“Welcome boss” she said and Kai glanced at her
“Where were you?” He asked coldly
He was being cold again?
“She was with….” Gina wanted to reply for Layla but a glare from Kai stopped her
“I was with Annalise” she replied
“Talking with a friend during work hours are prohibited Miss Lincoln” Kai said
“I’m sorry sir” she apologized with her head down
He ignored her and left, she sighed in relief while Gina patted her back
“Just get back to work” she said and Layla nodded going back to the counter
Kai stared at her from the transparent glass, his gaze was dark
She liked someone?, Since when
Who was that?
She liked someone, she really did?
Well it was his fault for being all nice and making himself look so stupid
He started the car angrily and drove off.
Layla came out after her shift expecting Kai’s car but was disappointed when she couldn’t find him
He left without her?
Feeling depressed all of a sudden, she waited by the roadside for a taxi still thinking about his weird attitude earlier.

“Aren’t you ready yet Lisa?” Zane asked
He’s been waiting for forever and Annalise seemed to be taking too long to get dressed
“I don’t know what to wear Zane” she replied from the walk in wardrobe
Zane sighed and stood up walking to the wardrobe, there she was standing admist the pile clothes scattered on the ground
“Lisa” Zane muttered lazily
“Hey I didn’t say you should come in” Annalise yelled covering her chest
“You’re wearing a towel Lisa and besides I’m your husband for fk sake” Zane said and she blushed
She’s been blushing a lot lately
“Pick an outfit for me” she said she he nodded
He squatted and picked a pink off-the-shoulder dress
“This looks better” he said
“But that’ll expose these” she said pointing at the hickeys on her neck
“That’s what I want” he winked
“Get dressed quick or you want me to do it for you?” He asked smiling cockily
“No just get out, so naughty” Annalise screamed and he walked out chuckling
“How did I get married to such bad man?” She asked herself as she got into the dress he had got for her…
Meanwhile Zane got himself a bottle of cold water to calm the weird heat he was feeling
Her skin… So white and flawless and her exposed thighs…
He drank from the bottle again
“I’m ready” he heard her tiny voice
He looked up at her, she was holding the hem of her dress shyly seemingly trying to cover the marks on her neck
She was nervous?
Zane felt like laughing
The dress looked good on her, he does have taste in the kind of dresses his wife wears
“Come here” he stretched his arms out with a smile….
