Finally, the elevator came to a stop and it opened. The moment the doors opened, she was covered by a shadow, her eyes moved from the person’s legs up till she saw the face.
“Hello” Ryker smiled.
Dilara just stared,without uttering a word.
“I will have that” Ryker took her bag from her first.
“I’m dropping you home” he said and his eyes met with hers.
He could see her soft gaze,like she would cry.
“Are you okay?” Ryker asked.
The next minute, she came into his arms and hugged him tightly.
“Thank you” She mumbled and sighed.
“It’s okay” Ryker said and she moved away from him.
“You look tired” he said and almost touched her face, but had to control his hand.
Who knows if that would get her mad again and change her mind?
“I’m hungry too” Dilara said, to his surprise.
“Should we get something for you on our way?” Ryker asked and she quickly nodded.
“Good, let’s go” He offered her his hand and she held it without hesitation.
Everything was looking like a dream as they walked together,holding hands.
Ryker almost ask her if she was really okay.
“Your hand is shaking, are you okay?” Dilara asked.
“Oh..I’m fine. Maybe,just a little nervous” He confessed.
Dilara chuckled knowingly.
He opened the door for her and she entered the car.
“Thanks” She simply said and waited for him to come in too, soon they were off.
Ryker’s phone buzzed almost immediately and he checked.
He almost gasped the moment he saw who just sent him a message, it was Eclipse.
The fact that he totally forgot that they were supposed to have dinner together tonight, he was busy thinking about Dilara all day and never for once did he even thought of the supposed dinner.
“Gosh, she charmed me, totally” Ryker mumbled and glanced at Dilara.
She raised her brows.
Ryker only smiled and focused back on the road.
“I want chicken pizza, that would do for tonight” Dilara spoke up after a while.
“That’s enough?” Ryker asked.
“Yeah, I love cooking my own food.” She replied.
“Oh” Ryker nodded.
Soon, they came to a stop.
“I will get the pizza…”
“Let’s go in together” She cut in immediately and Ryker smiled.
“Cool”
