Nellie walk into her room and smiled when she saw Kingston on the floor sleeping soundly, he came into her room to play and from there he slept off.
Nellie walk to him and carried him, she kissed his cheek before placing him on the bed, she looked at him face and Kingsley popped into her mind, she’s been thinking more about him lately and the worst of it all is that Kingston won’t stop complaining about the guy who always comes to talk with Melinda and Melissa.
She had asked the twins so many times about the complaint that Kingston gave been giving her but they won’t open up and after so much pressure, she decide to let them be.
“Stubborn kids” she said and smiled.
She climb the bed and made to lie down, when she start feeling thirsty, she forget to get her water from the kitchen.
“Oh no” she said and got down from the bed, she went downstairs to the kitchen and picked a bottled water from the fridge, she drank some of it and made to drop it but declined against it, Kingston might be thirsty at midnight and she won’t lie to stress herself by coming downstairs.
“Am going with this” she said and turned to go but stopped when she felt a presence behind her.
She turned sharply but no one is there as she thought so she just shrugged and start leaving but stopped walking when she saw someone sitting on the base of the stairs, a guy to be precise.
He is clad in black, from up to down and his ear stud is shinning like diamond under the lights.
Nellie’s palms became sweaty as she look at the person in front of her, she is getting scared and might pass out soon, how did he even get into the house.
“Who are you?” She asked but he didn’t say a word.
“Who are you? And what are you doing here?” She asked and he smiled.
“Who are you?!!” She yelled and he stood up before looking up.
Nellie’s eyes widened in shock as she saw Kingsley standing in front of her, like for real.
How come thought he is dead, how come he is standing in front of her looking more handsome than before.
“Wifey!” He smiled and the rubber bottle fell from her.
“Wifey!” He called and start walking to her.
“Noooooooo, don’t come close to me!” Nellie screamed and took to her heels.

Kingsley went after Nellie immediately and just when she made to climb the stairs, he grab her hand and pulled her back.
“Let’s me go” she said.
“Calm down wifey, it’s me” he said.
“No, you are not, you are just here to…..
“Am Kingsley, I am Kingsley, I didn’t die, I am still alive, am just waking up from coma wifey” he said.
“No you are just trying to…..
“Am still alive wifey, am Kingsley, your husband, I didn’t die, am still alive” he said and she blinked.
“You are still alive?” She asked.
“Mmmmmhhhh!” He nodded and she move close to him and raised her hand to his face, she touched his cheeks and he smiled making tears to roll out of her eyes.
“It’s, it’s really you” she said and he nodded.
“I…I….mi….miss you so much” she said and he tried to wipe off her tears but she stopped him.
“Allow me to cry, it’s not easy seeing you after three good years, I never knew I was going to see you again” Nellie said.
“Wifey…..
“Do you know what I went through without you?, do you, it wasn’t easy for me, It was hella hard doing everything without a single person to help me” she said and he sighed.
“Am sorry I wasn’t there” he said.
“Where have you been to?” She asked.
“I will explain later but can you allow me to hug now?, I miss you so much” he said and she hugged him tightly.
