Time resumed running, and Tamlin kissed Imogen, lips on lips!
The eyes of everyone in class almost fell off their sockets.
Twilight gasped, her eyes refusing to blink as she watched Tamlin’s tongue going inside Imogen’s mouth.
It’s like Imogen’s brain melted too cos right now, she’s imagining Tamlin as Slade.
She hugged Tamlin to herself, and Tamlin slid his arms around her too.
Slade smirked like Satan’s full-time incarnate, then he turned around.
His eyes met with Twilight’s, and she just knew immediately that he did it.
Slade didn’t look at her for one more minute before starting to walk back to the front.
“Someone stop them!!!” Posey screamed, but the whole class was too stunned to even leave their positions.
It was Ren who jumped over his table and ran fast to the kissing siblings.
He crashed into their middle, separating them forcefully.
Their lips have bleeding bites already, and they’re both breathing so hard.
“What the fûck are you both doing!!?” Ren shouted.
That knocked them back to their senses cos Imogene’s eyes widened when she realized it.
“You?” Tamlin pointed at her slowly.
“Wh… why did you…why did you kiss me?” Imogen stuttered like she’s tongue-tied.
Tamlin’s eyes wandered to the front where Slade is back to.
He’s currently writing in board like he’s not the one who just caused the insanity that just happened.
“Why did you kiss me? Why would you!!!” Imogen yelled, and waltzed forward to Tamlin.
The thunderous sound of her palm against his skin echoed in class as she slapped him hard, making his cheek red.
“I was saving my first kiss for Slade you moron!! I hate you!!!” Imogen started crying as she ran out of class.
“Imogen!” Posey rushed after her.
Tamlin almost went to the front to meet Slade, but Ruslan came back inside and grabbed him, dragging him out too.
“Yes? Miss Kent?” Slade said sternly, his eyes keen on Twilight again
She’s still standing, so she blinked twice and cleared her throat to speak, but she couldn’t, the shock is still devouring her.
What is he? Cos he can’t be human with that dark personality.
One minute she was standing in front of Tamlin expecting a kiss, and another minute, Imogen replaced her.
Thinking of everything made her head boil, and she had to blink and shake her head to steady herself.
“You can leave the class if you have nothing to say” Slade spoke again.
“Tragedy… Tragedy has to do with…death, and…
“What signifies death?” Slade interrupted her sharply.
“Skulls, Black Roses, Crossbones, Ravens…” She said, holding her breath.
The goosebumps on her skin right now is insane, and he’s not helping matters with the way he’s looking at her intensely like a predator.
Gawd…can someone just kill him already?
Can an earthquake just come for only him?
Can he just disappear and never come back?
“Good. Sit your @ss down” he finally spoke, and she released her breaths before sitting down, resting her head on her desk.
For the rest of the class, she only heard his voice, she didn’t look up for the fear of meeting his evil eyes under his evil glasses.
The class ended in an hour, and she was the first to rush out of the class.
The pearl earring in her right ear fell off, but she’s too fast to notice.
Students were marching it as they walked out of the class, but when Slade saw it, he picked it up.
The pearl gave his palm a painful burn immediately, so he had to drop it in an handkerchief before taking a deeper look at it.
Surely, it’s not an ordinary pearl, and he has noticed she doesn’t only wear the earrings…she wears the necklace and bracelet too.
He scrunched his brows and inserted the earring into his pocket before finally leaving the class.
As expected, he met Uriel waiting in front of it.
“Grandpa Cedric wants to see you” he reported.
“Suddenly?” Slade frowned.
“He’s the only family member you relate with, so you can’t turn him down. It’s been a week and he probably misses you” Uriel shrugged.
“I don’t like people missing me” Slade muttered.
“I’ll drive” Uriel said, and Slade gave him a look.
“You got the microchip ready yet?”
“Yes. When are you planting it on her?” Uriel asked as they walked down the corridor together.
“Tonight” Slade replied simply.
“How are you gonna go about it though? She’s stubborn and definitely won’t allow it” Uriel said.
Slade brought a phone out of his pocket slowly. It’s Echo’s phone.
He checked it out to see 20 missed calls from Twilight already, and he pushed the phone back into his pocket eventually.
“She will…I’m leaving her no choice” he said dominantly, getting in the car with Uriel.
