Hearing the name Lewis, Richard clenched his fist, his knuckles almost turning white.
“Lewis sent you?” He asked.
“Yes. He told me to come up with a plan to ruined you, and that’s why I exchange the lettuces with taro leaf”
“How were you able to differentiate it?”
“I’m from a small town in Marion, that specializes on farming” The wannabe actress replied
Kristin was right after all.
“Please, I promise to go back to my hometown and forget about being an actress, as long as you spare me” The girl cries.
Luke’s eyes went to Richard, eager to hear his final verdict.
Richard stood up, the coldness of his eyes still intact.
“Take her away and send her back to her hometown” Richard instructed, making Luke’s jaw drop in shock.
His men took the girl away and Luke approached him.
“I thought you’d something worse to her”
“Since when did you start supporting my way of judgment?”
“I’m just surprised,” Luke said.
“She is a farmer’s daughter just like Kristin. She is so lucky her being a farmer’s daughter reminds of my wife” His voice hoarse.

Lewis smirked like a psycho, when Richard stepped inside his suite.
After he instructed the wannabe actress to be taken to her hometown, he came straight to Lewis.
“Welcome Richard, I have been expecting you” Lewis said. He wasn’t even affected by the fact that he almost killed a lot of people because of his desire to ruin Richard.
He is ready to go miles to make sure Richard falls back to being a beggar.
“Why are you standing there, glaring at me? Do you want to make a toast? Your precious wife saved you from your doom. Seeing how smart she is, makes me wanna fuck her”
His last words ignited anger in Richard’s veins, he rushed to where Lewis was sitting majestically, and he landed a powerful punch on Lewis’s face.
Richard didn’t stop there, he grabbed Lewis violently and hatched him on the wall.
“Repeat what puked out from your mouth! Whose wife do you wanna fuck!” Richard roared.
Lewis laughed, showing off his bloody teeth.
“Is Richard finally interested in women? Seeing how you’re being protective and possessive of Kristin makes me curious on what she has done to you”
Richard tightened his grip on Lewis vigorously.
“If you don’t want to die prematurely, then stay away from my wife! She has no business with you!”
“Of course she doesn’t, at least she wasn’t the one who betrayed me and stabbed me in the back!”
Lewis’s words penetrated inside Richard’s skin and he slowly let go of Lewis.
Lewis smirked.
“I’m sure you’re being eaten up with guilt for what you did to me right? Even when you always portrayed a cold attitude, you were the least person I expected would do what you did to me, Richard!”
Richard closes his eyes and slowly opens them.
“Is that why you’re so persistent in bringing me to my downfall?” Richard asked.
The guilt in his eyes was so noticeable.
If anyone should be blamed for what Lewis has turned out to be, it should be him.
“I so badly want to ruin you, Richard, even if you keep escaping my riot, I’m not going to stop!”
“Stop wasting your energy, Lewis, cuz you can’t bring me down. I have climbed so high, such that your childish plans can’t be able to bring me down. For the one hundred and one times, I am going to let this slide” Richard said.
“You think sparing me all the time will make me forgive you for what you did? You’re just making a fool out of yourself, even if the world is about to come to an end, my grudge against you will still be intact!” Lewis snapped.
“I know you won’t ever forgive, and I won’t ever apologize to you. Take this as my very last warning, I have heard enough from you, Lewis.
The next time you try to pull a stunt again, I’d forget about my sins against you and put you in your rightful place. I’m more powerful than you are, so stay in your lane and I’d remain in mine.
One more thing, I might hate women, but I don’t joke with Kristin. If you want to see me get so angry, then try touching the strand of her hair” Richard said to Lewis before leaving.
He could hear Lewis stamping a glass on the wall, Richard just sighed and left in his car.
