“I’m asking you why the fuck you left my son for a babysitter to enjoy a darn date!” Kaine snapped.
Bluey’s eyes widened.
Just,how did he find out about that?
“With the way you’re so shocked,you don’t plan to tell me anytime soon,for real? You want to start making me the bad person and make people think I abandoned my child? Is that it?” Kaine asked angrily.
“Stop acting like it would have been different If you knew,and about the date….”
“I don’t really care about who you’re on a date with,but shouldn’t you have at least gave Oliver to someone closer?” Kaine snapped and Bluey scoffed.
Kaine said nothing more and opened his car door.
“I’m taking him home with me tonight,if you care,then enter the car and let’s go,I won’t wait for two minutes” he muttered and entered his car.
“Don’t leave,I will just bid Mark a goodbye” Bluey said and Kaine rolled his eyes.
Bluey left and Kaine checked out Oliver who was sleeping peacefully at the back.
Soon,Bluey came out again and then entered,she was shocked to see Oliver.
“You took him from the Babysitter……”
Kaine started the car loudly and she sighed,out,she didn’t say more until Kaine drove out of the restaurant.
“How did you find out about Oliver?” She asked.
“I don’t think I owe you an answer,because if you cared,you would have told me the moment I got back” Kaine said.
“You acted like I was a stranger,I don’t want to sound desperate” Bluey mumbled.
“You don’t want to sound desperate? That’s why you’re in need of a boyfriend desperately?” Kaine asked and Bluey’s eyes widened.
“What?! Who said I’m in need of a boyfriend? I never said I was gonna date Mark,what are you talking about?” She asked.
“Dinner with a guy means what?” Kaine asked.
“When a lady kiss you on the cheek,it means what?” Bluey snapped and Kaine glanced at her.
“What,are you gonna deny it? You allowed Hailey kiss your cheek,you were flirting with her right in front of me” Bluey said.
“Were you jealous?” Kaine asked.
“Just like how you’re always jealous of Mark” Bluey scoffed.
“I’ve not even done anything yet and it’s affecting you?” Kaine chuckled.
Bluey’s cheeks turned red and she immediately looked away.
“I don’t care” she mumbled.
“Liar,I hope you don’t teach my son how to lie” Kaine said and she faced him again.
“I don’t want you to teach him how to run away from his responsibilities when the time comes” She said.
“That’s mean” Kaine muttered and she laughed.
“You started it” She said.
“I’m sorry” She muttered.
Kaine said nothing and the car stopped,Bluey looked out to see they are in front of a mansion,soon the gate was opened and Kaine drove in.
“Whoa” Bluey mumbled as she stared around from the car.

The guards greeted as they got down.
“Seems like the boss word is stuck with you” Bluey said.
“It’s not my fault,I was just born to lead,,you can’t question my creator” Kaine said.
“That’s cheesy” Bluey chuckled,she was standing behind as Kaine carried Oliver from the car,throwing him on his shoulder and then leading the way inside while Bluey followed.
“This place is so amazing” She mumbled.
“Isn’t it strange? My secretary doesn’t even know where I stay” Kaine said.
“I will pass that” Bluey said.
They entered the living room after few corner pass and Bluey wowed again.
“Do you like it?” Kaine asked and she faced him.
“I mean…do you think Oliver would like it?” Kaine asked.
“Of course,Oliver loves good things” Bluey replied.
“Reason why he wants me to marry you? Coz he knows I’m the best for you?” Kaine asked and Bluey took her lips in.
“Are you trying to make me blush?” She asked.
“Trying is not in my dictionary,I don’t need to try,your cheeks are more than red already” Kaine said and Bluey cupped her cheeks.
Kaine chuckled shortly and walked toward the stairs,Bluey followed at once.
“Is he going to wake up again? He can’t sleep without dinner” Kaine asked as he lay Oliver on the bed and covered him up.
“He might wake up when he’s hungry,but his tummy is quite full” Bluey replied.
Kaine grabbed Bluey’s hand and dragged her out of the room.
“What are you doing?”
Kaine ignored her and took her into his bedroom,he closed the door.
Bluey looked around before facing him again.
“Kaine….”
“I told you,there are lots of explanation I’m waiting to hear from you right?” Kaine asked.
Bluey swallowed.
Kaine left her and started taking off his shirt,Bluey’s eyes followed him.
“You’re still a pervert” Kaine smirked at her.
“You fucking left me for five years,what do you expect?” Bluey snapped.
“Quit acting like we were in love with each other Bluey” Kaine scoffed.
“You think everyone’s as heartless as you are?” Bluey snapped and Kaine looked at her.
“You were not in love with me doesn’t mean I was not in love with you! And I still fucking do,you know that,and it’s the reason why you’ve figured out my weaknesses,you know you’re my weakness Kaine,you know,stop acting,it’s enough already” Bluey said and Kaine stared at her blankly.
“Why did you keep the baby?” He asked softly.
“Because I wanted to have your child,it wasn’t a mistake” Bluey replied and Kaine was surprised.
“What about you? Have you ever dream of starting a family with me?” She asked.
“I love kids okay? And I love Oliver,I don’t see myself letting him go for the love of pussy” Kaine muttered and took a stick of cigar on the table,and a lighter.
“You still smoke?” Bluey asked.
“I stopped the hard ones,and drugs…I only smoke this once in a while” Kaine replied and Bluey nodded.
“Just don’t do it around Oliver” She muttered.
“Come here” Kaine said.
“No,you come here” Bluey said and dropped her bag.
Kaine chuckled.
“Someone’s acting tough again,but just a light touch will make you cum” Kaine said and Bluey said nothing.
Kaine walked over to her and pinned her against the wall,their eyes on each others.
Kaine cupped her neck and placed a kiss on her lips,he kissed a again,taking in her tongue which made her moan,then he broke it again.
“How many bastards touched you while I was away?” He asked.
“None…you? How many bitches did you fucked?” Bluey glared.
“You really think anyone can seduce me? Only you can do that” Kaine whispered and Bluey smiled.
Kaine wanted to kiss her again but suddenly they heard a loud cry from the other room.
“Oliver” Bluey immediately said rushed out of the room.
Kaine let out a smile softly before going out as well.

The inside was buzzing with energy. The music buzzing through the air, a lively mix of beats and melodies that kept. The lights were dim, but the glow of bottles and glasses sparkled like diamonds. Some of the Customers were laughing as they chatted, clinking glasses together as they savored their drinks.
Some sipped cocktails, while others nursed beers or shots. The air was thick with the smell of alcohol and the hum of conversation. It was one of the popular place where people came to let loose and forget their worries.
In a corner, Adriana sat alone, nursing a drink. Three empty bottles already stood on the table in front of her,She stared into her glass, lost in thought, as the music and laughter swirled around her.
Adriana’s eyes seemed a million miles away, her expression a mix of sadness and contemplation. She didn’t notice the commotion around her, too caught up in her own world,ever since Sapphire told her about Bluey having a child for Kaine,she hasn’t been herself.
Thinking about it always makes it worse,she let out a groan and took her phone,her eyes half closed,mixture of both sleep and alcohol.
She dialed Bian’s number,the call was answered after the first ring.
“Bian” Adriana called.
“Is something wrong? You sound somehow” Bian said and Adriana smiled.
“I feel better now that I can hear your voice,cutie” She said.
“What? Are you drunk?” Bian asked.
“Maybe I am” Adriana muttered.
“What happened exactly? Why did you drink?” Bian groaned and switched to a video call which Adriana answered.
“The fuck? You’re a mess” Bian said.
Adriana chuckled and swept her hair from her face.
“Hi Bian,you look so cute” She said.
Bian shook his head.
“You need to start going home,is your driver available? Don’t even think of driving” Bian said.
“My driver is outside,I came prepared you know?” She smiled.
“Good,then get up and start going,don’t wait until you pass out” Bian said.
“When are you coming? I’m so lonely” Adriana pouted.
“Next week…I will be there next week” Bian answered.
“I can’t wait to have you back cutie”
“Get up and just go Mirabel” Bian said.
“Okay okay,don’t scold me” Adriana said and packed her bag,then she got up.
She almost staggered but a guy was quick to hold her waist.
“Are you okay?” He asked.
“Yeah,I’m fine…thanks” Adriana said and pushed his hand down from her waist before walking away.
“I still don’t understand why you came all the way from your house to a bar,you’re a lady for fuck sake,now you’re getting held unnecessarily” Bian scoffed.
“He just helped me from falling Bian….”
“Next time just stay home,I don’t like that” Bian cut in.
Adriana smiled.
“At least you care about me” She muttered.
She got to the car and her driver immediately took her bag from her,he opened the back door for her and she entered.
“I’m inside the car” Adriana said.
“I know,I can see” Bian said.
“You’re really coming next week right?” She asked.
“I miss you and my brother,I just can’t wait anymore” Bian said and Adriana smiled.
“I will be waiting baby” She said.
“Baby? Is that supposed to mean,kid brother or a romantic one” Bian asked and Adriana laughed.
“What are you saying?”
Bian chuckled.
“I love your new hairstyle,you look hot and more masculine now” Adriana said.
“Of course,I’m twenty four now,remember? Not nineteen” Bian said.
“I know,you don’t have to boast about it” Adriana chuckled.

THE EDEN’S MANSION*
Hailey lay on her bed, surrounded by maids who were busy massaging her. Their hands kneaded her skin, easing tension and relaxing her body. The soft strokes and gentle pressure should have calmed her mind, but Hailey’s thoughts wandered.
She couldn’t shake off the image of Kaine carrying little Oliver. The way he held the child with such care and concern seemed almost…fatherly. But that couldn’t be. Hailey pushed the thought away, not wanting to dwell on it.
As the maids continued their ministrations, Hailey’s curiosity got the better of her. She reached for her phone and began to search for information on Kaine. His profile popped up, stating he was single and had never been married.
Hailey’s confusion deepened. If Kaine wasn’t Oliver’s father, then who was he to the child? Why was he so invested in his secretary’s son? The questions swirled in her mind, refusing to let her relax.
The maids continued to massage her, but Hailey’s thoughts remained tangled in the mystery surrounding Kaine and Oliver. She couldn’t shake off the feeling that there was more to their relationship than met the eye.
“Oh gosh” She groaned out and the maids paused.
“Ma’am,are you okay?” They asked.
“That’s enough,y’all should leave” Hailey said.
Without any arguments,the maids packed up their stuffs and left one after the other,leaving Hailey in her wild thoughts.
“I’m really going to have you Kaine…all for myself no matter what” she muttered and dialed her stylist’s number.
The dress she’s planning to wear for the anniversary should be the one to get Kaine swayed no matter how hard he proves to be,she was ready.
She has the body and the face,so what else does he need??

BACK TO KAINE’S MANSION*
“Mister,your house is so big and beautiful” Oliver said as Bluey was trying to feed him his food.
“Let’s talk after you’re done eating okay?” Kaine told him.
“I want you to feed me mister” Oliver said and Kaine smiled.
“I don’t mind,come here” He said and Oliver jumped down from Bluey’s laps,he ran to Kaine who was still standing.
Bluey sighed and got up as well.
“Can you really do it?” She asked.
“Yeah,don’t worry and go do whatever you wanna do” Kaine said.
“I need to take my bath” Bluey muttered and left them.
Kaine carried Oliver and dropped him on the dinning table while he remain standing.
“Mister,can we just live in your house?” Oliver asked.
“You can stay here all you want” Kaine said and Oliver smiled brightly.
“And you might have to stop calling me Mister” Kaine said.
“Why? You don’t like it?” Oliver asked.
“How about daddy?”
“Daddy? But mommy didn’t say you’re my daddy”
“Maybe she forgot,she’s not really that smart” Kaine said.
“I heard that” Bluey said from the stairs,she was just going up.
“Mommy! Is he my daddy?!” Oliver asked and Bluey showed up again.
“Yes baby”
“Really?! He’s my handsome daddy?” Oliver asked again,his eyes still on Kaine.
“What,are you disappointed?” Kaine asked but to his surprise,Oliver came closer and kissed him.
“Are you going to take me to a beach? My classmates said daddies alway take their kids to the beach” Oliver said.
“What? You should have told me,I don’t mind taking you to the beach” Bluey snapped.
“Just leave please and allow me have a quiet conversation with my son” Kaine said.
“Do you know how many times you’ve said that word? Were you hungry for a son?” Bluey scoffed.
“I will take you to not just the beach,but anywhere you want to go,around the world” Kaine told Oliver.
“Yayyyyyy!!!” Oliver clapped.
“Then,will I have a kid sister soon?” He asked and Bluey almost choked.
“Anything you want baby,just a kid sister?” Kaine asked.
“Yes just one,a cute one with long hair and…and pretty dress…like a barbie…..like…”
“Like your mom?” Kaine asked and Oliver nodded.
“I agree with you baby,since you are like me,then we should have a girl who’s like your mom,right?”
Oliver nodded.
Bluey shook her head and just left them.
“But promise you won’t fight with her or make her cry” Kaine said.
“I’m a nice baby,do I take after you?” Oliver asked.
“In some ways” Kaine replied.
“Just some ways?” Oliver said sadly.
“You took after your uncle also,you will meet him soon. He’s also cute like you,I always call him teddy” Kaine said.
“Call me teddy too” Oliver said.
“I don’t think I should,your uncle might get jealous” Kaine replied.
“But I want to be your teddy too” Oliver said,almost in tears.
“Okay okay,teddy don’t cry” Kaine said and he smiled.
Kaine hugged him softly and ruffled his hair.
“I love you daddy”
“Oh I love you more”

“You told me not to,and I didn’t,trust me” Sapphire said.
“So how did he find out?”
“Ion know…maybe Fang or Puma told him,,”
“Oh…you’re right” Bluey mumbled.
“But isn’t it okay now? He found out and everything is okay” Sapphire said and Bluey smiled.
“I know , everything is just happening so fast” She muttered.
“I know you love it” Sapphire teased and Bluey smiled.
“Goodnight” She said and hung up.

Bluey’s fingers brushed against Kaine’s as she helped him with his shirt button. Their eyes met, and for a moment, time stood still. The air was charged with a spark of electricity as they gazed into each other’s depths.
Without breaking eye contact, Kaine’s hands moved to Bluey’s waist, his fingers wrapping around her gently.
“You’re coming with me to the party,” he said, his voice low and husky.
Bluey’s heart skipped a beat as Kaine’s grip tightened slightly.
“Your dress will arrive soon,” he added, a hint of a smile playing on his lips.
Bluey felt a flutter in her chest as she nodded without thinking,like she was under a spell until she suddenly got herself back.
“But…Oliver….”
“Someone will be here to take care of him” Kaine said she Bluey raised her brows.
Just then the door opened.
“I’m here!!” Sapphire announced,swinging a luxury dress box in her hand.
“Sis!” Bluey’s eyes widened.
“Don’t scream and come to get dressed” Sapphire said and went out again.
Bluey looked at Kaine and he smirked.
“Go on,I will be waiting in the car” He said.
Bluey sighed and left the room,Kaine checked the time and it’s almost 8pm.

Kaine stood beside the car, waiting for Bluey to come out of the house. He looked incredibly handsome in his tailored outfit, every detail accentuating his chiseled features. His soft hair was perfectly styled, and his fitted shirt and trousers showcased his toned physique. Together with his perfect face, making him irresistible.
Just then, Bluey stepped out, and Kaine’s eyes locked onto her. She wore a stunning sleeveless gown that hugged her curves in all the right places. The tight, fitted dress accentuated her toned arms and shoulders, and the way it clung to her body left Kaine breathless.
Her beauty is a whole book to study, Her hair cascaded down her back like a waterfall of silk, and her makeup highlighted her striking features. She looked like a goddess, radiant and captivating.
Kaine was lost in Bluey’s beauty, his eyes fixed on her as she approached him. He couldn’t look away, mesmerized by the way the dress showcased her stunning figure.
“Hey…I’m…here” She muttered and Kaine nodded.
“Do you like it? It’s quite,hugging my body,you don’t like that” Bluey muttered.
“It’s okay,I picked it myself actually. But you look more beautiful in it than the one I saw” Kaine said and Bluey’s cheeks turned tomato red.
Kaine opened the car for her and she entered,then he joined her before the drive drove out of the house.

The house was buzzing with excitement as the party was in full swing. The occasion was Mr. and Mrs. Eden’s wedding anniversary, and their faces beamed with joy from the numerous pictures plastered all over the walls.

Bluey almost glared at her but was able to control it,Hailey looked at Bluey with bad eyes,seeing the dress she was wearing,her eyes almost popped out but she controlled it.
“Mr Landon,you’re welcome here” Mr Eden said and he shook hands with Kaine.
“Thanks for inviting me as well” Kaine smiled and they were seated once again.
Hailey pushed Bluey from Kaine’s side and sat down with him instead,Bluey said nothing and sat down opposite them,watching as Hailey flirted every minute.
She was at the point of bursting honestly,she hated the way Hailey was touching him.
“If I may ask,who’s the young lady?” Mrs Eden asked Kaine.
“His secretary” Hailey immediately answered.
Kaine said nothing and Bluey scoffed.
‘Did he bring me here to insult me?’ She thought.
They kept on eating and having fun but Bluey had no appetite at all,until Mr Eden spoke up.
“I’m so glad you came Kaine,my daughter told me about you already and I don’t mind our companies working together” He said.
Kaine nodded and Hailey grinned.
“Since she likes you alot as well,,the relationship will help us very well in that aspect” Mr Eden added.
Bluey chuckled inwardly and gulped down her water.
“It’s my first time seeing my daughter liking a man so much,and now that I’m seeing you,I don’t blame her” Mrs Eden said.
“Oh…it’s so unfortunate” Kaine spoke up finally,making everyone quiet at once.
“But I have a family” Kaine said.
Bluey’s eyes widened and Hailey blinked.
“A family?” Mr Eden asked again.
“I mean,I’m a father Mr Eden,I have a son” Kaine replied.
“That’s not true,are you saying this because you don’t like me?” Hailey asked.
“Daddy!!!” They suddenly heard a tiny voice call and all heads turned.
Sapphire was holding Oliver in her hand.
Bluey blinked in shock.
“Oh,that’s my son” Kaine smiled.
Oliver released Sapphire’s hand and ran to Kaine.
“Hey son” Kaine carried him at once.
“Son?” Hailey’s eyes widened.
“Yeah son…isn’t he cute?” Kaine asked.
Mr Eden and his wife exchanged glances.

“This is not true,,this baby belongs to your secretary!” Hailey stood up and looked at Bluey.
“Daddy” Oliver tapped Kaine.
“Yes baby?” Kaine answered.
“Why are you sitting with this lady and not mommy?” Oliver asked and everyone blinked.
“Oh,that…it just happened” Kaine said.
Oliver faced Hailey.
“Can you please don’t sit with my daddy again? Only mommy can sit with him” Oliver said and Hailey’s anger trippled at once.
“You heard him” Bluey glared at Hailey and walked over to Kaine and Oliver.
“Let’s go mommy and daddy” Oliver said.
Kaine grabbed Bluey’s hand and they started walking out,all eyes followed them,cameras too.

Hailey was at the point of losing her breath as she watched Kaine and Bluey leaving.
Sapphire lean over to her.
“Don’t try shit,,whole families are mafias” She whispered and Hailey’s eyes widened.
Sapphire winked and also walked away.
