Episode 6
” Mum, I am done, come and have your breakfast ” Jasmine yelled.
She woke up so early to prepare breakfast, Mabel had a slight fever yesterday night.
She got no response from her mother, she called out again but got no response.
” Why is she not answering me ” Jasmine wondered.
She head to her room, she pushed the door and entered, Mabel covered herself in a blanket and is still sleeping.
Jasmine walked closer to her and pulled away the blanket covering her.
She tapped her, but Mabel gave no reply nor moved.
” Mum, wake up, stop scaring me ” Jasmine said, expecting her to woke up, Mabel still didn’t move.
Jasmine become scared, she checked her out and she is breathing so slowly like life is going out of her.
” Mum, mum ” She yelled and burst out in tears.
” No, no, no, no, Mum please wake up ” Jasmine yelled again.
She is confused on what to do now, who will help her out now.
She took her phone and called Naomi but her line is switch off.
” How can her line be switched off now that I need her ” She asked confusly, scratching her hair roughly.
She look at her mum one more time and stormed out.

** Johnson mansion.
Brandon is up already and is making a call with Bella, he doesn’t feel like going to school, there is this crazy girl who is after him, they are scheduled to meet today, a pretty lady from Seoul.
He stood up and entered his bathroom, in less than thirty minutes he is done.
Brandon opened his closet and took out an expensive Louis Vuitton trouser and a slint shirt.
He is dressed up, dyed his hair silver.
He is looking hot and more handsome.
He took his phone and left his room.
Selene is eating breakfast at the dinning, she is wondering why Brandon is yet to come down for breakfast, she wanted to call him but she stop , since he refused to talk to her since yesterday when they came back from school, reason been she supported Jasmine when she embarrassed him at school.
She saw him descending the stairs looking as hot as a god, she must confess her big bro is hot and handsome.
” Hi big bro ” Selene said.
” My stupid kid sis ” Brandon replied.
” What! What did you just call me right now ? ” Selene asked standing up with her face displaying anger.
” Hey, calm down kid sis, ion just joking, I am going out ” Brandon said.
” Aren’t you going to school today ? ” Selene asked.
” No, I got some where I am ought to be today, classes can wait, see you later ” Brandon replied.
” Ba$tard, I know you are hooking up with a bch ” Selene said and frowned.
” What ever, I am out ” Brandon said and left.
” Gosh, I hate his playboy life, why can’t he look for true love, just because he was betrayed have make him to be come a bad play boy ” Selene said.
She remembered what transpired between her and Michael and she started blushing.
” I wish he can hold me again ” Selene gushed happily.

Jasmine is running like a possessed person, her long hair is scattered and roughly flying over her face, but right now she doesn’t give a dmn about that, what is on her mind is to get her mother to the hospital, she kept running hoping to get a cab.
She sighted a cab and waved but the cab rushed pass her.
” Sht ” she cussed.
” What am I going to do now, lord save my mum ” Jasmine prayed silently.
She is still roaming around hoping to see a cab, she sighted a cab at the other side of the road, without thinking or paying concentration on the road, she made to cross the road.
A car is coming at speed, she saw the car coming and stop waiting for whatever to happen, coz there was no need to run as she believes the car will hit her.
Jasmine close her eyes expecting the car to hit her, she waited but nothing happened, she open her eyes and sighed.
The car had stop just so close to her, the door open and the owner came down, it is the least person she expected to see, Brandon.
Brandon is shocked to see her, why did he kept meeting her occasionally, his face is covered with anger now, and if look can kill Jasmine would have been dead by now.
” You again, why are you so clumsy and stupid ? ” Brandon asked frowning.
Jasmine just stood speechless looking at him, seeing him had took away her sorrows, she feel relieved right now, something she couldn’t fathom.
” Why did I felt relieved seeing this je.rk, why did I feel like I am safe, what is happening to me ” Jasmine said in thoughts staring at Brandon.
” I know I am handsome, stop staring at me wtch ” Brandon said, confused why she is starring at him instead of insulting him back.
Jasmine came back to her senses and gave Brandon a daring look.
” My mum is dying ” Jasmine said with tears gushing out of her eyes.
This is the first time Brandon will see her in a calm mood, the few days he met with her, she is not a girl who cry easily unless she is deeply in pains.
” Your mum ” Brandon asked.
” Yes, she is not breathing, she had fever yesterday night and today when I tried to woke her up, she is not responding. I checked her out and discover she isn’t breathing anymore, I need your help ” Jasmine replied with tears flowing down her faces.
” So you can speak softly huh ? You want my help after insulting me yesterday in school huh ” Brandon said with a smirk.
Brandon look at his wrist watch, he was almost late, he looked at Jasmine and wanted to leave her, but his mind didn’t allow him to do that, he didn’t know why he is feeling weak when it come to her.
The way she is crying right now is breaking his heart to pieces and he can’t take it anymore. He need to put the hatred he had for her and help her mum.
” Get it in, show me the direction to your house ” Brandon said after a moment of silence.
