SILENT MOANS : CHAPTERS 81 – 90
It’s been a whole fcking month!, a whole goddamn fucking month of putting up with Mika’s shîts, a whole fcking month of being bullied, harassed and controlled by Mika!
When does it end!?, She’s using Delilah’s little weakness to make her life mesrable, making her do unspeakable things and Delilah has no choice but to do whatever she says or else!
“It’s more than a pleasure to see that you are satisfied” Delilah said with her brightest smile as she collects the cash from the customer, Mika was standing close to her behind the counter, why?, Because Mika asked to help her with the financial affairs while also dealing with her’s
“Thanks, I would have completed it but I’m low on cash, do you accept transactions?” The lady asked and Delilah beamed as she extends her hands to return the money but Mika caught it swiftly before she does, Delilah paused as she slowly stared at their hands and back at the customer who is obviously clueless on what’s going on
“You are low on cash?” Mika asked with a smirk and Delilah gulped as Mika still held her hand tighly
“Yeah, by 50, I don’t know if accept transactions” the lady said and Mika smiles
“Don’t worry about it, you can go, she’ll take care of it” Mika said as she nudged Delilah and they both stared at her simontenously
“Really?” They both said and Mika shoved Delilah’s hand backwards, clearing her throat dryly
“Absolutely, she will take care of the remaining bill, right Delilah?” Mika narrows her gaze towards her and Delilah felt like punching her eyes off, making sure she tears her skull open and throws her into the nearest ditch
“Sure, I will take care of it” Delilah said as she felt her stomach tightening up, her eyes were heavy due to the severe anger boiling deep within her
“Thanks alot, I’m really grateful” the lady said as she walked away and Mika smiles mischievously as Delilah covered the rest of the bills
“That was very generous of you, you should do that more often, don’t you think?” Mika said and Delilah shut her eyes tightly, trying not to lose control that she might later regret
“I’m not generous, can you just stop pestering my life, haven’t you done enough?” Delilah’s hold tightens on the cash register and Mika scoffed loudly
“Compared to what you would have done if I hadn’t escaped?, you must think this is some sort of joke until you find your sorry àss in jail rotting for the rest of your mesrable life” Mika scoffed as she pats Delilah’s shoulder, Delilah shoved her hands away and a huge glare followed
“Ummm, Delilah?, can you help me in the kitchen?, I might need some extra hands” Roland said as he pokes his head through the kitchen door and Mika face went sore instantly as a bright smile plastered on Delilah’s face, immediately erasing her scrowl frown for three seconds ago
“I would love to…..”
“Not help him because you are here with me and aren’t permitted to leave until I say so?, Right Delilah?” Mika finished Delilah’s sentence as a huge silence lingers, Delilah’s mouth was still open as Roland walked towards them
“You are not Delilah and certainly I wasn’t talking to you” Roland said with a frown as Mika held Delilah’s hand and shoved her àss on the stool, making her seat as she quivers, unable to speak
“And nobody asked your face either, I guess we don’t always get what we want, now do we?” Mika said with a smirk and Roland couldn’t contain his irritation and most especially…. curiousity
He’s been observing the duo for a while now and something doesn’t feel right
“What’s going on between the two of you, Delilah now takes orders from you and….”
“And you should probably mind your business Roland, besides, Delilah isn’t complaining now, is she?” Mika asked and Delilah could barely maintain eye contact with Roland as she avoided his gaze
“Mika, can I talk to you?” Roland asked and she raised an eyebrow
“I don’t want to talk to you, buzz off” Mika said defiantly with the wave of her hand
“Then let me talk to Delilah instead” he asked as they both looked at her
