He parked his car and knocked on the door, shortly Luna opened it and looked at him confusedly.
” Good day sir ” She said.
Immediately he saw her he felt a great bond of connection between him and her, he kept staring at her wondering why he is feeling that way, Luna stared back wonderingly.
” Sir, are you looking for anyone ? ” She asked bringing him out of his thoughts
” Ohh, is Mabel at home ? ” He asked
” No ” She replied
” Where is she ? ” He asked
” Who are you ? ”
” I am her manager, she wasn’t at work so I came to check up on her ” He replied
” She got arrested this morning ” She said
” What !!! ,, Arrested for what ? ” He asked shockingly
” I can’t tell you sir, sorry ” She said and jammed the door
” Wait ” He said but she already closed the door.
” That pendent on her neck look familiar, it resemble the one I gave to.. wait could she be my long lost child? was that why I feel that way immediately I saw her, I am confuse now, she is arrested for what ? ” He muttered and drove away sadly.
” Why was he starring at me that way ” Luna said walking back to the room.

Susie’s place, 7pm**
? I can’t stop thinking of you, I see you in all I do
? Love is so cruel, why can’t you feel the same way???
Susie sing as she walked out of her bathroom, she has just had a cool refreshing shower, she looked at herself in the mirror and sighed.
” Am I not beautiful and sexy enough ? ” She said, looking at her reflection in the mirror.
” Why can’t he love me,, I was foolish for slapping him, I am missing him so much ” She said
Then she heard the door bell, she wanted to ignore it but the sound kept coming for a moment she forget she was in only in a towel.
She walked downstairs and went to the door.
” Who could that be ? ” She said and opened the door, she flinched as she saw five guys.
” Who are you guys ? ” She asked
” Man, look at her attractive figure, she will be sweet ” One of them said, she made to close the door but a hand held her and pushed her in.
” What are you guys doing here? ” She asked scaringly
A $lap flew to her cheek and she winced painfully.
One of the guys made to slap her when Victor’s voice sounded by the door.
” Touch her again and lose your life ” He said, coming in.
She felt relieved immediately she saw him.
” Who are you punk ? ” One asked.
” You should be directing that question to your father fool ” He replied.
” Coming here is the biggest mistake you made,, prepare to bIeed.
” I guess I will be warming up tonight ” He said.
” Make him bIeed trigger ”
The so called trigger walked towards victor and threw a pun¢h at him but he held it, shocking him.
He pun¢hed his throat with his second hand and bIood gushed out of his mouth.
” So weak ” He said, twisting his fist
The rest were taken aback by his bru.tal strength.
” Who is next ?” He smirked, facing the others.
The remaining four guys got scared and helped the guy down and rushed with him out.
” Such weaklings, they couldn’t even fight me ” He muttered before turning to face Susie.
” You okay ? ” He asked
” Yes, I am fine, only my cheek hurts ” She replied.
His eyes travelled all over her body, he gulped down nothing, it was really having an effect on him.
” Good night ” He said and made to go.
” Victor ” She called
” What ? ” He replied
” Are you angry at me ? ” She asked
” Why would I ” He replied, still backing her.
” Can you please look at me ” She said and he turned around.
” I am sorry ”
” Sorry for what ? ” He asked
” For the $lap, I wasn’t in my right senses that day ” She replied avoiding his eyes.
” You shouldn’t be saying sorry, I suppose to be the one apologizing, I took advantage of you ” He said.
” Then why are you avoiding me ?” She queried
” You told me to stay away from you ” He said.
” I am sorry, can stop avoiding me please ” She said
” Why ?”
” Cos it hurts ” She replied
” I thought you hate me ” He said teasingly
” I never did jerk ” She smiled and hit him playfully, he smiled back at her.
” Can I tell you something ? ” She asked
” Yes ”
” I.. I love you ” She said shly.
Victor gasped not knowing what to said exactly, it is not like he doesn’t feel the same way but he can’t love her back until he complish his mission.
” Say something Vic ” She pouted
” Can you give me some time ” He replied
” If that is what you want then fine, I will wait for your answer ” She said and hugged him tightly stroking his hair.
” I love you too Susie ” He said in his mind and hugged her back.

Two days later, J Company**
Mia came out with Marcus and looked at the spacious building, she looked at him and he smiled.
” Can I really do this, it is not betrayal ” She said getting nervous suddenly.
Marcus held her hands.
” You are doing the right thing, you are saving our relationship indirectly, they are not your real parents and you will be a victim after everything, Brandon doesn’t even love you, your fake dad is heartless, you are the only one to end all this mess ” He said
” What if he get to know ? ” She questioned.
” He won’t, just tell Mr Johnson not to expose you, you can do it, I love you ” He said
” I love you too ” She replied and started walking inside.

” Morning miss, do you have an appointment with Mr Johnson ? ” The secretary asked
” No ” She replied
” You can’t see him miss ” She said and pressed her laptop
” Just tell him it is Mr Fernando’s daughter ” She said proudly
The secretary looked at her weirdly before dialling the intercom.
” There is a young lady here, she said she is Mr Fernando’s daughter ” She said
” Let her in immediately ” His voice came.
” You can go in miss ” She said and Mia walked elegantly into his office.
