PRIME MINISTER’S VILLA, 7AM*
Judith entered Hailey’s room and met her sitting on her chair, her head on the vanity table with a drawing card in front of her.
She finished drawing the new design at 5am, and she slept off afterwards.
Judith took the drawing, her eyes brightening when she saw the insanely beautiful design.
“Yes! This is it! My fans will go crazy I swear! Fûck! This is too insane!” She hugged the drawing.
Hailey raised her head from the table, looking at her drowsily.
She didn’t get enough sleep at all.
“For a job well done, you can eat from the kitchen today, and oh…your shameless parents are here again” Judith said.
Hailey frowned, knowing exactly why they came.
They’re probably low on funds again.
She left the room and went downstairs to meet her parents with Blake in the living room.
Luke and Suzy Astor, the greatest thorns of her life.
“Look at my daughter! You’re shinning. Minister Blake thank you, it’s so obvious you’re taking care of her!” Suzy stood, pulling Hailey to her side.
Hailey was looking at her as she spoke, her expression unfathomable.
“She’s my dear wife, who’d take care of here if not me?” Blake replied, drinking from a coffee mug.
He’s sitting big like the entitled owner of their lives.
“I really appreciate your efforts, honourable prime minister” Luke spoke, standing up too.
Hailey looked at her shameless father, and her hatred for him spread.
Blake snapped his fingers, and his manager came in with a heavy envelope and a document.
“Here, your monthly allowance” Blake gave them the heavy big envelope which definitely containers cash.
“Thank you minister!” Suzy quickly took it.
“And this is the signature you wanted from His Majesty for your new business, it’s approved” Blake gave then the documents, and Luke took that one.
“Thank you minister! I can’t thank you enough!” Luke nearly began jumping.
“And you, Hailey. Go get ready, there’s a meeting you’re going with me in the evening, at the palace” Blake said.
“You’re taking her to the palace? Yes!!” Luke and Suzy hugged each other.
With hidden anger, Hailey went upstairs, and Blake smirked, watching Suzy and Luke go crazy over money and connections.
So far he gives them money and needed connections, they’ll be his lackeys forever, and so far they remain his lackeys, Hailey will remain a maid in this house—a maid for his Judith.
Blake smirked again, taking another sip from his mug.
