Angela kept stealing glances from Martin who was sitting beside her, they are both waiting for Diora to be done with the meeting with her project group members.
“You have something to say?” Martin sighed after a while.
“No” Angela instantly chirped.
Martin faced her and she swallowed hard.
“What is it?” He asked , seriously this time.
“It’s just..I was wondering if you would be busy this weekend…”
“Yeah, I will be really busy” Martin cut in before she could even land.
Angela bit her lip.
“Okay” She mumbled.
Martin checked the time and stood up.
“They aren’t done, Diora said you don’t have to go to the class” Angela said.
“I’m not going there, aren’t you hungry? Let’s go get something to eat”
“Really?” She stood up with a smile.
“Yeah” Martin started walking and she ran after him.
The school was already getting empty, most students already went home.
“Martin!” Someone called from the back and the two of them turned.
Rona waved at him but her smile left her face when she saw Angela, she walked over to him.
“Hi”
“Hi”
“You saw my text last night, but you ignored. Why?” Rona asked.
Angela bite her lips where she stood, listening to them.
“I was busy” Martin replied.
“Are you mad at me about something?” Rona asked in a soft voice.
“Aren’t you mad at me? I almost killed your….”
“You were only doing your job” Rona held his hand and Angela frowned.
Martin sighed.
“You’re weird” He muttered.
“I’m weird, because I’m crazy about you” Rona said and Angela’s eyes widened.
Is she confessing her feelings right now? How dare she?!!
“Rona….”
“I’m not joking, I like you Martin and I can’t..”
“I’m starving” Angela came over and grabbed Martin’s hand.
“Sorry, I have to go” Martin told Rona and immediately followed Angela before Rona could say anything else.
“Thanks for saving me” Martin said.
“You’re welcome, you looked uncomfortable. That’s why”
Martin said nothing.
