Aurora’s POV
*
After that shocking nightmare, I was deep in thoughts.
I was trying to comprehend and register into my head all what Shawn had told me.
I looked up immediately when I heard a knock on the door. The door opened and Elsa popped her head out half way.
“You’re awake Ora” she said all smiles.
“Yea I am” I said trying to force a smile.
“Good,I just wanna let you know I’m going out with Michael,don’t worry,Davies will be here to keep you company” she cooed.
I was surprised.
” Davies?? He’s still here??” I asked and Elsa laughed.
“Don’t mind him,he wouldn’t leave,he insisted on staying till you’re awake” Elsa said and I rolled my eyes.
” I’m off Ora,and please don’t keep him waiting for too long,freshen up and go meet him” Elsa said closing the door behind her.
I sighed as I got up from the bed,heading to the bathroom. I peeled my closet off my body as I sat in the bathtub with my eyes closed.
“He whom you love,he’s always with you but you don’t seem to notice or feel it”
I snapped my eyes open as I recalled Shawn’s words.
So Peniel is always with me?
That means he’s right here,now, watching me as I took my bath??!!
Geez!! I hurriedly got off the bathtub in embarrassment. I wouldn’t want Peniel to see me naked.
After,about twenty minutes,I got to the Living room to meet Davies.
Immediately he noticed my presence,he raised his head and gave me that his killer smile.
“Hi,sorry for keeping you waiting” I muttered as I sat opposite him.
” I thought you were never gonna come down,so how was your nap?”
“It was wierd” I said only to my hearing.
” So aurora,…” He started as he got up from where he was sitting to come sit beside me.
His closeness to me was too strong but I couldn’t move.
“Remember I told you I liked you? He continued.
I nodded as I threw my face elsewhere but he placed a finger on my jaw,turning my face back to him.
“I really like you Aurora,why don’t you give me a chance,huh?” He asked huskily.
” I.. I.. I love someone else” I stuttered and his face fell.
” Oh really?? Where is he then?” He asked.
” I don’t know, He ain’t here” I answered and a smile crept on his face.
” That means I still gat a chance,he can’t leave an angel like you and expect others not to rush after you” he said.
” He loves me” I muttered.
He chuckled lightly. “C’mon babe,how sure are you? He wouldn’t leave you if he loves you as claimed”
” Umm Davies,I think it’s high time you went” i said as I stood up wrapping my hands beneath my brea$ts.
“I’m sorry if I offended you baby,I’ll be back for you” he said as he pecked me lightly on the cheeks before leaving.
As soon as he closed the door behind him,I heaved a sigh of relief.
Gosh! What’s he saying??
Is he trying to make me doubt peniel’s love??
I shook my head as i headed back to my room.

I stretched lazily on the bed. I took my hands to the other side of the bed but it was empty.
I woke up with a start as I glanced at the bedside clock.
It’s past 11pm and Elsa ain’t back yet.
I guess she ain’t gonna be coming home Tonight.
I yawned as I turned on the bedside lamb.
I neatly screamed at the figure standing in front of me but peering closer,I felt my heart leap with joy.
“P.. Peniel??” I stuttered as tears welled up in my eyes.
He smiled. “Missed me??”
