Damon instantly unshealthed his sword pointing it at the Emperor’s neck but before he could even blink Jade pushed Sindura off her, running towards Damon she jumped and kicked the sword off his hand and pointed her own sword on his neck making both Damon and Sindura’s eyes widened.
“When did she learn such skill?”. Damon gasped open mouth, same with the onlookers and Jade smirked at him.
“Take your sword away from him!!”. Sindura snapped angrily and Jade stuck out her tongue at her irritatingly.
“I’ll spare your life if you would please, take your wife out of my D’s life”. Jade uttered and Damon broke into laughter while Sindura frowned at her.
“Who are you to order me! I’ll take her whenever I want to—
Damon paused when Jade pressed the sharp edge of the sword closer to his neck and he let out a deep in spitefulness.
“Okay. She’ll disappear from your D’s sight!!”. Damon spat hatefully and Sindura blinked in confusion.
Then Jade withdrew her sword from Damon’s neck, but the moment she turned to face the Emperor Damon stood up to attack with his sword and the Emperor pushed Jade out of the way to his side, then he used his hand to grab the edge of Damon’s sword which began cutting his palm as it began bleeding.
Kai appeared at the scene and pulled out his sword at Damon, immediately every other palace guards pulled out their swords at the demons also, the Asuras instantly pointed their spears and gigantic axes at the palace guards also.
Jade eyes widened seeing the Emperor’s bleeding palm as he glared angrily at Damon, she made to stop Damon but the Emperor held her back with his other hand.
Damon himself wasn’t ready to let it go, as he only tried harder to pierce his sword into the Emperor’s chest this time around.
Then Sindura ran to Damon holding him back.
“Let’s just go. We’re outnumbered! This is their territory, we can’t keep looking for trouble like this Damon!”. Sindura said.
“Just shut up, you can’t stand seeing your Dammy hurt right?”. Damon grinned turning to face Sindura, but by the time he faced the Emperor back.
The Emperor had already broken his dark sword with his bare palms and Damon blinked in shock, but before he could even digest what happened the Emperor used his powers to push him away and he flew backwards landing heavily on the ground he glared back at the Emperor.
“Do you know how hard it was acquiring that sword?! It was my late grandfather’s Damien!!!”. Damon shouted jumping back on his feet and one of the Asuras threw him an axe as he began storming towards the Emperor but Sindura came right in from of him.
“Just stop this Damon! You’ll only put us in more disadvantage!”. Sindura said taking the axe from Damon who took her hand holding it tightly he glanced at the Emperor who glared back at him.
“If it’s the medallion you’re waiting for I’ve sent it to the fourth realms already, Shenghai should have it by now”. The Emperor said and Damon’s eyes widened.
“You bastard! Did I send you to give it to him for me!!”. Damon shouted.
“Let’s just go, at least he isn’t with it so it’s better”. Sindura said walking out of the gate and Damon scoffed watching her leave.
“She thinks she can leave and return anytime she pleases?”. Damon sneered before giving the Emperor one last glance and he walked out of the palace gates, the Asuras followed suit and everyone heaved a sigh of relief.
The Emperor looked down at his bleeding palm he wanted to heal himself but stopped and faced Jade instead only to find her glaring at him.
“Thought you said she was only a childhood friend? How cone she gave you a nickname and said you two almost got married?”. Jade asked her arms wrapped as she glared at the Emperor.
“You can see my palm’s bleeding why not take care of it first”. The Emperor said showing her his bleeding palm and Jade only scoffed.
“Go give your demon Queen to heal it for you!”. Jade snapped before walking away and the Emperor’s eyes widened asthey followed her.
“You’re just going to walk away?! What kind of a lady are you?! You know what? I want the dumb you back, so i know you refused healing me because you can’t!”. The Emperor shouted going after Jade and everyone including Kai blinked in shock. They haven’t seen the Emperor so playful and going after a lady like that.
