“Your mate, the young girl that went missing years ago!”

“Since when have you been hiding this from me? Cux l know you too well, you might have known about this for quite a while now,Mr know it all.”

“She went missing nine years ago, she and her twin sister.”

“She has a twin, then how sure are you that this isn’t her twin.” I asked.

“She is my mate, l can feel it.”

“I still don’t get it, how can a werewolf be mated to an hybrid?”

“She is an hybrid, a witch and a werewolf.

“She only smells like a wolf.”

“She smell has changed, l think someone sealed her powers and l think she lost her memories too.

“What are you going to tell her when she wakes up.”

“Am still thinking about what to tell her.”

“So Clary still doesn’t know your identity, when are you planning to tell her.”

“I don’t want her to start seeing me like someone too important, l just like it the way we are now.”

“Do you like her crown prince?”

“No! What are you saying, am just repaying her that’s all.”

“You can’t change your destinies Lonrenzo, you were destined to kill her, she is a threat to the supernaturals.”

“Don’t forget what your teacher told you.

“The state perspector is looking everywhere for Skylar,he sent someone to look for her secretly.”

“What does he want with her?”

“I don’t know, am yet to find out.”

“You don’t know or you don’t want tell me?”

“I don’t know crown prince.”

“How is your plan going?”

“I think the state perspector got a hint that someone is watching him, so he told his soldiers to keep an eye on the crown prince and told them to stay in the northern border.”

“Why does he want the crown prince alive, he is after the throne right? Isn’t he suppose to kill the crown prince?”

“He wants to learn the invisible spell so he can convince the people and take over the throne.”

“He doesn’t have royal blood, how possible is that.”

“Don’t underestimate him Dreyfus, the state perspector is far more dangerous than you think, he practice black magic and can manipulate things to his favour.”

“So what are you going to do?, This mission is quite difficult and dangerous.”

“That was why l wanted to do it.”

“I like difficult and dangerous.”

“So still haven’t said what you are going to do with her.”

“Ariana?”

“You better not call her Ariana when she wakes up, since she lost her memories or rather someone sealed her memories or powers then find a way for her to remember, and break the seal.”

“Easier said than done Lonrenzo.”

“I can’t let her go back to the prime ministers Manor,l still haven’t found out the state perspector’s motive.”

“It’s a pity my father and my mother adore him so much.”

“The Emperor your father, sees him as a good friend while your mother sees him as a good friend to her husband, they don’t know who they are dealing with.”

“That’s why l want to handle this case myself, l want my father to know who the state perspector truly is, he can’t continue to decieve my father.”

“How was school today?”

“Was fine, l don’t know why l have to attend school, it’s sucks like am learning what l know already.”

“You are special Lonrenzo, but remember there is only one person who can destroy you, it’s either you destroy her or she will destroy you.”

“Enough Dreyfus, am leaving.”

“Where are you heading?”

“The treasure hunt.”

I have searched everywhere for Skylar, l keep snifting, trying to track her scent but it seems have been blocked.

“What on Earth is happening? Where is Skylar?”

Am getting weaker day by day, cause my twin is in danger, if Skylar is in danger or passing through pains l feel it too and same with her.

I changed back to my human form and wiped my eyes.

I will still have to go home without her today.

Uncle Noah is very worried, l don’t know how he is gonna react when he hears l couldn’t find Skylar?

I started to walk home, still trying to find her.

Was she kidnapped?

The pack didn’t save her, if they had they would have said so.

I stood still as l kept thinking?

What should l do now?

I will have to go to school tomorrow, but how can l when l can’t find Skylar, of she dies a part of me dies too.

I have to find her quickly.

I walked hurriedly through a narrow path, yes l know what to do.

A witch can help me track her, l just have to give the witch one of her possessions and that’s all.

I smiled in satisfaction but suddenly l felt a sting on my neck.

Aaaaaaaah! I screamed and held my neck and everything went blank.

The martial arts teacher followed us till we got to a boundary.

“Stop” she said and we obeyed.

“Am going to break the barrier covering this place” she said and spoke incantations.

A large gate appeared with grasses surrounding it.

“Make sure you come out in two hours, a minute late will cost you alot” are you listening?”

“Yes” we chorused.

“Good” she said.

“Now let’s start with the wtches, go in.”
She said and the witches got in, they touched the gate and disappeared.

“The vampires!” they went in touched the gates and disappeared.

“The werewolves!” They touched the gate and disappeared.

“Clary” she called, l got in touched the gate but nothing happened.

The teacher looked perplexed.

“What’s happening?” She asked and l was surprised as her.

I touched the gate again and it started to open.

I gasped in surprise and shifted back in fear.

The teacher stared wide eyed.

Why is the gate opening?

“Go in Clarissa” the teacher said.

I walked in and the gates close behind me.

I looked around in search of the others but couldn’t find them.

I looked to the right, then to the left, where should l follow?

I followed the right and boom! I fell into a pit.

I screamed in terror and my eyes widened as l saw so many pythons surroundings me.
