ADMIN OFFICE*

“You need to stop killing students, Slade” Lord Vann said immediately Slade made his entry.

“That’s some cold-hearted welcome” Slade said, standing in front of him.

Slade is taller than anyone in this school, so his height literally covered Vann’s.

“I didn’t invite you here to welcome you. Stop killing students, huh? You killed another one last night! Are you a god or something? Is it a damn ritual? I’m begging you please! These students did nothing!” Lord Vann said.

“Aren’t you gonna talk about your wife? She probably told you I tried raping her” Slade replied, and Vann grabbed him by the shoulders.

He got the heartburn immediately, and he let him go.

“You made her barren? You’re not human” he muttered, sweating as he held his hurting chest.

“That’s right” Slade nodded with a smirk, and Tamlin rushed in with Imogen.

“Father!” Tamlin quickly held Vann, but Imogen just stood, watching Slade proudly.

That’s her man right there .

“Get out of this office” Tamlin glared at Slade.

“Next time, try to stab me on the neck. I’ll stay unconscious for at least three days” Slade replied vaguely before walking out of the office.

PSYCHOLOGY DEPARTMENT*

The first class got cancelled, so students are mingling in front of the class while waiting for the next one.

Echo and Twilight have milkshakes and fries from the pantry which they’re munching on.

Twilight has her face buried in a romance novel which she’s reading as she ate. She missed them so much.

As for Echo, her eyes are at a distance where Ruslan is walking into a class, and she’s busy wondering why he hasn’t texted her again.

Dr. Kali suddenly appeared, pushing through the crowd till she got to them.

“You need to get home now, Twilight. Your father is in trouble” she said, and the milkshake fell from Twilight to the ground.

“What!”

In another minute, she was already rushing to the park with Kali and Echo, her body shaking so much.

Kali was kind enough to drive them in her car, and after she carefully reeled the car down the heel, she sped on the road like a squirrel throughout the remaining drive.

The two hours drive was cut down to an hour and thirty minutes, and when they arrived at the cottage, it was already a mess.

There are two bulldozers in front of it, ready to bring down the cottage, and Greg is begging on his knees for the government officials to calm down.

“Papa!” Twilight ran to pull him up.

“What are you doing here?” Greg replied.

“I had to tell her when you told me” Dr. Kali replied behind.

“You can’t just bring down our cottage like this. We bought this land and my father built it with his money!” Twilight faced the officials

There are five of them, wearing protective helmets.

“I believe your father was warned since a month ago, but he’s stubborn to stay” one of them replied.

“No one told me anything! You came just yesterday and expect me to move out that fast? I have nowhere else to go why would you chase me out of my house and suddenly claim it’s the government’s land!” Greg argued, and he was pushed back by another one of the officials.

Greg fell on the dust, and Twilight knelt beside him.

“Papa!” She gasped, facing the men.

“Don’t touch him just stop! This is our only house and you can’t take it like this!” She shouted.

“Demolish the cottage” the chief official ordered, and the bulldozers got started.

“No!” Greg spranged up.

“Please!!! Please you can’t do this!!” Twilight began rubbing her palms together, and Greg had to kneel again.

“Please don’t do this! I can’t be homeless! My wife is sick too!” He cried.

“Please…” Twilight pulled the legs of one of them, but father and daughter were kicked away.

Dr. Kali and Echo had to quickly pull them away from the bulldozers path as they rode towards the cottage.

Greg couldn’t even stand, and Twilight could already imagine living under the bridge with her father as the bulldozers finally got to the cottage.

Greg cried harder like a kid, and Twilight closed her eyes, expecting the bulldozers to crash into the cottage, but the rough arrival of a black car stopped the bulldozers.

The car was so rough that it drove into one of the government officials, hitting him out of the way.

The man flew to a pile of stones far away, and his backbone definitely broke cos the crash was audible.

The car finally halted, and Twilight opened her eyes, Greg paused his tears too.

The remaining officials watched shockingly as the car door opened, and guess who came out wearing a expensive long-black leather coat and classic sèxy glasses?
