you just got into the agency…..and you two are Pretty tight” Mike said.
” He only asked me to keep a close watch on you…..and report back to him whatever happens” she replied.
” So that’s why he wanted you to be my partner, do you know why he wanted you to keep a close eye on me?” Mike asked.
” According to his words ” He said you’ve been acting strange lately and he thinks you’re up to something,”
” ……so he asked me to report back everything that happened while at mission” she replied.
” I saved your life, I tried to be nice to you, why didn’t you tell me?” Mike asked.
” You of all people should know about following orders, all I did was follow orders” she replied.
” Do you know anything about him?…..or where he lives, his other house… anywhere… anything?” Mike asked.
” I’m sorry…..I don’t know” she replied sincerely then Mike release his grip on her.
” Just in case you see him …….tell him I’m coming for him” Mike said then turned to leave.
” Wait,…I can help….. please let me help you stop him…he needs to be stopped” she said.
” Yes, he needs to be stopped but I don’t need your help…….I think you’ve done enough” Mike said then left.
