RED AND THE ALPHA : CHAPTER 1 – 10
In the silence that enveloped the air, the auctioneer snapped out of his reverie to speak
“Five hundred million going once, going twice and sold!!!” He yelled out to hear the disappointed murmurs from the men below.
But immediately the word sold left the auctioneer’s lips, Red could feel her legs giving way to the ground and soon the auction came to an end with the crowd dispersing and she, being taken out of there to the back where she would meet her master.
All her thoughts up the stage was what to do next.
To flee, to run away from all of it but where could she run to?
And with a forlorn existence she has surrounded to, the padding of footsteps on the wooden ground was heard and with the curtains moving to the side, Brimsley steppe in, his lips raising to a proud smile.
“I knew you would do it.
From the very first day I set eyes on you I knew you would be my jackpot”
He said, his voice filled with maximum excitement as this was the highest bidding he had ever witnessed and more so for just a slave.
Such an amount to be paid for just her head, it was simply amazing.
“Well darling, the time is finally here. It’s time to see your new master” he informed and shortly after, footsteps were heard and in came a man who came to stand in front of her staring at her.
“Are you…” She wanted to question him only for him to smile shaking.
“I’m not your master but someone who is greater than me is” he said making her blink in confusion as to what he meant but just then the sounds of footsteps padding across the wooden floors were heard.
They were loud and enigmatic and the more it sounded in her ears, the more unsettled Red felt.
Then it stopped and the man in front of her stood, giving him way to come into view.
Finally, Red gaze which had been held low the entire time finally lifted and almost immediately it did, the figure stepped in making a gasp to leave her lips and her eyes to widen.
And on seeing his canines, long and sharp,he growled lowly.
Fear clouding her body.
“You’re… You’re not Human”
“No darling I’m not”
“Then what are you?” She asked him.
To this he stepped forward bending to her level as he leaned in closer to her.
“You’re worst nightmare.
I am Drakko Melin, THE ALPHA BEAST”
As just as he said this, he took strands of her red hair into his palm watching as it slid off his fingers.
It was then low loud rumble erupted his chest and growl so loud and ferocious was heard as he said
“MATE”

In a room illuminated by a yellow light bulb, dangled a man from the ceiling with both hands chained above his head and large whip marks drawn across his body from which he bled.
His unconscious state was awoken by a splash of cold water mixed with hot spice, a mixture that left him yelling out in pain and once again, his breathing became heavy and laboured as he was brought back to reality.
Immediately his eyes open to land on the man in front of him, he shivered tremendously.
And in vain he struggled trying to force his hands off the chains that held him wanting to wriggle free and perhaps at least crawl back in fear.
For sitting before him was a man who sat with a posture to that of a king.
His looks so bold and dangerous and the aura he emitted so powerful and frightful.
He was…
“Drakko” uttered the man to the chains.
Cold and emotionless were his eyes ,sadistic and evil was his smile which seemed more like a smirk.
A smirk that made the bravest of men go weak in the knees and to each of his side was a ferocious beast with salivas dropping down the side of their mouth.
Their eyes turned to the man tied up there waiting for a command to devour him.
