I rode till I got home, my mind wasn’t really at peace, was I really being selfish, no they started it first.
Welcome ma the maids greeted as I stepped inside the house, and that pissed me off immediately. I had told them to stop calling me ma, my name is Mara I said sternly.

Ma what do you want for dinner the chief maid who was Rose asked.
You guys shouldn’t worry about me, am not hungry I said as I began to climb up the stairs.
I walked to the room both Jay and I shared together. she slumped on the bed. They really changed me….I slept off crying. I didn’t know how long I had slept, but when I woke up, it was already 10 pm and Jay wasn’t yet back. I was suddenly worried he never comes home late.
I climbed down the stairs and just then I heard the sound of his car and I rushed out. What took you so long I asked as I got to where he was.
Stop behaving as if you care he said and walked past me.
Jay are you still mad at me I asked as I ran after him trying to hold his arms but he flung my hands away.

I locked the door furiously, am not mad that she sl@pped me but the fact that she treated her mom like that made me feel pains, just then my phone rang….
?Baby when are you coming home mom asked.

?Am sorry son please come home she said.
?Ok fine mom, I would be there tommorow I said.
?Ok bye she said and hunged up.
Next morning
I woke up and rushed to take my bath, I got somewhere important to go.
I came out of my room only to see Mara sleeping there.
Mara I said and I shook her to wake up and get her eyes snapped open immediately.
Jay are you going out, oh am sorry I slept here and am really sorry for yesterday. She said but I Ignored her and walked away, I could hear her sniffing silently but I cared less.
Dan’s Pov
I smiled at the text Mabel sent, morning love.
This girl is really making me blush, why I won’t keep loving her, when I thought Mara was a saint but she was worse.
What’s making you smile someone ask that aura I hate.
What are you doing in my room I asked.
Can’t I talk to my son again dad said sitting beside me.
What do you really want I asked annoyed.
I see you and your mom have been bonding together for a while now, I know I have not been the best father but I promise to change I said.
Are you sure you are not on dr.ugs I asked.

Thank you now leave my room I said and walked into the bathroom .
Mabel’s Pov
Mom am off I said as I came out of the bathroom.
Ok dear take this she said handing me a lunchbag,like when last did mom do this.
Mabel am sorry I haven’t been the best mother, I see your sister is not willing to forgive me but I promise to be the best mother she said and hugged me.
It’s okay mom I cooled.
You go to school and you can as we give this to Mara she said handing a second lunchbag.
Mom is it really neseecary I groaned.
Just do this for me princess, she said and I nodded.
I drove down the hallway to school and dropped the lunchbag in front of Mara, mom said I should give you this I said and dropped it and walked off. Am just doing this to please mom, so don’t get me wrong.
Did you just do that or am seeing wonders Alvira said mockingly.
Just shut up I said and glared hard at her.

Is my flight ready I asked my personal assistant
Yes sir you would be leaving in the next two hours. She said.
What two hours I screamed and hit my hand on the table and she flinched. I told you to get it ready but you disobey me, don’t try to get on my nerves I said.

You better I said and stormed out ,I can’t wait to get back,am gonna hit Rosa so gard, she should enjoy her family for the mean time am coming for her for all the pains she caused me.
