CHAPTER 97

Suddenly, Aurora sat up her gaze on the people Infront of her then her tummy.

Queen Nana crept beside her same as Augustus.

Her breath was rapid “I didn’t loose my baby right??” She asked feeling insecure.

“No, you didn’t Goddess. You will not” Augustus held her hands and she closed her eyes heaving a sigh of relief.

“You need to get some rest Aurora” Queen Nana muttered, laying Aurora back on the bed.

Sapphire suddenly rushed in and crept beside Aurora.

“Bestie, I heard what really happened. Are you okay??” She asked checking the part of Aurora body as Augustus stopped her.

“I’m fine sapphire, your God-son is fine” Aurora smiled rubbing her tummy.

“Oh my, I’m going to kill that witch” sapphire heaved loudly folding her fist.

“Which witch” Aurora asked.

“It Esmeralda, she pushed you” Sapphire blurted.

“What!!!!!” Aurora eyes widened, she wanted to stand up but the pain from her body couldn’t let her.

“Hey, hey…..she needs some rest” Augustus pulled Sapphire away from her.

“But brother……..”

“You should go to your suite Sapphire……” Queen Nana stood up as she took Sapphire hand taking her out of the chamber.

“Mother….” Sapphire called.

“Go meet your lover Sapphire” Queen Nana blurted and Sapphire eyes widened in surprise.

“What!!!!, I don’t have a……”

“Don’t deny it Sapp, I’ve got my eyes on you all this while” Queen Nana muttered and she shook.

Her mother knows about her relationship with Astrid.

“You knew…” Sapphire said and Queen Nana nodded.

“You are supposed to be mingling with a royalty sapphire not a guard, yunno” Queen Nana muttered and she sigh sadly.

“I can’t help it, Mother” Sapphire said trying to convince her.

“I once thought that you’ll find your soulmate at the coronation day…but this”

Sapphire looked at her.

“I won’t stop you from not dating who you want but be careful once your brother finds out about it” Queen Nana patted her hair and walked away to her suite.

Sapphire stood as she bit her lips gently.

DUNGEON

Astrid dragged Esmeralda into a dark dungeon and entered with some guards locking the gate

Esmeralda banged the gate repeatedly furiously “Let me out, how dare you lock me up here” she growled.

“Stay put, Esmeralda” Astrid said and Esmeralda eyes widened.

“What!!, You called me by my name” She gasped.

“Yes I did, and so. You are already ripped off your status now you are E_s_m_e_r_a_l_d_a only” Atlas chuckled and she stiffened her face.

He dragged her and pinned her into a pole chaining her.

“Let me gooo” She cried bitterly but it turned into deaf ears. Sage was also dragged in.

“My lady” she wept.

“Don’t call me fool, you brought this stupid idea in the first place” Esmeralda spat.

They were chained to a pole as the guards took stick which has thorns on it.

“No oooo, Don’t do it” She should

As the stick landed on her body, she screamed loudly as her cries echoed through the dungeon.

“Ahhhhhhhhhhh”
