DELVIN’S HOME

Vince came down from the staircase after he was done washing up at Delvin’s guest room.

Ooh, he feels more refreshed now.

He made his way to the dinning and saw Theresa arranging the table.

“Eeoma” Vince called walking behind her and she looked up smiling.

“You are done” she said and he nodded hugging her from behind.

He dropped his head on her back and Theresa smiled dropping the dish and held his hands on her stomach.

“Is something bothering you?” She asked and he raised his head.

“How did you know that Eeoma?” Vince asked and she turned facing him.

She rubbed his smooth face and smiled.

“I know when my children are fine and are not” She replied and he chuckled.

“You never seize to amaze me Eeoma” Vince said and she shrugged and continued what she was doing.

Vince watched her slowly as he thought of bringing up the topic he wanted asking her about.

“I will stop cooking for you two when you both finally decide to get a woman for yourself ” Theresa said and Vince blinked as his mind went to Mina.

Her expression earlier was everything to him and he smiled and raised his head.

“I might get one soon” Vince said and she stared at him .

“Really?” She asked he nodded.

Of course, he is set to Make Mina fall for him even if it won’t be easy.

“What about Delvin?, isn’t he done?”

“He will be down soon” he replied and sat on one of the seats.

“Umm, Eeoma, can I ask you something?” He asked and Theresa nodded still passing plates as she served the food.

“16 years ago, did Dad really commit suicide?” He asked slowly and she stopped and looked up at him slowly.

She blinked her eyes and sniffed as she continued what she was doing like she was passed it.

“Yes” she whispered in replies and he sighed and shook her head, is she trying to cover up?.

“Fine, then tell me, who is Hanuel to Father?” He asked and the plate she was holding fell to the floor immediately as it made a loud noise and his eyes widened as he stared at the floor.

“Eeoma…” Vince called slowly and she shot her gaze at him.

“I… I don’t know” she stuttered and Vince stood.

“Eeoma, you are lying isn’t it?”

“I said I don’t!, can you stop calling that woman’s name!” She snapped at him as her eyes blaze furiously and Vince moved his eyes slowly, he has never seen her acted this way, she looked scared and… And…

“Vince stop it” They heard a thick voice and they turned to see Delvin glaring at him and he frowned.

“Hyung…”

“Vince stop it” Vince and Theresa heard a thick voice and they turned to see Delvin glaring at him and he frowned.

“Hyung” Vince called slowly and Delvin counted his steps towards them.

He looked refreshed and clean, putting on simple sweatpants and a shirt.

Delvin got to them and stood beside Theresa who was still looking scared.

“Eeoma, we will eat later, come with me ” Delvin said to Vince and walked away.

Vince stared at Theresa and turned after Delvin.

Theresa collapsed on the seat close by and held the table tightly as she breathed heavily.

Gosh, why would Vince suddenly bring this up?, she shut her eyes as she tried calming herself.
