“Emily, what are you doing here?” Noah asked and moved away from Adelaide.
“We are playing hide and seek, so I hide in the kitchen but then I have to stop you before you eat her up” she said cutely.
“I am not eating her, go and get Abby, because dinner is ready” he said.
“Okay dad” Emily said and went out, Noah carried Adelaide down from the table and they carried the food to the dinning, the kids were already seated so they started eating immediately.
“This is so delicious,” Abby smiles.
“She makes the best food,” Emily said with a proud smile.
“Ma’am, why didn’t you open a restaurant?” Abby asked Adelaide, who was smiling.
“I prepare the food so praise me instead” Noah quickly said.
“I can never believe that dad, I remember that time you tried to make noodles for me, the noodles were salty, sugary and burnt, you prepared black noodles. I almost lost my tongue and throat” Emily said and they all chuckled.
“I am really the one that cooks it,” he said again.
“Why don’t you apply for the cooking competition in our school, the one you will bring your mum” Abby whispered to Emily.
“Why haven’t I thought of that, thank you so much?” Emily said.
“What are you guys talking about?” Noah asked.
“There is this cooking competition in our school, I want Adelaide to go with me, I know we will win over other parents “ Emily grinned.
“She is not going….”
“So when is the competition?” Adelaide asked and cut Noah off.
“In two weeks, “ Emily said.
“I am going with you, “ Adelaide said.
“Thank you so much,” Emily said and hugged her tightly.
“How I wish my mummy would go too, but she can’t even cook,” Abby said, which made them laugh.

The kids went to Emily’s room to watch cartoons while Noah dragged Adelaide to the sitting, he made her sit down and put his head in her lap.
“Didn’t know you are this clingy” she said and stroked his hair.
“I am only clinging to the special ones, mum always avoids me then because I get so clingy with her” Noah said sadly.
“What really happened to her?” Adelaide asked curiously.
“I was confused too, she had cardiac arrest and that led to her death, she died five years ago, we didn’t even know she had something like that, even she herself, that was the first time we will be noticing that, and she just died” Noah said.
“I am so sorry about her, Stacy talked about how nice she was,” Adelaide said.
“She is an angel, can you imagine, she allowed dad to marry my stepmom after she show up with five years old Nicholas, twenty years ago, she wasn’t even angry at my dad, since she can have any other kid after having me, she believes that’s why my dad did that, she accepted my stepmom with joy and they are very close.
“Does that mean Autumn isn’t your real sister?” Adelaide asked curiously.
“Yeah, she was adopted the day Delaney was born, mum went to visit my stepmom at the hospital and see this poor girl whose her mother died while giving birth too, she didn’t show up with any relative, so my mum adopt her, she has been my little sister since then and I see her as one, she is the best” Noah said.
“I am sorry about your mum, at least she gave you a beautiful little sister, “ Adelaide said.
“Yeah, that’s true, let’s check on the kids” Noah said and stood up, then went to Emily’s room and saw that they were already asleep, they tucked them in the bed before going to their room.
Noah pushed Adelaide on the bed immediately and started kissing her , it is like she is now addicted to her lip, his hand moved to her boobs and he pressed them. She quickly pushed him off her and stood up from the bed.
“I need to take a shower, “ she said.
“Should I bathe you? Or should we bathe together?” He asked naughtily.
“Never pervert, “ she said before running into the bathroom. Noah fell on the bed with a smile.

Nicholas check the time, he wasn’t even feeling asleep, he was expecting Stacy to come at any moment but he hasn’t saw her and that is usuall, because she always make sure to bring food to him no matter what. He went to his room and lay on the bed but he was just tossing around, he can’t even sleep, is she not bringing food tonight, he can’t help but wonder. He went to the refrigerator to bring out a drink, he feel a glass and started drinking it slowly. He hear a knock on the door and quickly went to open it, he was a little disappointed because of the person that he saw.
“Can I come in brother?” Delaney asked with raised eyebrows. He didn’t say anything and just went back to sit on the couch, she followed him and sat opposite him.
“Why does it look like you are not happy to see me here?” She asked.
“Why did you visit me this late?” He asked.
“I just want to bid you goodbye since I will be gone for a week,” she said .
“Where are you going?” He asked with raised eyebrows.
“It’s time for a MOSTAVE SPECIAL” she said.
“Oh really” Nicholas said, she didn’t have to explain more for him because he understands since he also graduated from the same college.
“I don’t want you to ever be distracted, I won’t be here fighting for you, I just want to tell you not to let your guard down, those pests can’t win over us please “ Delaney said. Nicholas didn’t say anything so she just left the room.
“MOSTAVE SPECIAL, does that mean that maid(Stacy) is attending too” he wondered loudly.

THE NEXT MORNING
Francisco came out of the mansion with his traveling back and his school bag, he was looking so handsome because of his new set of earrings, he waited for some minutes till Delaney car packed beside him.
“Let go, we are almost late” she yelled from the car, he immediately ran and joined her In the car.
“I am sorry for yesterday, I know, I overreacted” Delaney suddenly said.
“It’s okay, I understand,” Francisco said and looked out the window. He was surprised to see Autumn’s car behind them. Does that means hasn’t left the mansion that time and she didn’t even call him.
“I think the problem is Autumn, Maybe you should give him space a little” he heard Delaney’s voice beside him but his mind wasn’t there as he watched Autumn overtake them without even sparing him a glance.
“Are you even listening?” he heard Delaney’s angry voice asking him.
“I am so sorry, I just zone out a little” he apologized.
“I said you should avoid her” Delaney said again and he still ignores her again. That makes her really angry so she just drives in silence till they get to their school.
They are still a lot of students already in the front of the school hall with their luggage, they are all so happy, Autumn and Brielle hug happily while Dalton went to Fransisco, as they were talking his eyes were on Autumn, who hasn’t spare him a glance since morning, he didn’t want to think much of it so he just look away and focus on his friend as they both talk.
“Where is Stacy?” Brielle asked since she didn’t see her.
“She wasn’t allowed to come,” Autumn said sadly.
“That is too bad, she will be so sad” Brielle said sadly.
“Yeah, I can’t even do anything to help,” Autumn said.
“We will take pictures and show her,we will also buy a lot of things from the place so she won’t miss out that much “ Brielle said.
“That’s a good idea “ Autumn grinned as they were led to the school airport. The private jet was there with the name of their school written on it.
“Which country do you think we are going to?” Autumn asked.
“I don’t know since it is always a surprise, but I hope it will be in South Korea or Thailand,” Brielle said.
“I wish it would be Japan, the country is amazing,” Autumn said.
“Let see then” Brielle said as they were given their seat number. They started sitting in two. Autumn realizes her seat was beside Francisco, she has plans to avoid him since he said she was disgusted with him for being clingy, but now she doesn’t even have a choice so she just sits beside him.
“Can we exchange” she hears Delaney’s voice beside her. Without looking at the person, she gave the person her number and collected hers. Then she realizes she was sitting beside Dalton. She smiles before sitting. Francisco was shocked because of what just happened, does that mean she doesn’t want to sit with him?
“This ride is gonna be stressful” Delaney said beside him, he just smile before looking at Autumn who have started talking with Dalton. Delaney intentionally change her chair from Dalton side, she knows that will make him really jealous. Dalton look around the plane and finally found Brielle some distance away, she was sitting beside a girl but Parker came to change his number with the girl and was now sitting with Brielle. He frown deeply as he watch Parker touching Brielle hair, he almost stand up from his seat when the pilot announced that the plane will take off.

“Mother in law “ Jasmin exclaimed excitedly before hugging Mrs Everest. The woman smiled before hugging her back as they went to sit on a couch.
“Mother, is what you tell me on the phone really true?” Jasmine asked.
“Yeah I can’t lie, that bitch is really pregnant “ Mrs Everest said.
“How is that even possible, I thought their marriage is not going well because of the lie” Jasmine asked in shock.
“He doesn’t care about that anymore, he even warned me not to call her names again,” Mrs Everest said.
“This is really serious, what am I going to do?” Jasmine asked in panic.
“You should not worry, I have a solution already, that’s why I asked you to come” Mrs Everest said.
“Wow really? Thank goodness” Jasmine said with a sigh of relief.
“We are going to get rid of the baby” Mrs Everest said with a wicked smile.
“That is a great idea, mother in law,no child, no love” Jasmine said as they both smiled. A text message entered Mrs Everest’s phone immediately, it was from Dennis.
“Darling, I am missing already, should I visit you, that old hag will not know” the message read. She ignores it and off her phone but jasmine smirk secretly, she actually saw the message.

“Congratulations, I heard the news,” Stanley said and came into the office. Noah has told him everything and he has decided to visit her.
“Thank you so much” Adelaide smiled as Stanley dropped a package on her table, it was filled with fruit and different goodies.
“Is she a kid? Noah scoffed while looking at the thing.
“Just say you are jealous, “ Stanley said with a smirk.
“I am not,” Noah denied.
“What do you want, is it tea or coffee?” Adelaide asked.
“You don’t have to stress yourself, if she is even supposed to be in the office, she should be resting at home,” Stanley said.
“She insist, she is quite stubborn” Noah said.
“I am getting coffee for you” Adelaide said stubbornly and went to prepare it.
“She is so rare, I can’t believe she forgives you just like that after all you have done, you have to take good care of her, I will break your head if you ever make her cry again” Stanley said seriously.
“I won’t” Noah said as they watch prepared three cup of coffee, she serve them and herself. The remaining time they spend at the office was filled with laughter since Stanley was very funny. They leave the office since it was closing time, and they all enter the elevator including Nicholas who has been quiet. The thought of Nicholas carrying her some times ago filled his head.
He look at the heel she was wearing, he knows she mustn’t fall in her condition so immediately the elevator door open, he carry her in bridal style out of it. Adelaide gasp in shock but suddenly start smiling as the workers watch them. One worker started clapping and the rest also join, Adelaide hide her face on his chest because she was feeling embarrassed. Stanley was smiling while Nicholas just watch them with no expression.
