[RUTHLESS QUEEN/ WHICH WAY HOME]
A human!
His cleaning equipment was close to the door, his shirt was on the floor.
She stood there staring at him and just in that moment Puppy entered but she gasped and quickly clasped her hand over her mouth with wide eyes.
Nothing could have prepared her for what was in front of her.
“Keep humans away from me,” the queen’s words came rushing into her head.
Goddess, please help her.
her body began to shake with her lips trembling. The sight in front of her was one she never prepared for.
Jericho turned to the side as if he was in his room.
Slowly Puppy lifted her head to look at her queen and Lumira was staring at Jericho, face blank and serious.
“Keep Humans away from me, did I not say that?” came her cold voice, her eyes not leaving the person laying on her bed.
“M… My queen,” Puppy stammered.
Through the Veil she could see the blazing fire in her eyes, burning as though she wanted to consume her.
She dropped to her knees at once.
“Have mercy, your Majesty, I was distracted for a while and…”
“What’s going on?” Jericho asked, waking up from his sleep, he sat up. His chest was bare with his strong arms resting on the bed showing off his muscles.
Like a magnetic connection, he smelled a scent he couldn’t quite make out, so he lifted his head to look at the person standing before him.
Though he couldn’t see her face, he felt his whole body arouse with needs, sensation ripping through him, building walls of ecstasy and he wanted nothing more but to claim her.
He was suddenly tasty, craving to hold her, to feel her, to caress her body and have himself buried inside her warmness, to pull her closer until there was no space left between them.
The scent aroused every spot in him, driving him wide as he fought himself for control.
Even with her toughness, he could feel her heartbeat, it was like a connection, calling him to her and he was fighting back to hold himself…. Gwad! He wanted her, needed her, starving to have her near.
It wasn’t just him cos the queen felt it too, her whole body heated, drowning in ecstasy, she felt her mating bond pricking out as if to feed her with his erection and goddess help her, it worked!
Her wetness dripped down her thighs and she had to close her thighs tighter to avoid it from dropping to the floor. His sky-blue eye was inviting and she ached to be near him.
With full force she turned her back to him, trying to tap down this thing inside her, these feelings she didn’t want.
He is human, she reminded herself.
As if getting back to his sense Jericho jarked up and went down.
“My apologies, I got tired and didn’t know when I dozed off,” he said slightly lowering his head.
There is a crown on her head and he didn’t need a seer to tell him that she was a queen. Though he can’t see her face cos of the veil covering her.
Without a word, she walked out.
Puppy glance at the door then back at Jericho.
“What did you do to her?” She asked calmly and Jericho shrugged.
“Never seen her act that way,” She left the room also.
Seeing that Everyone had left Jericho took his cleaning equipment and walked towards the door too.
“Why did I feel that way towards her? That was strange. Have never had such high sêxual desires towards anyone,” he mumbled to himself confused.

LIVING ROOM
“You sent for me your majesty,” Xander said outside the door.
The queen was silent, just staring out through the window like she always does.
Just then Jericho walked out carrying his cleaning equipment.
“You,” Xander shouted, his gaze met with the cleaning equipment so he backed off a little bit.
“Whip him 100,” Queen Lumira’s voice suddenly came from where she was standing and staring down at the city below them.
Xander smirked, just what he liked.
Jericho stopped on his tricks, she didn’t mean that or did she? Not him right? It probably will be someone else right? His little thought was interrupted by Xander who gripped his arm, dragging him outside.
“Get me a new mattress, and squats till blood stops flowing through the vein in your legs,” she added and walked out of there.
Puppy gulped hard but didn’t say a word.

A LITTLE WHILE~ WAR ROOM
The hawk swoops in through the window, transforming into a man as he lands gracefully.
“Your Majesty….”
“Speak,” she ordered, cutting him off.
“Alpha Pharaoh’s army are two thousand in number, they are using black magic and I think they want to hold you captive once you come for them,” he replied, lowing his head.
“Bring me my brother,” She ordered, her tone firm and mean.
In the next scene, Prince Jasper walks into the room to see his sister already seated on An imposing chair made of black marble inlaid with gold and precious stones. She is dressed in a gown of crimson silk, her dark hair coiled around her head in an intricate braid.
“You sent for me,” he said walking towards her.
“bring me the city map,” she ordered and Hawk quickly left, in the next minute he returned and she stood from her throne, walking over to the table by the side as Hawk spread the map there.
Lumira looked down at the map, her eyes scanning the streets and landmarks. As she studied the layout of the city, the hawk began describing the locations of strategic importance, pointing out the major points of entry and exit.
Queen Lumira nodded, absorbing the information as she listened to the hawk’s narration. Then the hawk gestured to a small group of figures in the corner of the map, their features indistinct.
“These are the soldiers of Alpha Pharaoh,” the hawk said, its voice low and grave.
“They are encamped on the outskirts of the city, ready to strike at any moment?” Prince Jasper said staring up at him and then at the queen.
The hawk nodded.
“Yeah,”
The queen was silent, her eyes narrowing as she considered the threat.
“And what of our forces? How large is our army?” she asked, staring at Prince Jasper before returning her gaze to the hawk.
“We have five thousand arms at your every command, we are still training recruits,” Prince Jasper replied.
“Good, gather your demon slayers for radiant we leave tonight,” her tone was cold.
“your Majesty are you coming along?” the hawk asked and Prince Jasper looked at him.
“The queen doesn’t go to war that’s why she has armies…” Jasper was still saying but she cut him off.
“Spread it to your captain let him spread it to your soldiers, not even a newborn baby shall be left alive! And I want Pharaoh’s head!!”

ALPHA PHARAOH
A man who looked like he was in his 40s but had already passed the age of 40 cos he was a werewolf, could be seen stabbing the doll in front of him.
he had stabbed it several times already, leaving many cuts on its body but he didn’t stop. He seems to be enjoying what he’s doing.
“Alpha Pharaoh,” a guy called walking over to him at the gate where they held their camp
He didn’t stop what he was doing.
“I don’t think the queen will come,” the guy joined him.
His name is Iyan. His first and only child.
“She will, she’s just a woman and should know her place not rule a kingdom,” he stopped stabbing the doll, raising the combat knife to his face.
“Those women aren’t what I want, I want Lumira. It’s said that she doesn’t have physical strength so once left the palace I will capture her and put her in prison and torture her, she will bear children for me and her kids shall be powerful and once one of her children is blessed…,” he looked at his son’s face.
“I will slay her just the way she slayed her mate Maxima!” he completed and laughed like a witch.

DUNGEON
In the center of the room was Jericho, chained to the wall, his back exposed and bloody. A whip cracked through the air, its leather tails slicing through the air and striking his skin with a sickening sound.
“Aggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!” Jericho let out a scream and then clenched his fist tightly, gritting his teeth. His body tensed against the pain and another lash came on him.
“ARRRGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!” His screams of agony echoed off the stone walls of the dungeon, filling the room with agony.
Each stroke of the whip left a new scar on his back and his skin torn and raw. He could feel the blood running down his back as another whip struck again and again and again.
Tears streamed down his face but he couldn’t stop the pain that coursed through his veins. Each stroke of the whip was like a brand of fire, searing his skin and tearing his flesh.
Jericho pulled the chains that held him, but they would not give. He struggled and kicked but it was futile. He felt like he was falling, sinking into a dark abyss. The pain was a distant echo, drowned out by the pounding of his heart and the rushing of blood in his ears.
“That’s enough Xander, he will dîê if you keep up,” Niko said, staring pitifully at Jericho whose head rolled to the side, his mouth hanging open as he struggled to breathe.
“The queen’s order,” Xander lashed at him again and again and again, he was about to lash at him again when Imogen held his wrist.
Shocking everyone in the room.
“Did you just interfere with the queen’s order?” he asked, eyes wide and claws drown, ready to strike.
“You never said the queen ordered for his dêâth!” Imogen replied, staring him directly in the eyes and Xander shoved her, so hard she went crashing into the wall.
“How dare you??” he roared, taking a step towards her but Prince Jasper walked in that moment.
He glanced at Imogen and then at Xander who was staring at her with fire in his eyes.
“Assemble for radiant, we are going to wâr,” Prince Jasper delivered.
Xander stood his ground, blood dripping from the whip in his hand and he wanted nothing at this moment but to rip her apart, how dare she challenge him and interfere with the queen’s orders? Who the hell does she think she is?
“Xander, keep it cool,” Prince Jasper tapped his shoulder.
“How dare she interfere?” he roared, taking another step forward.
His heart pounding loudly I bet Prince Jasper could hear it.
“let it slide,” Marran mumbled.
Shifting his head in her direction, Xander launched at her but Owen pushed her away and blocked the attack, colliding with Xander. The impact shook the walls behind them.
“Seriously, this is all Imogen’s fault. She likes showing herself and doing the worst,” Lyla mumbled from where she was standing.
“Xander cut it off now, it’s an order!” Prince Jasper roared
Owen and Xander backed down, not without staring dangerously at each other.
“This isn’t over,” Xander barked dangerously
“Bring it on!” Owen stood in front of Marran, shielding her.
Xander stormed off without saying a word and the rest followed him, Lyla gave Imogen a hateful glare and walked out too.
“Are you okay?” Marran asked her mate and Owen nodded.
“Yeah,” he pulled her to him as they walked out together.
Jericho tried raising his head when he didn’t hear a noise, the room was spinning faster and faster and he felt himself slipping away. He knew he was trapped in this world, this nightmare from which he could not wake. He was just fine with his siblings yesterday until he had a dream about this girl that gave him a stone.
Darkness clouded him.

A LITTLE WHILE
The queen left the throne room, walking Into her chamber only to come across Puppy who’s still in the kneeling position.
Her body was visibly shaking.
“Get me a cup of coffee,” Queen Lumira ordered, not caring about Puppy whose knees might probably not allow her to move.
As she entered her bedroom, the pounding in her head grew more intense. She staggered to the wall, trying to steady herself, but it felt like the room was spinning.
She pressed her hand to her forehead, trying to will the pain away.
“Stop!” she screamed, as a wave of agony washed over her.
It was as if something was trying to claw its way out of her skull. Blood streamed from her nose, pooling on the floor beneath her.
The pain was unbearable, the same agony she’d endured for years. She sank to her knees both hands on her head.
“Stop it, fûçking stop!” Her voice was barely audible.
She felt the pain ebbing away, only to be replaced by an eerie calm and then She looked up, only to see a shadow in the corner of the room.
“I made it clear not to harm him, didn’t I?” Came that same old voice that has been with her all these years.
“Stop getting in my way… Ahhh!” Blood rolled down her nose and she raised her head upward.
“Stop it!” She yelled furiously.
The unseen being laughed like a witch
“I see you need a little bit of encouragement with him…”
“I don’t want this feeling, I don’t want this thing you made me feel when he was around, I don’t want him, give me someone else,” She said all at once.
“Bond with him, don’t slay him or suck him dry like a vampire just like you did to your late mate…”
“The heavens know that I tried, I pulled my powers, and it flow through the air and Into Maxima but nothing happened,” Lumira explained, forcing herself not to show any emotions but her walls were getting weak.
“After you kîllêd him..”
“I DID NOT KÎLL MAXIMA!! If I could go back in time and stop him from dying I would do it,”
“Deny it all you want. The best option now is to accept your destiny….”
“I rather choose a lower-rank shapeshifter as a mate than a human, didn’t you see Xander?…”
“He’s not worthy….”
“Even your human is not worthy!” She fired back, dragging herself to her feet.
“I have a kingdom to conquer so out of my way,” she added rudely.

Slowly Jericho opened his eyes to see someone staring at his face, his vision was blurry so he didn’t get a good look at who it was but he began to adjust.
“Finally, you’re awake,” Zander said calmly.
“What happened?” Jericho asked and made to fall on his back since he was laying on his side but immediately his back touched the bed he felt a sickening pain that had him jumping off the bed in a loud painful scream.
“Aghhhh!!”
“Your back is greatly wounded,” Zander said, now standing on his feet, a worried look on his face.
“Why did you sleep on her bedchamber?” he asked and Jericho glanced at him. Memories of what happened came rushing into his mind but he pushed it away.
“Jericho…”
“I don’t know how it happened, I just feel contacted to that palace. I know this might sound stupid but when she came in, there was this thing pulling me towards her, it was just powerful I felt it…” he stopped talking when Zander touched his neck and then his forehead.
“No wonder, you’re burning with a fever that’s why you’re taking gibberish,” he rolled his eyes “You felt connected, what are you? A USB cable? better stay away from the palace until we find a way to leave this place,” Zander scolded grumpily.
“You’re awake,” Micah walked into the room with a woman beside him.
She was carrying a small brown bag.
“I’m Grace, the healer,” she smiled at him but Jericho frowned.
“I’m fine,” he began walking out.
Micah and Zander exchanged glances.
“Jericho your back is greatly wounded, let her heal you so you can be fit again,” Micah said concerned.
He totally ignored them.
“Jericho you need her…”
“The only thing I need is to find a way out of this nightmare,” he cut Zander off.
“I Know of something that can take you home, Do you really want to go?,” A voice came from the door and they all turned to see a guy standing there.
“I’m Viper….”
“You snake, what are you doing here?” Micah stepped in front of him.
Viper scoffed and rolled his eyes.
“You wanna go home or Not?” Viper asked completely ignoring Micah.
