“No no please!!! Don’t shoot!! At least you’re still alive!! You didn’t die! Ok fine! I made a mistake, but it’s only because I was scared you’d kill me!” Gerrard cried again.
“It’s rich thinking you can actually kill me, and now you think you’re not gonna die?” Madden said with a dey chuckle, and Loud rushed in with Malik, both panting.
“His other guards attacked us in the outside ring” Loud said.
“But we handled them already” Malik added, and Madden faced Gerrard again.
“I didn’t order my guards to attack I swear! I was here with you since an hour ago! I couldn’t have made the order when your eyes were on me!” Gerrard shouted.
“You probably gave them the order before we arrived…Same way you set the chandelier before we arrived” Madden replied mercilessly, and Gerrard quickly held Madden’s leg…
“Please… please don’t kill me! Please don’t…
A bullet already entered his palm before he could finish. Madden shot him in the hand.
“Arhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!” He shrieked with all his remaining energy, letting go of Madden’s leg before starting to roll on the ground with bleeding hand and leg.
“What specific thing did you notice about Nazeera?” Madden asked, and Gerrard went on his knees, crying profusely as he held his bleeding palm.
One of his fingers already fell off.
“She…she has the scent of camphor! She smelled like camphor!!!” He shouted, unable to contain the agony anymore.
“And?” Madden said.
“Nothing more! Nothing more!” Gerrard cried, and Madden fired him between the eyes immediately.
He left the room with Malik and Loud behind him, and in no time, they arrived at the outside ring.
There are several bodies of Gerrard’s guards and his betting customers around.
Jinx and Poe are all bloodied, standing in the middle of the bodies, and then there are twenty teenage girls waiting there with them.
They’re the remaining girls from Gerrard’s sèx ring. Girls who got kidnapped from their real homes and brought here.
“Where the fûck is Micheal?” Madden queried immediately he saw no sign of her.
“She entered the vent with one of the ladies earlier” Poe replied, and Madden started going towards the closest vent.
Loud and Malik followed him while Jinx and Poe stayed back.

PARKING LOT*
The restroom vent led to this parking lot at the far end of the club, and Adeline jumped down, her clothes stained with Gianna’s blood.
Gianna hasn’t moved far as expected. She’s at the park, backing a car while clutching at her bleeding chest.
“I told you I was gonna ruin your life. I wasn’t joking!” Adeline growled and started limping fast to her despite her bleeding ankle.
Gianna tried moving away from the car, but she couldn’t get past Adeline.
Adeline kicked her from behind, and she staggered forward, falling beside the tyre of a car.
Adeline entered the car since it’s open, and she brought the engines to life with the intention of crushing Gianna with the tyres, but then someone bursted into the park and picked Gianna up, rolling out of the way with her so the tyres missed her.
Adeline came down from the car, and when she saw the face, her anger got refined.
It’s Corey!
She got her gun to shoot him down straight, but he quickly raised his hands in surrender.
“I didn’t send the picture to Madden… Believe me” he said, but she wasn’t ready to hear any dàmn thing.
She just kept going closer, gun at alert as she prepared to pull the trigger.
“I swear to gawd, Ade… I didn’t send the pictures!” He shouted, but that was when she pulled the trigger on him, directly on the chest.
“Arhhh!!!” He groaned as his blood bloomed, and his knees hit the ground too.
