Mulan wasn’t done talking when she suddenly fell to the ground unconscious shocking everyone as they wondered what might have happened to her.
Sky was the one who threw a sleep dart at her though.
“Your highness!”. Mira shouted as she ran to Mulan and many became more confused and Mira’s eyes also widened in realization.
“Your highness? So she’s really a princess?”. The Village head asked and instantly the Alphas amongst the people drew out their swords as they turned to the Crown Prince and Sky.
But the Crown Prince only smiled as he turned to Sky.
“If I deal with this myself, I’ll surely kill your mate for having a loose mouth”. The Crown Prince muttered hushly to Sky whose eyes widened as he walked straight to the people.
“Please don’t get us wrong. It’s just a slip of tongue—
“What kind?! The girl clearly said she was a princess and her husband is also a royal. Suddenly she fainted and now her friend also called her by her title! Do you intruders take us villagers for a joke?!! We’ve been too nice on you all right?!”.
The village head shouted angrily with his dominant Alpha aura as the breeze hit everyone present that they had to stargger backwards and look away, so the breeze doesn’t get dust in their eyes.
But the Crown Prince and Sky were the only one who acted like nothing happened as they their gazes remained unfazed.
The Crown Prince was even drinking his third jar of wine and the moment it became empty he reluctantly threw it to the ground, which made the village head frown in suspicion.
‘They both didn’t shudder at my dominant aura. They’re really not normal people, maybe the girl was right after all they are part of a royal family!”. The village head thought as he balled one fist angrily.
Then he brought out his sword beneath his robe secretly with the other hand, and the Crown Prince’s sharp gaze snapped to him and the village head’s eyes widened as he wondered how he found out.
“Don’t overreact. I’m an Alpha like you to. So there’s nothing big into it you can confirm that from the doctor you sent to treat me”. The Crown Prince muttered and Sky sighed lightly.
‘It looks like his majesty doesn’t want trouble. I’ve only seen him initiate huge fights with fierce but I’ve never seen him trying to promote peace before’. Sky thought as he glanced confusedly at the Crown Prince.
Then the Village head put his sword back, as he sighed lightly to Ocean.
“We’re a peaceful village and the only time I bring out my sword is when I feel the village it took our ancestors to build for years is being threatened with insecurity.
I promise to apologize for my evil act if you would please, shed more light on your background. For years we’ve always protect our own, and for years we’ve hated and always avoided the royals.
Because each and everyone royal always have a common desire which is the throne, getting involved with them only means danger is very close by to us and that’s why we would never accommodate them or their accomplices into our humble village”. The Village Head said calmly and the Crown Prince nodded.
“I’m not a royal so be at peace”. The Crown Prince said and the Village head and everyone else’s exchanged confused glances.
“But your wife just said you both are. You don’t have to lie, I know what you can do!”. Mrs Matty hissed from behind her husband and the Crown Prince only smirked at her.
“No you don’t. You know nothing about woman”. The Crown Prince uttered which made Mrs Matty frowned at him, then the Crown Prince turned to her husband.
“I’ll tell you everything, but please permit my brother and wife friend to please take my wife in to rest, she’s had a long day and that’s why she fainted”. The Crown Prince said and the village head nodded and Instantly together with Mira, Sky took Mulan back to she and the Prince’s hurt.
