VINCE’s APARTMENT
Mina rushed towards Vince door after Delvin had dropped her off, she opened the door and rushed in, she paused and turned on his light, she stared at His Sitting room and gasped when she saw him sitting on the floor with a bottle alcoholic drink and glass in front of him.
“Vince…” Mina called sharply and dropped her things on the floor as she rushed to him.
Vince looked up slowly at Mina as she knelt before him.
“What the hell do you think you are doing right now?!” She snapped pushing the drink away and he threw his head backwards and that was when she noticed he has been crying.
“Oh my God Vince..” she whispered and hugged him immediately, Vince dropped his head on her breast as Mina held him to her.
“Mina..” he cried slowly as he hugged her back, he sounds so hurt that it scares her.
She broke the hug and sat on the floor with him, she held his fingers staring at his face.
“What’s wrong?” She asked slowly and Vince took in his lower lips.
“My Dad is alive” Vince said calmly and she frowned,
“What?” She muttered and he nodded, Mina shook her eyes immediately, what does he mean by his father is alive?, was it real?.
“Yea, He is Alive and Hearty, I saw him myself” Vince replied and she sighed slowly.
“Then you should be happy, I mean it is a good thing to hear and know” Mina said and he nodded.
“Yea, it is but…but Delvin knows about it all these while, I mean…he deceived me and Mother for long, how could he?”
Mina’s hold on his weakened instantly, goodness how could that be?.
“Oh my God” she whispered and held his face as she rubbed his cheeks.
“It’s okay, it’s gonna be fine” She said and he nodded sniffing loudly.
“He shouldn’t have” Vince stated slowly and she took in her lower lips.
“It might have been for your good, he couldn’t have possibly done that without a reason, He must be feeling guilty himself all these years too, so please don’t take it hard on him, Delvin cares a lot about you than you think” Mina advised and he smiled sadly.
“Thanks so much” He said and she nodded and hugged him again,
“I love you and will always be by your side” Mina said loving at and he relaxed on her.
“I love you too Mina, I love you so much, I feel better with you here” Vince replied and she sat on his thighs as she remained on his body.
He must be feeling so pained and betrayed right now, she was glad she relieved him.

THE NEXT MORNING
Vince winced as a light headache hit him and he stretched his hand on the bed to hold Mina to himself but the bed was empty and he frowned and opened his eyes immediately.
“Mina?” He called sitting up and he saw her coming out of the bathroom as she toweled her hair.
“You are finally awake” Mina said as she sat on the dressing Mirror and he nodded holding his forehead slowly.
“Yea, morning” he mumbled and she smiled.
“I guess you won’t be going to school today since you need rest” she said to him and he shook his head.
“I am fine, and I need to be in school since you are “ Vince replied coming down from the bed and she scoffed.
