CHAPTER 56

Kylie stood up and walked to her, he held her two hands in his and she gazed at him

“I’ll never hurt you, Melanie. Never, I’ll always make you happy,” he whispered.

Melanie raised a brow

“I’m not the kind that you’ll have haters around you when you suddenly date me. You’ll be safe, I’ll never use a single thing to hurt you” Kylie continued saying.

“What are you saying?” Melanie forced a smile, trying to release her hand from his but he made it impossible for her to.

“I love you,” Kylie dropped.

“What?” Melanie’s eyes widened.

“I always do. Since the day I set my eyes on you, it was love at first sight,” he smiled.

“I love every single thing about you, your smile, your pretty face…. Every fking thing. Give me a chance, Melanie.

I promise never to hurt you, I’ll always love you till eternity,” Kylie muttered, staring at her with deep affection in his eyes

Melanie blinked her eyes in shock, still staring at him.

“I’ve always wanted to tell you how I feel, but I just need you to see me as a friend first. You’re a jewel, Melanie. I’ll never break you, I promise. Just give me a chance in your life,” he went further.

“Erm… Kylie,” Melanie slowly released her hands from his.

Kylie’s face dropped but he quickly covered it up.

“I’m sorry. I really don’t know what to say, but I can’t return your feelings. You’re just a friend to me, I really don’t think of you as a guy,” Melanie said

“I’m sorry” she whispered.

“It’s fine. I’ll wait, I don’t care how long it takes,” Kylie smiled

“Kylie,”

“I won’t give up on you, Melanie. I won’t” he muttered.

Melanie sighed.

Audrey got to a corner and started yelling her lungs out. Her face was very red as the anger was visible in it.

“Fk, how dare that bch! He kssed her, he kiss…” She continued shouting and the students passing by began to think if she’s gone crazy.

“Stop staring or I’m gonna pluck your eyes out,” she growled.

The students averted their gaze and scurried away in fear.

The seniors in Monash University were known to be bvllies, they bully the freshmen a lot and they wouldn’t wanna fall into a trap to it

“I’m going to destroy her! I’ll destroy her stay here! I’ll destroy her life!” Audrey screamed.

She ruffled her hair in anger till she began looking like a mad woman but she cared less.

She wouldn’t ever let any girl that tries to get closer to Axel go, not to talk of dating him.

His dk is meant for her alone, no one else.

EVENING***

“You still won’t talk?” Lauren asked Melanie. They just finished their last lecture but they’re still in the hall

“After you returned, you just started zoning out. Is everything okay?” Julie asked too.

“Actually… When I left, I met Axel” Melanie bit her lips.

“Axel?” Melanie and Julie chorused at once.

“Yes…. We talked for a few minutes and…”

“Gosh,” Melanie covered her face with her palms.

“We kssed,” she blurted out.

“What?!” Lauren gasped.

“What the fk!” Julie yelled.

“You kssed or he kssed you?” Lauren asked slowly.

“We kssed. I kssed him first and then… He kssed me again, I couldn’t resist it and…” Melanie groaned.

“You kssed Axel and he kssed you back?” Julie asked slowly.

“Yes. I actually told him to stop smoking and he promised to do so only if I stopped him, I didn’t even think twice before kssing him,” Melanie said.

“It was… I had no control of myself at that moment,” She covered her face again.

“This is so surprising. After that, what did he do?” Lauren asked

“He…” She explained to them.
