“We’re both dead your highness, the King has ordered for you to be sacrificed in a strange land!!”. Mira cried loudly as she looked out the window in the Palanquin conveying she and her broken mistress who sat looking depressed.

Mulan’s whole face completely pale white, her packed long hair was left to fall while she was dressed in a white robe, to mourn her late mother.

“We can’t even escape, and to confirm how cursed today is, the moon isn’t up!”. Mira wailed loudly and Mulan who had been looking dead instantly glanced at Mira.

“The moon! Mother told me she’s like the moon. As long as I find a good place to gaze at the sky, I’ll feel my mother’s presence even though the moon is not up, I want to see her for the last time before I die”. Mulan muttered and Mira gasped.

“I know a place you should go. It’s not far from here and the sky is heavenly to gaze at from there, you’ll surely feel the third concubine’s presence if you go there!”. Mira said.

“Really?!”. Mulan asked her eyes glistening tearfully with hope and Mira nodded sharply.

“You’ll run straight into the bush once you get down, and then while running look for a huge Yew tree. Rumors says the tree is connected with werewolves immortality and moon rituals, as long as you stand next to the tree you’ll surely feel the third concubine’s presence even though there’s no moon!”. Mira said and Mulan hugged her tightly.

“Thank you so much, Mira! I just have to leave here now”. Mulan said and Mira scoffed flipping her hair.

“Leave it to me”. Mira said as she instantly jumped down the moving palaquin pretending to fall so heavily.

“My leg!! I can’t be a sacrifice with my mistress if my leg is broken! Our King will not only kill me for being a failed sacrifce but he’ll kill the guards along too who couldn’t protect me!!”. Mira shouted loudly and instantly with wide terrified eyes all the guards rushed to her and Mulan instantly jumped down the palanquin and swiftly she ran into the bush in search of the Yew tree.

“This immortal tree might be of help with your curse your highness”. Sky said staring at the large tree in front of him and his master who stared expressionlessly at the tree before him.

“I’m here for my stuffs, not immortality Sky”. The Crown Prince muttered sternly, then he removed his hood and his unrealistic face came to view.

From his long black hair, to his sharp facial features, and then the most glistening of all his facial beauty, his ocean blue eyes that were more twinkling and dazzling than the stars itself.

His hair was packed in a long ponytail as a few strands slapped his gorgeous face while dancing to the evening breeze, then suddenly he heard a sound from behind and instantly his gaze moved to the side sharply glimming brighter than usual and Sky stared puzzly at him.

“Someone’s here”. The Crown Prince muttered hushly and instantly Sky unsheathed his sword but the Crown Prince raised up his hand which made Sky pause.

“The creature is harmless”. The Crown Prince muttered before shifting his gaze back to the tree but Sky made sure to keep look behind the Prince.

Then Mulan whose footsteps had made the noise earlier, finally came to view, standing few meters away from them and the tree as she fell to her knees crying loudly.

“It’s a girl your majesty—

“I’m not deaf to hear her screams”. The Crown Prince cut sky off and Sky bowed in apology.

Then the Prince touched the tree’s stem trying to feel it’s texture.

“Nothing too special for a tree rumored to be an immortal”. The Crown Prince mumbled.

“Mother!!”. Mulan screamed for the upteethm time and Sky glanced at the Prince knowing how short tempered he was and any moment he might order for Mulan’s death.

“Uncle told you to marry the one who loves you! But you married my self centered father whom you loved! Now he’s giving me out like a cow!! He wants me dead!”. Mulan shouted loudly as she cried more.

‘Why so loud?’. The Crown Prince thought, his blank look turning into a frightening glare as he balled his strong fist on the tree, Sky noticing that stepped forward.

“Should I kill her your majesty?”. Sky asked almost unsheathing his sword and the Crown Prince glanced sharply at him.

“Do it”. He ordered and without hesitation Sky brought out his sword frightening Mulan who had earlier thought Sky and the Prince were also there to speak to their loved ones like her.

Scarily Sky began running firecely towards her and Mulan’s eyes widened crazily as Sky finally got to her, he raised up his sword at the verge of cutting Mulan’s head off when suddenly a huge full moon appeared on the sky, so big that one would think it was very close to the earth and both Sky and the Crown Prince’s eyes widened.

As Sky Instantly turned to the Prince.

“Your majesty! Stay under the tree the Moon is out!!”. Sky shouted but even with the Prince already under the tree, a shocking ray of the moon from the sky landed on both he and Mulan shocking Sky who stepped away from puzzled Mulan, but that wasn’t the worst as slowly the Prince who never shifted once in his life, began shifting into a huge White and gold fur Wolf that has never been seen before.

“What kind of wolf is that?”. Mulan gasped with widened eyes but her eyes widened more when she noticed her hair colour began changing to shining gold.

Mulan who was crazily terrified used the opportunity to take to her heels as she shifted into her wolf that was supposed to be plane white, but now it was white mixed with gold as she ran back into the bush where she came from going to meet Mira who was waiting for her.

The moment she left the moon rays on them dissipated and the Crown Prince shifted back to his human form.

He fell weakly to the ground, holding his chest tight as he coughed and Sky instantly ran to him.

“Your majesty you just had your first shift and it’s not any usual Alpha Wolf—

“Get the Girl. Quick!”. The Crown Prince with his eyes widened from the shock of shifting ordered and instantly Sky shifted into his Beta Wolf and went in search of Mulan.

‘Is she my Mate? But how come I didn’t sense her and she also couldn’t sense me?!’. The Crown Prince Ocean thought.
