BACK TO THE PRESENT*
“Silver didn’t die… she’s somewhere alive” Levi muttered.
“But she’s not here, is she? She’s probably suffering wherever she is, and we probably won’t see her till we die… Stop watching over the girl. I’ll take over from here like I said. Don’t jinx her with your curse too” Master X said emotionlessly.
“You care about her more than your own fuçking son? Do you think I threw a party when I learnt my mother died after birthing me? Or you think I did a thanksgiving when we lost Silver?
You probably think I drink myself to oblivion each time a female dies because of me but I am in the fuçking dark too!
I’ve been mourning all my fuçking life and I did nothing but wear black and smile, roll with my fuçking friends when in fact I’m always fuçking bleeding inside!
Yeah I’m a devil who takes female sacrifices like you said but I didn’t make my fuçking self Xavier!” Levi shouted.
“You will not call me by my name!” Master X stood.
“Xavier… Fuçking bloody Xavier!” Levi yelled, and Master X pulled out the sword from his walking cane.
Levi pulled out his sword-belt too, and it went to their necks at the same time, cutting the both of them slightly.
That same moment, several guards from the main casino rushed in, led by Hazzan.
They’re all armed as they filled the room, ready to shoot if Levi makes any wrong move.
“Master Banks, please don’t” Hazzan practically begged.
Master X knows what he’s doing.
The life of all the guards in here means nothing.
He was trained to be a killer since he was young, and killing them all would take less than five minutes, but that’d only give Xavier what he wants.
He’ll probably call him a devil to his face and tell him he’s cursed again.
He doesn’t give a damn, but he also does in one sense.
He lowered his sword, and Hazzan looks relieved as he began walking out of the office.
“You shouldn’t have been born, Levi” Master X’s voice came, and he stopped for a second, his eyes darkening before he walked out completely.

LEGACY COLLEGE, PROF HAYDEN’S OFFICE*
After making sure there are zero eyes on her, Rain slithered into the office.
She met Fred seated, but she still didn’t smile before settling in front of him.
“The cash for your new leg is ready” he smiled, opening the briefcase containing the cheque.
Rain only rolled her eyes
“What’s going on?” Fred asked worriedly, standing up to come to her.
“It’s Isaac. I had him at the tip of my fingers throughout our three years here, but now Hyce is getting in the way” she said, biting herself.
“The last scene I checked, you liked Banks ” Fred pulled her up
“But Isaac is still mine. It doesn’t matter if I like him or not but the moment he befriended me, he became my toy! I won’t let Hyce have him. Darn, there are lots and lots of guys to eliminate” she hissed, and Fred smiled.
“And I’ll get them all out of the way for you, you only have to watch me. I have a plan, and what happened this morning is only a preamble” he said
“I heard she passed out!” She laughed, and a chuckle cracked in Fred’s throat.
“Of course, and she’s only in the beginning. I’m yet to start, and I’m grateful you’re my daughter” he said, and Rain hugged him.
“Should we eat out tonight? Tiramisu?” She said.
“Of course” he grinned.
