Everyone was frozen in shock over the sudden news, Maya screamed and ran inside with the others trying to wake Diana up.
“Diana, please! Please! Don’t do this, Diana!”. She sobs and runs into Jayden’s arms.
” No! No! No!”. Mia sobs while Ryan is consoling her.
Theo was still and couldn’t believe what was happening, it was like there was an arrow that pierced into his heart.
In a trance, Diana appears in a beautiful white garden, she stares amazingly at the beautiful garden.
“Wow, this is amazing, it’s so peaceful”. She smiled and spread her hands enjoying the atmosphere.
She kept wandering around the garden smiling and touching every white rose.
” You don’t belong here”.A voice interrupted her from behind and she turned in that direction quickly to see a replica of herself in white, everything on her was all white.
“Who are you?”. She asked surprisedly as she walked up to her.” Why do you look like me?”.
“Because I am you”. She replied smiling.
” How? Are you my twin sister?”. Diana asked
“No, am your replicate, you don’t belong here Diana, you need to go back”. she said.
” Go back? to where?”. Diana asked confusedly.
“Back to the people that love you, they are in pain because you left”. She said and Diana sighed sadly.
” You are right, but I can’t go back, am here now, it’s my fate”.Diana said as tears crawled down from her eyes.
“Yes, you were right, it was once your fate but not when love covered everything, the love you showed to everyone, and the same love everyone showed to you, gave you a new life and a second chance”. She said as she moved closer to her and took her hands.” You still have plenty of life to live and to enjoy”. She said smiling.
“Really?”. She sniffs.
” Yes, Diana, there is someone special who is waiting for you, you have to go back and ease everyone’s, broken heart”.
“Ok, I will go, I want to be with the people I love, please help me go back”. She said.
” And so shall it be”.
Back to reality, everyone was still whining in pain, the nurses were dressing Diana’s dead body when suddenly the monitor beeped and started showing a zig-zag sign.
“Doctor”. One of the nurses rushed out to call the doctor.
Everyone was surprised, and then Michael rushed in and ushered everyone out. They came to the corridor wondering what was happening. Some moments later, Michael came out and they rushed to him.
” What happened, doctor?”. Theo asked.
“This is a miracle, she is alive”. He said and everyone gasped in surprise.
” What do you mean?”. Jayden asked confusedly.
“I mean she is back to life, she is stable now”. he said and everyone jumped in excitement and started hugging each other.
” Thank God!”. Maya said.
“Can we see her now?”. Jayden asked.
” You guys will have to wait for a while, let the nurses attend to her first, I will run some tests on her”.
“OK doctor, thank you very much”. Jayden said.
” Please excuse me”. He smiles and walks away.
“Yes!, thank you, God”. Theo said happily as the excitement continued.

A week later, Diana was discharged from the hospital, she was free from her illness and everyone was still surprised after the doctor said she no longer had the illness in her body and that she was perfectly okay.
A little surprised party was thrown to welcome her back, she was overwhelmed with joy and excitement, everyone ate and danced to their satisfaction till they called it a day.

Lucas came to pay a visit to Maya, both were sitting in the living room.
” Why didn’t you tell me you went on a business trip?”. Maya asked.
“Sorry, it was urgent, so I have to go”. He said.” by the way how is Diana, I heard what happened”.
“Well, she is perfectly fine now, it’s a miracle that she is alive with us today”. Maya said smiling.
” Wow, that’s nice, and Jayden, is he around? Because he is always perambulating like a lost child”. He teases Maya chuckled.
“I heard that”. Jayden voices out from the staircase and they turn to him.
“Oh, hello Jayden?”. He said.
Jayden walked up to them frowning at Lucas.
” What are you doing here?”. Jayden asked rudely.
“To see Maya”. He replied.
” On whose permission? You are not allowed here”.
“Jayden, why will you say that?”. Maya quarrels.
” Because it’s my house, he is not welcome here”. Jayden said and Lucas rolled his eyes.
“Don’t be ridiculous, Lucas is my brother, he has the right to come to see me “. Maya said.
” I can’t stand him”. Jayden said.
“I can’t stand you too”. Lucas said and Maya sighed tiredly at them.
” This is not happening right now”. She stood up and walked away leaving them to their quarrel
“I want you out of my house”.
” I am not going anywhere”.
“Don’t test my patience, Lucas, I will punch you real hard”. Jayden said as the both of them were facing each other.
” I bet you try, I will only leave here with Maya”.
“You won’t dare”. Jayden said angrily
” Then, don’t push me”.
They stared hard at each other and suddenly heard Maya scream from the room.
“Maya!!”. They called simultaneously and ran upstairs to the room where Maya’s scream was coming from.
” Maya”. Jayden called searching the room for her including Lucas.
Suddenly, the door was shut against them and they rushed to open it.
“What’s going on? Why is the door locked?”. Lucas asked.
” Because we locked it”.Maya said from the doorstep with Diana beside her, they planned to lock them up in a room.
“Maya, what are you doing? Why did you lock us up in here?”. Jayden asked.
” You two need to settle your differences, I am not opening this door until you two settle”. Maya replied.
“You can’t do that Maya, let me out now”. Lucas said.
” No, we are not letting you two out, until you guys do the right thing”. Diana said.
“We don’t care if you guys kill yourself, we will live with that, anyway, see you guys later”. Maya said and they left.
” Maya! Maya!”.Jayden called and grunted angrily.”This is all your fault, now I am locked up in here with you”. Jayden yelled.
“And do you think I am happy to be locked up in here with you as well, I can’t even stand you”. Lucas replied and left to sit on the bed.
” Get off my bed right now!”.
“Come and drag me up”. he said and Jayden stared hard at him.
” Gosh! I hate you!”.
“And I obviously don’t like you either”.Lucas replied.
In the dining room, Maya and Diana were seated chatting.
” How long do you think we can keep them there?”.Diana asked.
“For as long as we want, we are not opening that door till they settle their differences”.Maya said.
” Hope this works out as planned”.
“It will”.
A few hours later, both were still stuck in the room, Jayden came out of the bathroom after having a nice shower while Lucas relaxed on the couch reading a magazine.
” This place doesn’t look like your bedroom, try not to touch anything”. Jayden said as he snatched the magazine from him.
“You know you are being rude”.
“Like I care”. He moved to the closet took off his towel and stood naked facing the closet.
” Are you crazy! Don’t you have shame?”. Lucas voiced out and Jayden stared at him.
“Ashamed of what? This is my house, my bedroom, I can do as I please”. He said.
” Gosh, you are so annoying”
“Thank you, now close your eyes and turn around, I need to get changed”.
” Why will I do that?”.
“Are you blind? I want to dress up”.
” Go ahead, I am not stopping you”.
“Turn around now or I will come to you with my nakedness and dress up in front of you, am sure you don’t want that”. he threatened.
” Fine!”. Lucas said as he turned his face to the door.
“Better”. Jayden replied and he started dressing up.
Another hour passed and both were feeling hungry.
” Damn! I am hungry”. Lucas said.
“Me too”. Jayden yawned and they moved to the door and knocked.” Maya, please open up, I am starving”.
“Why are you using the word ” I” can’t you see we are the only two people in this room”. Lucas said and Jayden rolled his eyes.
“Do you expect me to talk on your behalf, don’t you have a mouth “. Jayden replied rudely.
” I can see you two are not ready to settle your difference”. Maya said from the doorstep.
“Come on Maya, am starving”. Jayden said.
” There is a snack inside the shelf along with a bottle of water, you two can share”. She replied.
Lucas rushed to the shelf and opened it, he saw a medium-sized cheese ball, and jayden dragged it with him.
“Let go,” Jayden said.
“And why should I let go?”.
” Because it’s mine”.
“Yeah, right, she didn’t say it’s yours alone”.
” And you think I will share it with you”.
“Then none of us will have it then”.Lucas said.
“Is there a problem?”. Maya asked.
” No!” both said staring hard at each other while still holding onto the cheese.
“Ok, enjoy your dinner”. She said.
” Fine! We are sharing”. Jayden said and let go of the cheese.
“Good”.
They sat down on the floor, Lucas opened the cheese and they started eating. After eating and drinking from the same bottle of water, they sigh tiredly.
“This is the worst punishment ever”. Jayden said.
“Yeah”. Lucas replied and then chuckled.
” Why are you laughing?”.
“I don’t know, I just found this funny, She really locked us up to settle our differences, how childish can she be”. He laughed.
“Yeah, I also find it funny too”. Jayden said.
“Oh my, I am so happy, who would ever think I would have a sister as beautiful as intelligent as Maya, she is so perfect in everything”. Lucas said.
” You are right, sometimes I wonder what my life would be if she hadn’t come into life, she came and perfected everything”.
“The first time I saw her, there was this connection that kept drawing me closer to her, I did everything to get her attention, but she kept pushing me away”.
” Am glad she did, because you are a pain in the neck”. Jayden said and Lucas laughed.
“Yeah, but do you know what my happiness is right now?”.
” What?”.
“That she choose you”. He said and Jayden smiled.
” You are right, nothing matters to me to see her happy, even when I hate the fact that you are her brother, but I am happy she has a strong brother like you who will always be by her side when I am no longer there”.
“Are you dying?”. He asked.
” No, am not, but I hope to die first before her because I can’t bear the pain of losing her “.
” You won’t die yet, you two will live longer and be happy to the end “.
” And I wish the same to you”.
They stared at each other and laughed.
“Maya was right, you are not as bad as I thought”. Lucas said.
” Me too, although you are sometimes annoying”.
“I was made like this, my Forster father made me like this and made me believe his lies, I happened to find the reason why this ended between him and your father, and I saw he was wrong”.
“Yeah, we later realize it”.
They sigh and continue chatting and laughing.
