THE NEXT MORNING

Shane sighed as he groaned with his face on the bed, he slowly opened his eyes immediately as he heard the chirping of his Garden birds.

“Honey?” He called scratching his jaw and he paused when he suddenly felt puking.

He stood from the bed and was surprised to see himself naked but ignored it and rushed to the Bathroom.

He opened his toilet system and vomited as the Disgusting smell of Alcohol hit him.

Soon he was done and he flushed the toilet and stood from it.

He went to his Mirror stand and turned on the water as he started washing his mouth and face, he can’t believe he got wasted last night, if only Joey had stopped him.

He sighed and looked down at his body, how comes he was naked, did Joey took him home and stripped him?, He remembered calling Honey when he woke up and he frowned, did Ivy come back?.

He stared at himself again and saw some scratch on his chest and turned walking back to the room.

He heard his phone ringing and he looked around for It, he saw it on the bed stand and he grabbed it, it was Ivy, A Video call, hold on, she wasn’t with him last night then….

He picked the call immediately and her face showed on the screen.

*Hi Honey!, Why are you still home by this time?, Aren’t you going to the office?* Ivy said and he nodded chuckling.

“I am feeling a little bit sick, so I’ll skip for today” he said still trying to think of last night,

He saw her moved strangely and he frowned.

“Are you okay?”, He asked and she stared at him immediately faking a smile.

*Yea… I*

She broke off and a Message showed on his phone screen, he narrowed his eyes at the Message from Joey.

💬Are you okay?,, You are overly drunk last night, hope Matt took you home safely💬 his brows furrowed immediately.

“Honey I.. I will call you back” he said and ended the call .

What the heck happened last night!!.

He stood up immediately and looked around trying to think of something, he has a scratch on his chest, and… And… A flash of crying on the bed made him stared at his bed immediately.

He grabbed his bed covers and dragged it from the bed and his narrowed as he saw red stains on the bed.

He tilted his neck and slowly crawled on his bed,

“Wh… What is this?” He stuttered slowly touching the dried Stain and his mouth opened slowly, what… Blood?.

How?,, He suddenly had flashes of last night, Ellen… Ellen bringing him to the room and he sat weakly on the bed when realization hit him, he… He raped her?, No, it can’t be, he would never do such to a woman, no….

Now it all made sense, the scratch on him, the blood, oh no, what if she was a virgin, and She is still a young girl for Christ sake!, What the heck have he a done!..

He stood from the bed with his phone immediately and rushed to grab a Sweatshirt and pants before rushing out of the room.

He ran to the hallway as he hoped she hasn’t left, goodness, he just committed a grave sin, what the heck have he done?!.

He got to her door and knocked on it immediately.

“Ellen …” He called but he heard silence and he frowned.

He knock again but still no reply.

He tried opening the door but it was locked and his heart raced.

“Ellen, please let me in please,” Shane begged still hitting on the door and he started hearing her sobbing cries which he stopped as his guts twisted, how could he bring himself so low to do such.

“Just go away ” he heard her said calmly and he shut his eyes.
