CHAPTER 118

? FLASH BACK ? A MONTH AGO ?

Jaycee approach a nurse, not knowing she was Maya because she has disguised herself as a nurse just so she can inject the liquid poison inside Dario’s body, and the poison had water color.

“Hi nurse” Jaycee said, and Maya looked at him.

“Can I ask a favor from you?”

“What kind of favor?” She asked. She always fake a male voice anytime she attack Dario.

“What kind of favor?”

“I want you to give this food to Dario Anderson. He’s a patient here”

“Who are you” She asked, pretending not to know Jaycee.

“My name is Jaycee Mendoza, but don’t tell him this food is from him. Tell him it’s from Jessica” Jaycee said.

“Who is Jessica?”

“He is going to know her once you mentioned that name to her”

“Alright” Maya said, and took the food from him. She met Ariel coming out from Dario’s ward, and she bowed before entering Dario’s ward.

Dario was not inside the ward when she entered, but she could hear splashing of water inside the toilet.

Maya quickly brought out the poison, and sprinkled it inside the food. She just covered the food, when Dario came out from the toilet.

“Who are you?” He asked, and Maya adjust her nose mask, before looking at Dario. “I was sent by Jessica to deliver this food to you” She said.

“Jessica? Since when did Jessica cared so much about me?” Dario asked, opening the food.

A smile crept on his face when he saw it was macaroni and cheese, which means it was Jaycee’s doing.

“He didn’t have to ask you to lie” Dario, muttered smiling.

“Huh”

“It’s nothing” Dario said and ate a full spoon from the food.

“I will be leaving now” She said and Dario nodded his head eating. Maya took off her nose mask when she got out of the hospital premises, and she smirked dangerously.

“Don’t worry Maya, Dario is going to die soon” Terry said.

“Well I hope so, because if he doesn’t die in the next five days, I am no longer going to attack him, but kll him.

That kid has to pay for klling my sister” Maya said and walked out of the abandoned room.

She was walking down the street, when someone pulled her into an alley. “Who the heck are you?” She asked.

“Maya. It’s me, Felicia” Felicia said, taking off her mask.

“Felicia? You….. you are alive?” She asked with widen eyes.

“Yes I am alive. I was never dead”

“But I thought Dario raped you to death?”

“No he didn’t. The innocent guy didn’t even touch me that night. He was made to believe he rape me. I faked my death” Felicia said, and Maya’s widen the more.

The friends looked at Dario with a sad look on their faces. They already know about Dario’s predicament, and merely looking at him, you could tell that life was draining out of him as the day goes by.

“Have you talked to your family about it” Jaycee said, cleaning the tears in his eyes.

“Yes I have” Dario answered.

“What did they say?” Jessica asked sniffling. Aria and Ariella didn’t say a word, because they were busy cleaning the tears that keeps coming out from Ariel’s eyes.

“They had nothing to say, but to cry and wonder how I got poisoned”.

“But how did you get poisoned?” Brett asked.

“I have no idea” He answered cleaning the bI.ood that was coming out from his nose and it made them cry, especially Ariel.

“I know how you got poisoned” Maya said, approaching them with Felicia. She had so much regrets in her eyes.

“Maya” They all called her name except for Dario who didn’t have the strength to talk.

“How did you know how Dario was poisoned?” Ariella asked.
