TRAINING GROUND*
The sound of Loud and Adeline throwing punches at each other impregnated the place as they combatted relentlessly.
They’re both sweating, their foot shifting from one angle to another.
Obviously, they’re at the same level already which even surprised Loud himself.
“You’re good, man!” He breathed out
“That’s because you didn’t really take trainings serious. You specifically trained to be a racer, isn’t it?” Jinx replied, pushing Loud down.
She took his place, and Adeline began throwing punches with her again till they exhausted each other.
Their energies kept fluctuating. Sometimes Jinx got the upper hand, and MOST of the times, Adeline got it.
“Corey… was he kind when he was here?” She suddenly asked, and Jinx stopped punching.
“Not sure. He didn’t really communicate with us since he was always on a mission. He only talked to Death or Trixie. Trixie had a crush on him but he only saw her as a friend.” Loud replied from the ground.
“He was close to Lady Selesta and Angelika too…and he was mad close to The Pakhan” Jinx added.
“Really?” Adeline faced her.
“Yeah. All the missions Corey went on, he got the orders from The Pakhan, and I heard The Pakhan kept the documents of all his past missions in his office” Jinx nodded.
Adeline shadowed her eyes.
So this is what Madden meant when he told her to ask questions from Loud and Jinx.
Now she’s getting the info she needs.
She needs to find a way to sneak into The Pakhan’s office and find the mission documents.
That way, she’d know if her parents assassination order came from this clan.
But first, she has to focus on tomorrow’s mission.

NEXT DAY, 8PM~ BEHAM EXCLUSIVE BAR*
Madden’s Cherokee drove roughly into the underground parking lot of the bar, and he stepped out, wearing a red button down which has just the front part of it tucked into his black slacks.
He doesn’t care if he’s actually outside or not, but his slightly disheveled hair is covering a part of his right eye again.
Adeline came out from the other side of the car and quickly came to his side to shut the door.
He gave her a diabolical frown, but she didn’t look away.
He really made her stay guard at the manor door last night like he said, and right now her legs hurt from standing too much, but but she doesn’t care.
It’s part of her unending training.
Madden ran his eyes through her body, and though it’s covered with men clothes, his lustful eyes saw through the clothes.
Is it sick that he wants to push her back into the car right now and fûck her brains out?
His fantasies about her is only getting darker, which is why he told her to stay guard by the door last night.
If she had entered, swear to fûck, he’d have dismembered her legs and she wouldn’t be able to come for this mission.
He slowly took his shadowy eyes off her, and Adeline breathed secretly in relief.
What’s with his intense stare when he made her stand throughout the night anyways?
Loud and Jinx came out from the backseat of the Cherokee, then four other cars drove into the park, housing the rest of the mobsters who came with them.
Immediately everyone alighted, Madden led the way into the bar.
