“Sky, Sky”. Mira called in a whisper as she ran after him in the courtyard leading to out of the main palace.
And Sky stopped facing her.
“Speak quick. Her majesty needs urgent attention before it gets worst”. Sky said and Mira moved closer to him.
“What’s really wrong with her? First she runs away and then she returned unconscious for days and now she’s not in her right state of mind. How? What happened? How did she end up like this?!”. Mira asked trying to lower her voice so the servants going about their duties around wouldn’t hear.
And Sky sighed before moving closer to whisper into her ear.
“She went to the Alpha palace to kill the Sun General but then…she got hurt and lost her baby. When she woke up she couldn’t take the news and is suffering mentally”. Sky narrated and Mira’s eyes widened.
“Her majesty lost her baby that’s why she’s mentally ill now?!”. Mira subconsciously gasped out loudly and almost all the servants around turned their gaze to both she and Sky.
Sky instantly frowned at her and she blinked guiltily meanwhile the servants had already began gossiping in secret.
“You’re nineteen but act like six. Her majesty did so much for you, but this is how you use your mouth to ruin her?”. Sky hissed angrily before walking out, but hearing how loud the gossips where he stood and glared at everyone of them.
“Any more words and I’ll you all beheaded!!”. He threatened sternly and instantly everyone became quiet but the moment he left.
The gossips only doubled.
“Her majesty is mad?”
“What if she brings bad luck to this whole realm?”
“She deserves to be dethroned afterall she’s not legally married to his majesty yet!!”
“Yes! We’ve never even seen her before, and she hasn’t done anything as an Empress so replacing her won’t be hard”
“Gosh! We’ve only known that she rarely comes out, we thought she was a pretty introverted Empress but the truth was that the Emperor locked her in the eastern wing because she was battling madness”
“Wonders never seize in this Empire!”
“His Majesty is one of the greatest and youngest Emperors ever to exist, he doesn’t deserve a mad mate!”
“The moon goddess must have thought he had it all that’s why she gave him a mad mate to stain his shining white.
Mira only stood crying in guilt, as she glared tearfully at the entire servants.
“You all are useless big liers!! She’s not mad, she’s just going through rough times!! She wasn’t born mad, and she still isn’t mad! Ask the Omegas how she did a lot for them when she was still the Queen!
If she wasn’t so busy with her private issues! I’m sure she’d be the perfect Empress this Empire never had!!!”. Mira shouted loudly at all of them as she walked.
“Any more noise and you will be sent out of the palace with no food or money! I’ll make sure you die of hunger!!”. Mira screamed loudly as she pushed herself through some servants to go to her room.
“She’ll obviously take sides. Afterall she used to work for the mad Empress”
