Lorraine died five times on the spot.
No… Ten times.
She lost balance on her slender heels, and she staggered, almost landing on the ground, but thanks to the pillar behind her which she held on to.
Her ankle twisted, and the sound of a bone dislocating could be heard as she stared at the two with unbelievable eyes.
Lord Vann’s eyes was going from her to Tamlin who’s currently crying in the pool of blood from his legs.
It’s like someone activated ‘pause’ on the students, cos they’re all staring speechlessly, too stunned by the turn of events especially Echo and Imogen.
And Twilight?
She’s currently trying to break free, but Slade wouldn’t let go.
She didn’t expect it to go wild like this.
She was pushing Slade’s chest with her folded elbows, but the more she pushed, the harder he kissed, deeper into her mouth as he spread her lips apart with his tongue again.
It was insane.
Out of the ordinary.
And madly rough.
She got bites on her lips already, and the gunshot sound she heard triggered her fear too, so she fought harder to break free, pinching his neck brutally.
Slade didn’t care.
He bit her lip hard, and she gasped, wincing against his tongue as their breaths mixed hotly.
Elijah was speechless too just like everyone, and Ruslan is crying beside Tamlin.
“Are they going to have sèx outside too? What madness is this? Insane!” Imogen shouted, and it’s like that brought everyone out of their shocks.
“Slade Luther” Elijah called.
Slade kept eating her lips aggressively, his brows thickening.
“Slade!!” Elijah called out again, touching his shoulder.
Slade’s eyes flicked open, the insatiable desire, hunger and thirst inside of him went down a bit, and their lips separated immediately.
Twilight’s lower lip corner is bleeding, and she has redness on her upper lip too.
As for Slade, his eyes look like an alpha wolf’s, ready to tear and maim.
He almost pulled Twilight to himself again, but Elijah blocked him.
“You’re lusting bloodily for her cos you drew energy from her, and you need to take a deep breath right now cos the moment you kiss her like that again, you won’t let her go till she dies. Calm your monsters, brother” he said, holding Slade’s shoulders.
Slade shut his eyes, trying to cool his head.
Twilight quickly stepped away from them, and when she saw Tamlin’s situation on the ground, her eyes widened.
“Tamlin!”
“Tamlin!” Lord Vann rushed to him as the barrier has gone down.
Lorraine didn’t make any effort to come closer. She took off her heels and limped away like a living dead.
Imogen left angrily too with her minions.
Molly took Uriel away, and Rihannon took Damien too.
“Tamlin!” Twilight started rushing to him, and Slade’s eyes opened immediately.
“Do not go closer to him!” He ordered.
“You can’t tell me what to do” She shot back, walking to Tamlin already.
“Stay back, Light” he ordered again, but Twilight didn’t reply.
He went for her and pulled her by the arm, hurling her up before throwing her on his shoulder.
“Put me down monster! Put me down how could you shoot him like that! You condemned his legs already you devil! How could you!!” She was yelling and tearing his back with her nails as he took her away, but he doesn’t give a fûck.
Her screams could still be heard till he entered the tower.
Lord Vann and Ruslan transported Tamlin to the infirmary, and the crowd began thinning.
The news of Lacey’s murder became irrelevant in a matter of seconds, and the castle fell in disarray with different stories.
Echo is part of the last to leave the park, and she was the one who picked the gun up, hiding it.
“Stupid kiss” she muttered, stumping away.
