“Don’t worry Angel, we’ll get to that part on the night of our royal wedding day” He said with a smile.
Angela blushed and nodded.
She stood up from bed and fixed back her dress properly and gasped as she looked at herself on the mirror. Her lips were swollen like really bad and they were hi¢keys on her neck.
She looked back at Jackson with a frown in her face.
“What,,you loved it right?” He asked and shrugged his shoulder.
She rolled eyes at him and then walked to her dressing room in order to change into something that can cover the marks.
“I have to check up on Nina, I’ll be back” She said and made to go but he pulled her back and then kssed her deeply before releasing her.
She chuckled and walked out of her room, heading to Nina’s room. She reached there and heard some sounds like some one crying. She quickly opened the door and walked in the room, she met Nina laying on the bed, crying her eyes out.
“What’s wrong Nina” She asked worriedly as she walked up to Nina.
“I hate him, he’s just a jerk” She said and broke more into fits of tears.
Nina explained everything to Angela and Angela sighed and hugged her…
“You know it’s somehow your fault, you offered yourself to him just like that” Angela said.
“I know it’s my fault but the part that hurts is that he had no remorse for what he did” She said…
Nina wiped her tears and sniffed in tears.
“Ela, I don’t thinking I’ll be able to continue living in this house. I want to move out, that’s the only way I can forget about him” Nina said
“I’ll talk to Jackson and he’ll know what to do” Angela said.
Nina shook her head…
“No need, we still have our small apartment right? I’ll move back there” She replied sadly.
“Are you sure you’ll be okay on your own?” Angela asked.
“Yeah I will be fine” She replied with a smile.
“Alright let me help you pack your things” Angela replied.
They stood up from bed and began packing Nina’s things in two suitcases. After an hour they were done with the packing.
She helped Nina in carrying her things out of the house. A car was already ready, waiting for them.
They loaded the car and Nina then turned to Angela.
“Take care okay?” Nina said.
“I should be the one telling you that” Angela said looking worried…
“I’ll be fine I assure you besides I’ll come visit once in a while. It’s all my fault anyways I fell in love with the wrong man” She said with a sad smile.
Angela pulled her closer for a hug and she rubbed her back.
“Take care Nina, I’ll also visit you” Angela said.
They broke the hug and Nina entered the car she looked back at Angela and smiled but her smile died down as she saw Theodore standing behind her.
Theodore was staring at her, not knowing what to do. Nina looked away and the car drove off…
Angela sighed as she watched the car drove off. She turned to walk back in but stopped as she saw Theodore standing in front of her.
“Angela, I…
SLAP!!***
She slapped him hard before he could finish his sentence.
The maids and guards all gasped at what they saw
“How dare you show you’re filthy disgusting face to me after what you did” She snapped at him.
He stood quiet while looking down…
“Don’t you have any shame or dignity left in you? How could you force yourself on me? At first when you saved me back then I thought you were different from those men, I had a lot of respect for you. Now look, even your brother hates you…You failed all of us,,,Now you worsen the case and did that to Nina” She yelled at him.
“Ela I’m sorry. I just…”
“You just what huh? You love me? Oh please you better take that love and feed it to the dog. Seriously you stooped so low,,,I’m married for crying out loud. And I do not love you!!! Get that into your useless skull!!! I’m so disappointed in you Theodore” She yelled with veins popping out of her neck.
“I’m sorry”
“Sorry? I’ll only forgive you when you must have made peace with Nina” She said and pushed him out of the way then marched in furiously into the house.
Theodore stood there and sighed loudly. He really regretted all what he did.
“How does regret feels” Someone spoke from behind him.
He turned and saw Jackson, he was leaning on a pillar looking at him with his hands in his pocket.
“Jack,,,”
“I asked you a question, how does regret feel? Is it sweet or sour or bitter…I know its doesn’t feels good, why did you do that when you know that at the end you’ll still regret it” Jackson said.
“I’m sorry” He said.
Jackson chuckled.
“I’m not the one you should say sorry to. You got into the bad books of my Angel,,,when she’ll forgive you then I automatically forgive you” He said and walked in the house leaving him out there.
Jackson walked into the kitchen to get a glass of water but saw Angela cooking. The maids where standing at one corner, watching her with worry on their face,, if she mistakenly cut her finger with the knife then they’re done for. As they saw Jackson center the kitchen, they began trembling.
“Your majesty, we tried to stop her but she insisted”One of the maid said.
Jackson chuckled looking at their faces.
“It’s okay you can relax I don’t bite, you can leave now I want to be alone with her” He said.
The bowed and walked out of the kitchen.
He walked up to Angela who was so engrossed in her cooking that she didn’t notice him. He hugged her from behind and placed his head on her shoulder.
“What are you cooking?”
“Mac and cheese” She replied with a smile.
He stood like that as he watched her cook.
“Angel?”
“Yes?”
“How about after our marriage we go and live in the US” He asked.
Angela heart skipped a beat, that’s where her family and past life is…
“Are you sure about that?” She asked.
“Yeah, very sure. Besides I have a company there and I’ll have some things to settle there, I can’t stand a day with you by my side so I’m taking you there” He said.
“Alright” She replied with a smirk on her face as her mind began looking for ways to begin her revenge. But the first step to her revenge will be to make that brothel madam pay for killing her…
She turned off the gas cooker and turned to Jackson.
“What about the part where I told you that I was engaged with someone there but he ended up marrying my sister. What will I do when he will want to confront you?” She asked as she played with the buttons on Jackson shirt.
“Well I will face him no matter who that person is…Besides you’re Angela Rodriguez and not Kaila Morgan. They are two different people” Jackson said.
“You’re right, Kaila died in those flames now I’m Angela” Angela said.
“That’s the spirit, almost forgot. Get ready for today I’m taking you somewhere. Make sure you look beautiful and hot” He said…
“Okay” She replied…
“Cool, I have to go and attend a video conference right now. Remember it’s remaining two weeks for you to officially be acknowledged as my wife. Love you” He said and kssed her then pecked her nose before walking out of the kitchen.
Angela smiled as she stared at the exit he took…
“Two weeks” She repeated with a smile.
She turned back and faced her cooking…

With the help of the driver, Nina fixed all her things in her house. The driver bade her goodbye and drove back to the castle.
“This place feels so empty without Angela” She said to no one.
She walked up to her room and took a cold shower in order to Cool off her head. After her shower she wore a bum short and a crop top.
She then walked into the kitchen and began cooking. Her phone began ringing and she picked it up and put it in loud speaker then placed it on the table
“Nina?”
“Ela, it’s being two hours that I left and you’re already missing me. That’s cute” She said and chuckled.
“Don’t be silly, just wanted to see if your feeling better” Angela said through the phone.
“Yep I’m better, just missing you badly” She said as she was cooking
“Aww that cute. I’ll call you later, kisses” Angela said and hung up.
After some minutes she was done with her cooking. She dished herself food and as she made to eat.
DOOR BELL RINGS**
She placed her spoon and stood up then walked to the door and opened it. Right now she wished she hadn’t open it.
“Hi” Theodore said.
“What do you want?” She asked.
“I want to say sorry and also want to know you more” He said.
Nina chuckled and her face became grave again.
“So Angela slapped the truth in your face and now you see me as your second choice? Please don’t make me laugh, just get out of here” She said.
She said and made to close the door but he stopped it with his foot.
“What again? You don’t want to leave. Find sooth yourself” She said and went back in to continue with her meal.
Theodore walked in the house and he looked round the house. His gaze landed on her and he sighed.
*How do I do for her to forgive me. If she doesn’t, then Angela won’t and if Angela won’t forgive me then Jackson won’t” He thought.
She continued eating her food not minding his stare. She picked up the chicken with her hand and chewed on it not minding any table manner.
Theodore stood there while staring at her. When she was done eating she walked pass him not even sparing him a glance as she walked into the kitchen. She cleaned the dishes.
She made to pass him but he held her hand…
“Nina I’m sorry okay” He said.
She yanked his hand off her and turned to him.
“I’m not angry at you, I’m angry at myself. I’m angry at myself for falling for you,,, You don’t know how much it hurt being rejected by your first love. If it’s about forgiveness, I forgive you but please stay away from me that’s the only way I can move on” She said in tears.
Theodore stared at her in pity. He sighed as he could do nothing but obey to her.
He nodded and walked out of her house…He boarded his car and drove off…
** At night— 9pm **
Angela wore the other piece of her earrings and smiled at her reflection. She stood up and examined herself.
She was wearing a backless long navy blue gown. It had a slit from the middle of her thigh, downwards…She also applied makeup.
She wore her heels and picked her purse before walking out of the room.
A maid saw her and the plate the maid was holding fell on the floor as her mouth were wide opened.
The maid gasped at the mess she made. Angela chuckled at her.
“Please could you tell me where Jackson is?” Angela asked.
“Prince Jackson is downstairs waiting for you” She replied still staring at her.
“Okay” She replied and began walking away.
“Miss Angela?” The maid called. Angela turned to her, waiting for her to speak up.
“You look so beautiful” She said.
“Thanks” She replied with a smile and walked away.
Jackson was standing by the stairs waiting for Angela to come. He was dressed in a navy blue suit too which matched with that of Angela.
“Jackson?” Someone called.
He looked up to the stairs and his mouth dropped to the floor as he saw Angela standing by the stairs.
She slowly descended the stairs looking like a model. She walked up to Jackson and stood in front of him.
“Jack? What…You look like you’ve seen a ghost” She asked.
“I think I just saw an Angel” He replied still staring at her.
She chuckled and twirled around…
“How do I look?” She asked.
“You look…You look…words aren’t enough to describe how you look.” He said.
She smiled at him.
“You look good too” She replied
She held his arm and they walked out of the castle. He opened the car for her to enter her entered after wards. The driver drove them off…

Nina was seated in a bar as she drank. This was the fifth bottle of alcohol she she took but she still wanted more.
“Why didn’t I fall for another man it had to be him” She thought.
“And the worst part is that I try to forget about him but it ain’t possible” She thought and gulped down the remaining drink…
“Another bottle” She said.
“Miss, you’re drunk. You need to go home” The waiter said.
“They hired you here to serve people not to speak. Now give me what I asked for!!” She said drunkenly.
“I’m sorry Miss. You have to go” The waiter said and signalled the guards to throw her out of the club.
They walked up to her and carried her from her seat.
“Let me go!!” She yelled.
They threw her out of the club and she landed heavily on her butt…
“Ouch…”She groaned.
She stood up from the floor and walked away deep in thought…
She made to cross the road and didn’t notice that a truck was driving towards her at full speed.
The truck flashed it’s light at her and her eyes grew wide in horror.
It hit her which sent her flying to one side. She hit her head as she landed on the floor.
Blood oozed out of her head as she passed out…
