MINA’S APARTMENT

Mina rushed down the staircase as she arranged her Dress, gush she was too late for work .

“Unni (big sister), come eat Breakfast before going” She heard Tessy who was her immediate younger sister called at her from the dinning and she sighed, she should eat something atleast.

“Okay!” Mina said loudly and went to the dinning, she dropped her handbag at the other seat and Tessy served her,

“Thanks” Mina muttered and Tessy sat opposite her.

“How is work?” Mina asks Tessy as she ate and Tessy sighed and shrugged.

“Always as it is, fine a bit” Tessy muttered and Mina chuckled.

“I can’t believe you are being lazy for work, just switch that work of yours already if you don’t like it” Mina said and Tessy twisted her lips.

” What do I do then? ” Tessy questioned and Mina stopped eating and stared at her.

” Get Married and have kids, you don’t have to work anymore after that” Mina said and Tessy scoffed.

“Unni!, that’s not fair, because I don’t have a boyfriend doesn’t mean I can’t get married” Tessy muttered and Mina chuckld.

” As If, I hope Ivan doesn’t become like you” Mina teased and Tessy glared at her.

” Common Unni, don’t bring that brat into this “Tessy muttered and Mina laughed .

“he is so busy these days that he can’t come by to say Hi, what a freak” Mina muttered.

Well they were three siblings whom their parents Had, First was her, second was Tessy who is 27 and last is Ivan, who is 24.

Their parents are located at Jeju which is their Hometown while they based in Seoul here.

Tessy stopped eating and stared at Mina’s Fingers, there was an engagement ring on her left.

“Unni, when are you and Greg really going to get Married?, it has been four years since he fixed that ring on your fingers, and you have been together with him for 10 years” Tessy blurted and Mina’s eyes changed as she blinked.

She moved her lips and stared at the ring on her finger.

She faked a smile immediately and stared at Tessy.

“Common, we are still planning it” Mina said and Tessy rolled her eyes.

“Unni, this is not something you should ignore, I feel like he is delaying you too much, you are 30 already”

“Tessy!, that’s enough, it is Greg’s and I business, not yours” Mina said sounding pissed and Tessy sighed, she is really worried.

” Un… ” Tessy broke off when Mina glared at her and she bite her lower lips.

” Just eat” Mina muttered as she kept eating.

The taste of the food in her mouth suddenly went soured, the thought of Greg who have been her 10 years boyfriend was getting her sick.

He had engaged her four years ago and they even planned on getting married the next year, but he kept postponing it since then.

She lost her appetite already.

She dropped the chopsticks and stood grabbing her bag.

“Unni your food” Tessy muttered.

“Don’t worry, I am satisfied” Mina said and turned walking out of the house.

Tessy sighed and pouted .

” She won’t listen to me ” Tessy muttered.

Mina shut the door behind her and breathed out when the cold wind of the money hit her face .

Tessy was right, she was getting too old, and … If Greg doesn’t get Married to her now, She’ll just keep getting older and her beauty will get faded for other guys.

She rubbed her palms together and went to the Road side, she stopped a cab and got in, she would have taken the Bus but she is late.

She went into her text with Greg, her heart skipped when she saw he left her message unread since last night.

“Is he that busy?” Mina muttered and dropped the phone in her bag.

Gosh she just Hopes their relationship is not going to where she thinks it is, she won’t be able to bear it.
