THE MISTRESS’ DAUGHTER : CHAPTER 91 – 100
Aka stood up, her heart pounding in her chest. She couldn’t believe the truth. She had always thought of Maledicta and Benedicta as her enemies, but now…now she wasn’t so sure.
She walked back to the book, her eyes scanning the pages once more. There had to be more to the story, more secrets hidden within the pages.
As she read on, Aka’s mind reeled with the implications. She was related to the sisters, and her father’s past was far darker than she had ever imagined.
The room grew darker, the shadows deepening as Aka delved deeper into the book. She was uncovering secrets that were meant to remain hidden, secrets that could change everything.

FEW HOURS LATER
Aka stood in front of the book, her eyes scanning the pages with a mixture of shock and disbelief. She had just finished reading the entire book, and what she had discovered was almost too much to bear.
According to the book, Aka was connected to Maledicta in ways she never could have imagined. They shared the same blood, and that made Aka a potential weakness for Maledicta. It was all part of the curse that had been placed upon Maledicta.
But Aka didn’t want to believe any of it. She was only going to believe what her mother had told her.
Aka decided to try out an experiment. She had been keeping a magical stone for some time now, she brought it from hell.
Aka cut her finger and dropped a single drop of blood onto the stone. The stone began to glow, and two figures appeared on its surface. Aka’s eyes widened in shock as she realized that the two figures were Maledicta and Benedicta.
She was stunned. This meant that Maledicta and Benedicta were her sisters, connected to her by blood.
“I want her blood,” Aka said, her voice barely above a whisper. She pointed at Maledicta’s image on the stone, and to her surprise, a single drop of blood appeared before her.
Aka quickly collected the blood in a small container.
With the book and the container of blood in hand, Aka left her room and set out.
Meanwhile, Maledicta was feeling uneasy. She had suddenly started bleeding from the nose, and what’s more, she couldn’t even see the blood immediately it came out of her nose. She shrugged it off as nothing and continued to listen to the story Belladonna was telling her.
But despite her interest in the story, Maledicta couldn’t shake off the feeling that something was off. She felt a strange sensation, like someone was watching her, and she couldn’t help but wonder if it had something to do with the strange occurrence with her nose.

Aka slipped out of the school, her eyes scanning the surrounding area to make sure no one was watching.
Benedicta, who had been watching Aka from afar, decided to follow her. She made herself invisible and trailed behind Aka, careful not to make a sound.
Aka kept looking back, her senses on high alert. She could feel like she was being watched, but every time she turned around, there was no one there. She shrugged it off, attributing it to her imagination.
As they approached the coven, Aka’s pace slowed. She could see her mother, Epusa, talking to someone in the distance. Aka’s instincts told her to hide, and she quickly ducked behind a nearby stone.
Epusa’s voice carried on the wind, and Aka’s eyes widened as she listened to her mother’s conversation.
“Aren’t you going to tell her about her father, Death?” the other person asked.
“I can’t. She has to be useful to me. She hasn’t been able to achieve anything she promised to do. She couldn’t even bring the blood of that girl to me. She’s useless, just like her father.”Epusa said.
Aka felt a surge of anger and hurt at her mother’s words. She had always known that Epusa was demanding and critical, but she had never realized just how much her mother despised her.
The other person spoke up, their voice low and gravelly. “So, what are you going to do now?”
“Just give her some time, and step in if she continues to be useless.” Epusa said.
