Nicholas was just arriving at home and was sneaking to the sitting room when he suddenly met his mum waiting for him.
“Where are you coming from this late?” She asked.
“I went out, but I am back now” he said and started going but she stopped him again.
“You haven’t told me the reason you decided to work under your stepbrother,” Mrs Everest said. Nicholas rolls his eyes, he has been expecting this anyway.
“I just changed my mind, how am I going to take over the company if I didn’t know anything about it” she said.
“Is it because of that girl?” Mrs Everest asked.
“She is part of it,” he said.
“You are so shameless, you should remember our goal is to make you the CEO of that company, you are not supposed to be working with your brother as a secretary, I don’t want my son to do that” Mrs Everest said.
“Don’t worry mum, I will be working with them and planning things too, they won’t see me coming, Noah will be so distracted, he won’t notice when I take his company and his woman too” he said. Mrs Everest didn’t say anything but she knows she will never allow him to marry the girl, not ever.
“Just be so careful, I don’t do anything to ruin my plan” she said.
“Stop worrying about this, and focus on your husband, his birthday is coming soon” Nicholas said and left.
“I think that will really work, you are really a smart boy” she muttered and her phone rang. It was Dennis, she looked around before picking the call.
“I hope that old hag is not beside you” he asked.
“No he is still in his office” she said before entering her room.

Nicholas gets to his door and meets a body sprawl on the floor, he stabs her and she wakes up with a smile, he scoffed when he saw Stacy.
“I have been waiting, how was your day?” She asked with a smile, she was holding a flask which means she had prepared a meal for him. He ignores her and opens his door, she quickly enters before he can close the door. He went straight to the sitting and she came to join him after sitting down.
“I take my time in preparing this, enjoy” she said with a smile.
“What do you want from me?” He asked after some time.
“I don’t know what you are talking about,” she said.
“You really want something, because I don’t understand the reason you will always put your nose in my business, you love invading my privacy” he said clearly pissed.
“I’m just trying to be nice” she said.
“That’s a big lie, I know what you want and I will give you” he said and carried her from the couch, he took her to his room and dropped her on the bed. Her eyes widened as he started losing his shirt, she was still confused, what is he trying to do. His shirt was gone and came on top of her, she started shaking fearfully as he started leaning closer to her.
“What are you doing?” She asked fearfully.
“Giving you what you want” he said and leaned more closer.
“I am so sorry, please don’t steal my first kiss, I was going to give it to my future husband” she said childishly.
“So you haven’t had your first kiss yet and you keep bordering me “ he said and rolled away from her. She stood up and dashed out of the room.
“What a baby, “ he muttered with a smirk.

Adelaide suddenly wake up from the couch because of the cold she was feeling, she went to their bedroom door and tried to open it but it was still lock from the inside, she knows she can’t sleep in the sitting room because their is much cold so she just went to the guest room, that was the first time she will go there since he has started sleeping in the room. Everything was neat since he hasn’t been there for a long time. She saw a key on the table which she believes is a key for their bedroom. Something suddenly told her to go and check their room but she quickly shrugged it off.
“What if he wakes up and gets angry after seeing her in the room?” she thought.
“He is probably asleep and won’t wake up yet”a voice said. She stood up , carry the key and went to their room, she open the door gently and saw him turning around on the bed, she wanted to ignores him but the way he was sweating and look uncomfortable was what drawn her to him, she touch his sweaty forehead and a gasp left her mouth after feeling his high temperature.
“He is sick” she said while pacing around in panic, she doesn’t even know what to do but she knows she has to cool his high temperature. She prepared the towel and cold water and started cleaning his body. She doesn’t know what was going on but she knows something is definitely wrong with him. He wasn’t like this when he left the office but he suddenly changed. She took off his shirt and trousers since he was sweating a lot. He was only in his boxers and she used the water to clean all his body. She was even panicking for some time when the fever kept rising but then the fever suddenly went down. She sighed in relief and kissed his forehead. He was sleeping throughout and that made her smile. She held his palm while watching his face with different thoughts going through her mind, she held his hand till she fell asleep.
Noah woke up before her the next day, he can see the towel on his forehead and the water in the bowl which make him understand what happened. He stares at her for some time before going to the bathroom. When he comes out of the bathroom, she is no longer there which means she has gone to cook breakfast at the family mansion. He started dressing up.

MOSTAVE COLLEGE
The friends are in the class, since the lecturer didn’t come today, they are free, so they are using the time to discuss. Delaney wasn’t among them. Some fliers suddenly fall into the class and the student picks to check.
“Wow it is the MOSTAVE SPECIAL, I am so happy” Autumn gasp.
“I have been waiting for this for the whole year, I am so happy, I am registering immediately” Brielle said.
“What is it all about?” Francisco asked.
“Every year the students of MOSTAVE COLLEGE have this occasion called MOSTAVE SPECIAL, the students that are interested are registered and they will be taken to any country in the world for them to have fun. It is more like Tourism and Excursion, there will be camping too and a lot of cool occasions like games. People always talk about how much they enjoy it and I have been waiting for this’ ‘ Brielle said, she is the happiest among them.
“The registration fee is two million dollars, since they say we are going on Monday, that means we only have today, tomorrow and next tomorrow to register,” Dalton said.
“Then what are we waiting for, let go and register now” Autumn said and stood up, they could see some students already rushing out of the class to register too. Autumn saw that Stacy was still sitting down, she looked very sad too.
“Why are you not coming with us?” She asked.
“I can’t afford that amount and besides, remember I am a maid, I don’t think they will allow me to go for a whole week” Stacy said.
“Leave everything to me” Autumn said and they were about to go when Delaney suddenly entered.
“Everyone sit down” she yelled loudly and the class become quiet as they do as they were told.
“I am looking for diamond earrings worth 20 million dollars, it was a gift from my mum” she said and the student started murmuring.
“Who will steal Demoness stuff in the first place? “ a girl asks.
“I think I know the person, she has got her eyes on it the first day she saw it” Delaney said and moved closer to Brielle who was still confused, she suddenly carried her bag and poured all the content on the floor.
“What are you doing?” Brielle asked in shock.
“Shut up thief, I know you took it” Delaney said and started scattering her stuff, she was shocked when she didn’t find anything.
“It fell down from you, and I was planning to give it to you today, “ Autumn said and brought out the ring from her bag.
The students started murmuring among themselves.
“Why did you just assume it was my sister that stole the ring?” Dalton asked angrily and hugged Brielle who was crying already.
🙄 Why did she said that.
🙄The confidence on her face, you would have thinks she saw her when she was stealing it.
“She is really a Demoness.
“I think it is because of jealousy. The students comment as they look at Delaney.
“You should apologize to my sister now, “ Dalton said but Delaney just ignored him and left. Autumn follows her till they get to a private class.

“So you are really going to frame her?” Autumn asked.
“Why did you ruin my plan?” Delaney asked angrily.
“Because something is wrong with you, that girl has never done anything to you, with the way you are treating her, she still sees you as a friend but everything is becoming worse, you have to stop all this’ ‘ she said.
“You should stop trying to advise me, you are nothing to me, it is even annoying you will be trying to act like my sister” Delaney said.
“Why did you like involving this every time? You are becoming another thing and you need to change before it is too late” Autumn said.
“You are not the one that will tell me that,” she said.
“Your arrogance and behavior is spoiling your beautiful self, you can stopped this when there is still time* “Autumn said and left.
“How dare she speak that way to me, I will make her regret this” Delaney thought and left. She sees the way people are looking at her, this makes her more angry with Autumn. If she hadn’t ruined her plan, everyone would have hated Brielle like she has plans but it seems like the hatred goes to her now. She meets people on a queue registering for the trip, she goes to the front while the others grumble but she cares less.

Noah was driving at the front while Adelaide was also driving behind him, they used different cars and didn’t say anything to each other in the office. Adelaide wanted to keep quiet but the thing was getting on her nerves so she made up her mind to confront him. They both enter their room and she allows him to bathe but stands in front of him when he tries to leave.
“Can you explain what is going on to me?” She asked.
“I don’t have anything to say, just make sure you do well at the party tomorrow because a lot of important guests will come,” Noah said.
“So I have been trying to be nice to you, but you seem to be angry with me without telling me the reason. Like a good wife, I came to ask you what the problem was but all you care about is tomorrow’s party” she said.
“Yes, that is all I care about so even try to screw it up, I don’t want embarrassment” he said.
“I won’t screw it up and I also didn’t care about whatever is worrying you since you can’t tell me, I will do everything you want, I will avoid you too, I will live here like I don’t exist so don’t worry too much, I will leave the bedroom for you and take the guest room, so have fun jerk” Adelaide said and left the room.
